Great service. Reasonable charges. Thought I had a serious electrical issue that turned ot to be very minor. Faulty switches and bad Microwave. I will use Albritton in future.

I had an unusually challenging - even potentially dangerous - problem with inset lighting in a very high cathedral ceiling. Albritton's crew showed up a few minutes early (already a first!) assessed the problem, and dealt with it in a timely and efficient manner. The technicians were friendly but professional and, as we used to say in military commendations, "reflected great credit upon themselves and their unit (aka Albritton Electric)." I'll definitely use Albritton for any future electrical problems and unreservedly recommend them.

I reached out to Albritton Electrical Service because I was having some difficulty with two chandelier ceiling fans after installation. Several attempts were made to fix the issue but no avail. I decided to reach out to Albritton Electrical Service, Inc because I was frustrated after months of not having the fans operable. I spoke with Clay and he stated that he would attempt to fit me in the schedule if at all possible, in a few days due to their busy schedule.

A few minutes later, Chad reached out to me to inquire if I was available for their staff to take a look at the issue. Less than thirty minutes later, Tyler and Colton arrived and properly installed both chandelier fans. They needed an additional part and came back later that afternoon to complete the project in rapid time. The staff of Albritton went above and beyond my expectations and I am so elated and appreciative of my customer service experience.

The servicemen were professional and quick. I had a 38 year old stove - which was installed in our house when it was built in 1982 - replaced. It was a custom stove and what I considered to be complicated because it had the control knobs on the range hood. Two electric companies passed on the job, but Albritton replaced it within a couple hours. The price was also reasonable. I will use them again.

I had many changes to be made to various light switches in the house. I had received an estimate and was happy to have the company come out to do the work. I had used them in the past too. When the two electricians came out, one of them asked what I wanted. I told them to do what was in the estimate. I showed them what had been written out. He told me that I needed to know what I wanted and that he had no clue about the estimate.

He got frustrated and kept on talking down to me. I had to ask him to leave because professionals would not speak in that way to a client in their own house. Albritton has many employees and it takes just one person to lose a client.

Folks that came out to house to wire a generator transfer switch, wire my shed and fix a three way light switch were amazing! Super friendly and good people to work with. I'll call them for all things electrical in the future!

Office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Field staff very friendly and super knowledgeable, professional and punctual. My go to company for anything electrical. Can't go wrong with Albritton.

They even tried to help me fix one problem on the phone with me (walking me through ideas to try and fix it), which I appreciated.
