This company is phenomenal. The technician was professional, courteous and a subject matter expert. I had another company come out about 18 months ago for the same issues and they did not explain, repair and replace like this company. We will definitely use this company in the future. Amazing customer service from Rob and Nick. Nick was our technician and he got to the house and got straight to work. He was extremely knowledgable and made us feel confident that he would complete the work professionally. We have power and we're glad they were assigned as our service provider.

Several days ago I contacted my home warranty company to have an electrician come out to my house to fix a ceiling fan that I believe wasn't grounded properly and was tripping the breaker. My home warranty company dispatched a company from Jacksonville but after realizing this I was able to get Fraser Electric dispatched and the next day I received a phone call letting me know that Trey would be calling me to let me know when he was on his way to my house.

Shortly after that he called, said he was on his way in a few minutes. At the time he called I was headed to the store to get a few things and he said that was fine. It would take him 45mins to get to my house. When I got back to the house he was already there and fixing the problem. Trey had been working on the ceiling fan for about 20mins when I arrived back home.

When I got back Trey explained what happened to the fan and was in the process of fixing the problem. It took about 30mins from that point to finish fixing the problem. I appreciate the good work and if I ever need an electrician Fraser Electric will be my first call.

We had our air conditioning go out and hoped it was an electrical issue. Turns out that it's an HVAC problem and Fraser couldn't fix it, but it wasn't their fault. While the tech was here he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond the normal call of duty and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

A nice family business. Ran into an issue where my entire meter box had to be replaced for a multi-family. Fraser electric was fast in the response and was able to get me and my neighbors back up and running as soon as possible and the price was competitive.

Disconnected exterior lighting and installed gfci. Technician was prompt and personable. Work completed efficiently.

Called our home warranty company and they scheduled Fraser to come to our home. Even though our warranty did not cover the outside wiring they worked about 5 hours into the cold dark night to find and fix our underground problem and get our power back on before Thanksgiving also gave us a fair price and explained what happened and answered all our questions. Very good people. I would highly recommend them.

I was just so pleased with the communication from beginning to end advising when he would arrive. He did some work for our home but also my daughter's home. We were both highly satisfied with his politeness and customer service. Thank you!
