Drain Raider Plumbing

After calling various plumbers who "won't work on mobile homes", or would take a week with a leaking Garbage Disposal, and another company giving me nasty retorts over the phone (Hey, we were going to hire them), we called Drain Raiders. The receptionist was compassionate, the worker was ahead of time and put in the proper garbage disposal, with several tests to make sure it worked.

Their prices are excellent and no drama. We will be hiring them again to take care of any of our pipe/water heater issues. They guaranteed their work and easily solved it in ONE day instead of two weeks.

Online it states 24 hour service but they only work bankers hours and after 6pm you have to leave a message for them to get back to you the following day. Closed weekends. Worthless.

Can't say enough about this company. They were quick and friendly on the phone when I called and were able to get to me the same day. I believe it was the owner who came to my house and helped me discover what was going on. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time I used them but won't be the last! This company found the problem of a sewer line plugged up and broken pipe that has been a problem for years. The response was very fast from the first call and found the problem within a few hours. The other companies before never solved the problem and cost hundreds of dollars. I want to thank Art the owner, the office staff and all the hard working employees that came out in the rain and mud to fix the sewer line. I will be happy to recommend Drain Raiders to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. I used this service last year to have a plumbing inspection during a home purchase. The inspection report was about a sentence long, and I have since found that report to be inaccurate (they didn't even get the material of the pipe correct), and they never gave us the video they claimed to have taken of the inside of the drain line.

They said they would give it to me on a flash drive (not sure why they wouldn't just email it) but I had to drive out to their shop to get it, so I did. When I got home there was nothing on the flash drive. For all intents and purposes this company stole from me. Feel free to contact me to make it right.

Had a simple sink obstruction that was into the wall that I couldn't get to and they came out within a few hours of calling, got it cleared quickly and were very nice. Price was reasonable and the same as what I was quoted on the phone since it didn't take any extra time. Would use again.

They were awesome. They quickly assessed the situation and cleared the clogged drain within minutes of arrival. Great prices and very knowledgeable.

I called them back right after getting a voicemail that made it sound like they were trying to enter our place at that moment instead of the time I actually set up with them to come and fix the drains. Whoever answered the phone was rude and snippy with me just because I simply asked for clarification on our scheduled appointment. The attitude I received was unnecessary and unprofessional.

It gave me a bad impression of this company. They're supposed to come in to fix the drain later today but after the encounters I've had with them on the phone, I'm doubtful of their quality of service.

If you need a good trustworthy plumbing service this is who I call first. Every interaction I've had with anyone that has come out for any plumbing need I've had has been nothing less than stellar.

Total pros. They got us scheduled quick. Great prices. Guys were on time and super personable. All around great experience. Definitely recommended!

If you think it's reasonable to pay for sewer pipes to fail and require replacement every year, then Drain Raiders might be the company for you. If you think they should last more than one year, look elsewhere. Drain Raiders was contracted by the previous owner of my house to replace waste pipes, per the results of a home inspection. Fast forward 2 years: every cheap plastic anchor used on all 40+ feet of piping failed and the pipes fell down.

It's unclear now if the connection to the shower drain was actually glued, but it disconnected and the bath has been been draining into the crawl space, a la the Bluth Model Home. We now have a lake of raw sewage and wastewater under the house. I contacted the company and they are not willing to make it right, saying that their work is only guaranteed for one year. I assume that's because we are not able to file a complaint with CCB after one year.

Needed them on a Saturday morning, came right out and had the issue solved in 30 min didn't over charge it was great service! Highly recommended!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the great people who work at Drain Raider. All employees from the top down were great to work with. They treated me well and provided me with quick responsive answers, quick service times, great price and a very professional and friendly experience. As I look out at our patio this morning it is wonderful to see that no water was standing and backing up on the patio because of overnight rain and continual rain this morning. It is always wonderful to work with people who know their product and enjoy working with the public. Thank you.

Poor customer service, treated us like children. We would never use Drain Raider and would not recommend them. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. The owner said " absolutely not" when we ask the tech to come back. Service:Pipe repair

Called them to replace a toilet. They picked up the replacement I wanted and had it installed in less than an hour. Our service tech Aubrey was wonderful - professional, courteous and friendly.

Quick service and the affordability is appreciated for those of us whom are living on a single income. They have a good thing going and I've used them 2 times now. They are now plugged into my phone for the next time I need them. Raising a 6 year old boy, to not use too much paper, has its hardships. These brothers are very friendly and you will not regret your choice. Don't hesitate they know what they're doing.

Absolutely superb. Matt the plumber and the woman who answered the phone were friendly, efficient, and quick. From the time I called until the job was done was just over an hour, and the service was well-priced as well. I had the company at another house a few years ago and the experience was exactly the same. Highly recommended.

Superb service, no judgment, great advice. I had a sink overflow upstairs that ended up sending water through a light fixture downstairs. Frank came and inspected everything and helped me assess the situation, gave me great tips on how to waterproof my laundry room and bathroom areas. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and didn't make me feel incompetent or foolish. I'm really glad I called Drain Raider as they were one of only a couple plumbers who had anyone available the same day I called. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I tried everything, multiple brands of drain cleaner and even used a 20 foot snake but had no luck with my kitchen drain. So I had a guy from roto-rooter come out to give me an estimate. But when I called Drain Raider they told me 85$ flat.

These guys have done good work for us. We had a chronic backup problem and no adequate cleanout. With their camera they were able to identify the source of the blockage (a collapsed pipe) and repair the problem while putting in a cleanout. Now we don't have to dismantle the bathroom in order to clean the pipes.

Very helpful. Came as quickly as possible, and handled the hassle of dealing with the tenants. Came in well below their quote, cleaned up after themselves, and generally are a pleasure to deal with.

Art and his crew are amazing! Very honest and upfront about all prices and work that needs to be done. I have had to use their service a few times and it is always same or next day service. Two of the three times I've had at least two other bids done for the same work and Drain Raider was always the cheapest and fastest. They back up all of their work so you feel confident the work was done correctly. Art is a stand up guy who is open and honest about the whole process. I'd recommend them to any friend or family member!

Excellent service. Highly recommended. I had a backed up toilet and clogged mainline. I called Drain Raider at 5:30pm and they were out at 6:30pm, sooner than they estimated. Even though I had to pay the overtime rate, they seemed more interested in fixing my problem than making money off of me.

These guys are the best! My toilet and bathtub backed up and wouldn't drain. Called Drain Raider after doing some research and after getting estimates by the national rooter company and some larger local companies.

I called 6 different plumbers to compare prices to clear my drain. I wasn't sure if it was clogged or frozen, as we have 8 inches of snow on the ground and have had below freezing temperatures for over a week.
