G&G Vinyl Fencing

Just had a beautiful fence installed by G&G Vinyl and we are thrilled. The install happened a lot sooner than anticipated so that was a real plus. Also they hit some unexpected hiccups on install and Paul and his crew where great, very pleasant thru the delays and made it all ok. Our sales rep Dan was also great and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

After paying $10,000 for toppers and 3 gates the installers realized they were missing a part for the gate. I was told they would be back they next day with the part. 4 days later I called Milton in sales and he said he wasn't aware of the issue. He said he would order the part and let me know when they would install it. One week later I called and spoke to another person who said he wasn't aware of the problem. Said either he or Milton would call me back! Another week has gone by and nothing from the company. I am contacting legal tomorrow. Don't trust them to complete the job as promised.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & punctual. Great price for a fairly large awning. Looking forward to the installation.

Very mixed feelings about G&G Vinyl. We had an old wooden gate falling apart and needed it replaced, a pretty small job as these things go. Art was a great sales rep, showed up on time with good answers to my questions, and gave me a very competitive quote. The end result is fine, but the workmanship and attitude of the crew was really disappointing.

There's no reason a homeowner should be running outside with a level and tape measure to show them how off-kilter the hardware is. And should such a crazy thing happen, a bunch of attitude isn't the right response. There were other signs of rushed work. Where they drilled holes in the concrete for the gate rods, they created big spiderweb cracks in the concrete.

I mean big - one was 10 feet. I've drilled a lot of holes in concrete in my life and I've never had this happen. Some of the vinyl was surprisingly scuffed up, meaning they treated the material poorly during install. It's clear they rushed through the job and couldn't wait to get out of there (it was 4pm on a Friday when they left, it's not like they had another job site to get to).

The gate swings very smoothly and looks great from a far. This is in the back corner of my property and not something I'll be inspecting daily, but it's clear that this G&G crew didn't take the same level of pride as they should have.

Fantastic customer service. Very straight to the point and reasonable. I worked with Art and he was absolutely amazing. Great work backed up and guaranteed. Great quality vinyl! Less than the competitors!

After placing my order May 2021, my install wasn't started until September. When the crew came to demo my existing patio cover, the fascia board was rotted and needed to be replaced. After I had the board was replaced in October, they told me they weren't available to come back and complete the install until February 2022 (4 month wait!). After I called my salesman Dan, he was able to get in rescheduled for the end of December.

The end of December, they came and installed the large beams and covering, but not the railings. When I asked when they would come back and complete it he said "you'll have to call the scheduling department". I called them and they offered to come the following Monday. Monday morning came and went, and no crew showed up. I called the office and they said that no crew was available to finish my install.

Of course, no phone call to let me know! They wanted to come on the following Wednesday, but I wasn't available, so we scheduled for Thursday. My phone rang on Wednesday morning and the crew was wondering why I wasn't home.to finish the install. I explained that I was at work and they were scheduled to come on Thursday. So we rescheduled for Friday.

All along, no contact from my salesman Dan (who told me he was part owner of the company!). So now here it is, the beginning of February (8 months later) and one of my posts STILL isn't complete. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Amazing transformation of a fence and wall. GnG Vinyl's team was outstanding from beginning to end. Their representative, Gary Karamanoukian, was very knowledgeable of the process and the materials. He even visited the project during the installation which only took one day. We bid out this project to several companies but GnG had the best balance of knowledge and price. I would definitely hire them again.

Awesome experience working with these guys. Art was my project rep. He came out and was able to find the best, yet most cost effective way to complete my project. It's a rental property so the cost effectivity was very important to me. As far as installation goes the guys (Edo and Raffy) were flawless. I have never had such ease working with a home improvement company. Highly recommended.

Thank you GnG and Simon for doing such a fantastic job on my railings and shade structure over my deck. Simon was on time with his appointment and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and how everything would look when it was finished. Gary and his crew were friendly, efficient and communicated with me every step of the project. Simon checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well and that I was satisfied. I've had a lot of work done on my house and this was one of the best experiences I've had with a company and their crew. Everything turned out great!

GNG Vinyl did a redo of my deck and gazebo and it is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is top notch and I can't wait for warmer weather to entertain on the deck. The crew was so professional - punctual, cleaned up every day and was very responsive to my questions and suggestions. Dan, specifically was very knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. Also Gary worked hard every day, was open to suggestions and was very professional. I'm looking forward to working with GNG on other projects. Dave Downie did our fence in Long Beach, Ca and we are extremely happy! His crew was organized and efficient. The job came out better than I imagined. They pay so much attention to detail and the warranty on my fence is a lot longer than any other vinyl company around.
