They were very helpful even thoughthe store lost power during a very strong thunderstorm. We will be returning in the next few days to complete our order.

I am a youth pastor of a local church and was looking to renovate our 4000+ sq. ft. space. I called Anderson Flooring and was greeted by a very professional staff that helped me find a high quality laminate and carpet products that have been both durable and easy to maintain. Their expert installers did an amazing job completing our space in just two and half days.

I was so impressed by this company I used them again when I purchased my new home and wanted to remodel the kitchen and replace all the flooring throughout my 2200 sq. ft. two story. Anderson flooring again exceeded my expectations and helped me find both a laminate for downstairs and carpet for upstairs that met our budget and quality standards. Their office staff was great in answering our questions, scheduling delivery and installation around our remodel timetable. Ryan Anderson personally made time to call me back with updates or to answer my questions.

Their teams of installers, one for the carpet and another for the laminate were both very professional, courteous, and timely. They completed the work on schedule in less than two days for both jobs. It has been two years since this work has been completed and both have held up well with no quality or durability problems. I highly recommend this very professional company and will surely use them again in the future.

We hired Anderson Flooring to install hardwood flooring in our great room and hallway. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. They were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This includes the crew that did the work. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. When a question came up concerning the install Danny asked us the relevant questions instead of just going ahead and assuming he knew the answer.

They finished the job in one day. They cleaned up as they went along. They even cleaned the driveway before they left. We can't say enough good things about this company and will definitely be hiring them again to install more flooring. A big thank you to Ryan, Duanne, Cat and the entire crew!

Absolute wonderful experience from the first phone call to the end product. From the design consultation to follow ups to, install everything was top notch. The LVT and carpet we used top quality and great price. They listened to our needs for our project, budget, and what we wanted for overall design. Anderson's entire team was responsive and attentive! When another floor company bumped our job back an unexpected 2 months, Anderson was INCREDIBLY responsive to our call for an estimate and made room for our project in their busy schedule! Anderson flooring is top notch! My only caveat is to get changes in writing. I had been quoted for premium flooring transitions and told the salesman that I wanted the cheaper transitions. I didn't get a new written estimate and ended up with the premium transitions. Lesson learned. But I've had Anderson's do my flooring twice. They went above and beyond trying to match my old flooring and came out multiple times to measure, bring samples and give style advice. You get what you pay for which is quality installation and service.

We had had enough of carpet and began looking for a reliable company to lay down wood flooring in our hallway and great room. We went into Anderson Flooring, 100 Pennsylvania Ave., VBch to see what they offered. Duane assisted us in picking out a nice wood and placed our order. Cat came out to conduct measurements, and then had the materials delivered prior to install for acclimation to the home.

On install date, the Anderson Flooring install crew arrived. Danny was in charge of the crew and was VERY cordial and professional. They tore out the carpet, moved four pieces of furniture around during install that my wife and I could not move easily. Danny and crew completed our wood flooring install in 7 1/2 hours, which included their lunch break.

The crew was hard working, courteous, polite and cleaned as they worked. I was very impressed with their expertise. Danny conferred with us several times regarding possible issues that were immediately discussed and resolved, such as stain color for baseboards and transition strips around the fire place base. We are very pleased with our new wood floors, and I would highly recommend Anderson Flooring, Inc for any install you may be looking for. We will have them do our master bedroom in the very near future.

Anderson did a great job installing a new floor in home, taking the time to work with me with the oddities of a home built in the 1940's. They took the time to manufacture trim to match the old, outdated style and it matches perfectly. I am very pleased with the extra steps taken to ensure the work was done well and looks like it is original, including the baseboard. Well done to the crew!

Anderson did a great job with bringing the 1945 wood floors back to life. In the kitchen where the existing floors were no good they quickly notified me and they installed a great plank flooring. I would recommend their firm for your flooring needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although a seemingly small showroom it has plenty of quality products to choose from.

Ryan Anderson and his whole production team were excellent. They were professional, yet very friendly to deal with. The work they performed was miraculous. They restored some neglected hardwood floors that were hidden for possibly 4 decades under dilapidated carpet. The floors look brand new. I am now proud to show them off! I would definitely recommend their work to others.

I called Anderson Flooring for a quote. Duane came out to do the measuring and quote. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of advice. I received a quote on tiling my floor and redoing stair and railing. I was told by a prior company that my stairs could not be changed from carpet to wood so I was very glad that Duane told me different.

They did a scratch and refinish of the hardwood floor. We were very impressed with knowledge and experience of the sales person. He steered us to less costly option that would work better for our floors. We were very happy with the quality of the work.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional, and all contacts went smoothly. If I called or emailed, my calls and emails were always returned the same day. The installation was quick, smooth, and very well done.

We had both a hardwood floor and hardwood put on our stairs. Both were done beautifully and the workers were all courteous and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased. Everything is perfect!

After having water damage in our house, our insurance company suggested Carpet One, in Norfolk. (Carpet One did a horrible job, tried to cover a huge defect, tore the vinyl and overall, just didn't seem to care.)

We were so impressed with the results of our floors. They look absolutely stunning! I never imagined that refinishing the floors could look as good as they do. We only got a section of our house done this time but will use Anderson Floors again when we get the rest of the house done. My biggest concern was the dust that the sanding would create.
