We had a great experience with Louis who helped with a toilet lift and re-install. Louis was very helpful and great with his response time. I also want to mention Courtney who was great with scheduling and invoicing us for the services rendered. We plan on recommending Twin Rivers and utilizing them again so the need ever arise. Service: Toilet installation

Fantastic experience! Several companies didn't even bother to follow through with estimates but Twin Rivers was on top of it! They got me a project budget quickly. The plumbers were on time and worked hard. They were very polite and neat, leaving no mess behind. Follow up has been great too! Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair, Faucet installation

We saw evidence of a leak in our daughters home in the kitchen area. Twin Rivers was recommended as a great solution, but unfortunately they didn't do a thorough analysis. They charged over $200 for a partial repair. They did not inspect all water connections in the kitchen area. They only found one problem and thought that was it, but a few days later we uncovered a leak in the kitchen. We asked them to come back out to complete the leak repair and they said they would charge another full service visit. I am very disappointed. I will find another plumber.

I've employed Twin Rivers twice. The first time, while it was a bit spendy, the job was completed and worked well. After this appointment I would have given 5 stars! The second appointment, however, was less involved - but the bill was significantly higher. Additionally, the clogged drain problem was worse after the work and when I contacted the plumber, I was told to call someone else.

I felt brushed off, over charged (I got billed for the plumber's trip to the store - for a generic, non specialty part), and all around dissatisfied with the second appointment. After this let-down, I would have given 1 star. I understand this is a hard job, and no disrespect to Twin River, but between these two very different experiences, I can only give 2 stars. I sincerely hope you have a better experience and catch them on a better day.

Critical: Professionalism I got shrugged off like they were too busy and i wasn't worth their time. Which at the end of the phone conversation with Rick seemed like a blessing in disguise because he didn't know what he was talking about, I actually thought i called the wrong place i was so confused. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Thank you so much to your team for not only your responsiveness, but also your amazing work to replace our leaking water heater, no less while we were out of town. Twin Rivers is the best!

My water pipe to the toilet broke at midnight and I called them at 7 am to see if they could fit me in. They came within the hour and fixed it for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Fair, prompt and professional service. Called Twin Rivers Plumping on short notice. While I was changing a leaking plastic ice maker hose I discovered the copper pipe it was attached to had been previously crimped and it broke off in the wall. Tony fixed the issue and also identified problem with upstairs sink was simply a rusty aerator.
