When our renovation was nearing the flooring phase, our well-rounded general contractor who had used the same business, recommended EXpress Flooring for the job. I called and Danny (the owner) promptly picked up the phone. We went to the store and with Danny's help, we made our picks and brought them home to see how they fit with the rest of the apartment.

Here we felt comfortable to hire him to complete the job. The next day Danny showed up to make measurements and to address all of our questions. In a matter of a few days, his professional crew showed up with materials and completed around 1000 sf of surface area within a day. Great work, no gaps, symmetric installation, seamless transitions and quarter rounds. Great CREW. I plan on rehiring them when we move to our new home next year.

My home floor had a 40 year old carpet with many surface imperfections. One of my worries was that if I had to install hardwood flooring it would not be flat due to the aformentioned condition. Daniel from Express Flooring insured me that he would make sure those imprefections would dissapear and the floor would look flat. I am very pleased with the work.

Danny and Express Floorings did an amazing job on taking out the carpet and installing beautiful luxury vinyl tile in our new home. I had them refinish my hardwood floors. The floors were 67 years old. They were Stained by animals. They sanded them and stained them. They looked great! Also carpeted the upstairs. Looks good.

Express flooring was recommended to me by my real estate agent. Her husband works for VB homes had worked with Danny directly. I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I have never had to replace carpet before. My husband and I bought a 5000 square-foot beautiful older colonial style house and it definitely needed some updates. Danny was so accommodating.

Many times I called him last minute and on the weekends. He personally met me at his shop and helped me pick out ultimately the best carpet I've ever laid my feet on. The carpet itself is ultra high quality. It matches perfectly with the style I was going for. I changed my appointment date three times. Danny and his crew were very accommodating. When my carpet day came it actually started to rain.

Instead of canceling my appointment, Danny and his crew drove back-and-forth to the shop to specifically cut my carpet for the areas I needed. They worked quickly and carefully. I had fresh new paint throughout my house and they were very methodical. They were so trustworthy and honest as well. I know sometimes as a homeowner it can be nerve-racking to leave your house when contractors are in it.

I never once questioned their morality. The crew is very friendly and respectful. The prices were the best in town and believe me I shopped five or six different companies. Danny is very charismatic and friendly. You can count on him to do exactly what you hire him to do! But he also goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

We had laminate flooring and carpet installed few month ago. Can't be happier! Guys did a great job. Professional, finished on time, communicative, very easy to work with. The shop has great selection of flooring for every budget which made it easy to pick materials. Prices are very competitive. We got a great deal for materials and install. The owner is amazing and will work with you no matter what.

We were redoing bathroom and wanted to put same floor as entire house. We were short a box and owner just gave it to us free of charge! We will certainly be back for all our flooring needs.

I had made a post on social media about an elderly couple, who had a major leak destroying all of their flooring. Daniel was the first to reply, he would take care of this couple for FREE. I was in disbelief at first. Then Daniel and I had got to speaking he stated he did not want a dime. I have never met before. Daniel Did state how booked up he was, yet he still managed to tackle the job head first.

His crew began the job the day after I made the post. This couple has lived in their home for 19+ years, so you can imagine the amount of items that had been accumulated over that time period. He and his crew did not "bat an eye". They moved piece of furniture in every nook and cranny and removed old wet padding and carpeting and vacuumed all the old dust that had accumulated over the years.

His crew was extremely professional courteous and made it a point to make sure the couple was comfortable while working. I have dealt with numerous contractors over my years I have never seen such an amazing team in my Life. These gentleman went above and beyond. I am an insurance broker, I see claims daily. I will ONLY be using Daniel and his crew with Express Flooring from here on out. Thank you Daniel! What you did was absolutely amazing, I can't thank you enough, for how you treated this job and these two. I can't speak highly enough about this company.

UPDATE: After conversation with Express Floor owner, all blame was Sosa Flooring. The owner informed me floors were on time and contractor delayed in picking them up after being notified. He explained they are not associated, separate businesses. If Sosa Flooring shows up as installer for Express Flooring, BE AWARE and refuse your order. Look at PICTURES Do NOT USE Sosa Flooring. Floors not delivered when promised then Sosa flooring blamed delivery for late installation. Sosa gave one estimate and then blamed me for misunderstanding.

The detail work they do is bad, Especially with molding installation. More than a month and balusters on stairs not installed. Additionally, they made a mess of the house and failed to clean up thoroughly. SAVE YOURSELVES do not USE SOSA FLOORING. Look at pictures
