Jose and Ralph came and installed my transfer book this morning 6/2/2022 they were on time and went through the installation process with me. They were very professional, the install was neat and clean, at the end they went over the operation of the switch so I could understand it! Ralph and Jose came and installed 3 low profile gallery light fixtures for a small art wall in my master wing. They were so respectful, thoughtful and didn't cut any corners. I contracted GT to wire and install a whole home generator. They were on time, geared up and ready to install at 8:00 am. Daniel and Ryan had everything done and power restored in 7 hours. They cleaned up and double checked all the work before leaving. I would recommend GT for any electrical work!

GT Electric installed two floodlights at my home. They took an afternoon on wiring and assured me the motion floodlights were on a timer and would come on after dark. With this assurance, I paid the $994.00 bill, but the lights never worked. I called GT and they promised to come out and fix the problem. But my home burned down before they came out. They refused to refund any of the money. I would have been satisfied with a partial refund, but they refused to do anything. Very disappointed.

My first experience with GT Electric 2 years ago was quite positive. They replaced my main breaker and installed an inlet box for the generator at a fair price. However, I recently requested an estimate that boiled down to running a new line from the panel to an already open, gutted room. Install 4 outlets and replace one other. Remove two wires from a gang box and re-install in new gang box on other side of open wall.

Install junction boxes/wires from existing circuit in open rafters for me to connect to 6 LED lights and remove a redundant water heater timer located adjacent to my service panel. I was supplying all material other than the wire from the panel. All in all, not very heavy lifting. Instead, the estimator went off on his own tangent and obviously didn't listen to what I needed accomplished. Failed to show up or call on the scheduled date and then sat on the estimate for a week until I called back.

For the above mentioned service, they finally submitted a quote for almost $2400 dollars encompassing 1.5 days work! I strongly recommend avoiding this company and dealing with a more reputable firm that has reasonable pricing and actually listens to what the customer is asking for. Very disappointed!

We had a major electrical problem while I was out of the country. As a result the entire meter needed replaced. The entire GT electric team was so helpful to facilitate the repair, and work with me around the world, and coordinate with the city to turn on/off power, and even work to rendezvous and schedule with my friend to open the house. The fix took a few visits, they even stopped by on the weekend to do some service so I would be ready before I returned to the country. With all that, in the end, the final bill was under their estimate. Cannot complain at all, and I'm super super thankful for their work.

I had GT install a whole house generator and complete electrical upgrades to a 60 year old house. Their field staff is courteous, professional and picks up after themselves. Aaron and Zack did the work and provided a level of service that the company should be proud of. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use again.

GT Electric completed electrical work for me today and I must say I could not be more pleased with the quality of work performed by Shawn and Aaron. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly outside in 90+ degrees until the job was complete never hesitating to stop and answer my questions along the way. They went above and beyond what was expected making sure my special needs daughter was comfortable during the time the power had to be shut off. That alone speaks volumes about the integrity and kindness of this company and their employees. Top notch work and great folks! Highly recommend!
