We had a leak at a commercial building. Reynolds Electric and Plumbing did a great job of taking care of it. They even kept a waiting list to get us in a little quicker when there was a cancellation. I had 2 exterior hose bibs that needed to be replaced. I was scheduled about a month out but they were able to work me into the schedule a few days after I made the original appointment. The plumber showed up promptly, was very professional, was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done, was upfront with overall cost and options, and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend Reynolds and will use them again in the future.

My first experience with Reynolds Electric was amazing! I called and spoke with Zoey about getting LED lights installed for our Operatories. She was very knowledgeable and had great ideas. Thank you ZOEY! Initially Rod came out and gave us a full estimate, and made a few adjustments to get us by until the install date. Thank you Rod for lighting up the room!

He knew exactly what I needed and more. He had great ideas for installing dimmable LED lights for our patient rooms. This allows us to make the rooms as comfortable as possible for each and every patient. I requested to have a Monday installation, and they we're able to get somebody out the following Monday. Again thank you Zoey! When Brandon arrived we knew we had an excellent electrician. Brandon was on time, extremely knowledgeable, fast, efficient and so polite.

When he walked through the doors, he rolls out a red carpet. I mean literally a red carpet! At that point we knew we were getting premium white glove service. There was no doubt we made the right choice with contracting Reynolds Electric. Several of our patients commented how impressed they were with the level of service. What could've been an inconvenience became talk of the MED SPA.

They loved Brandon, every time he would leave the office and came back in, he would put shoe slippers on. He was very friendly with our staff and the patients coming in and out of the SPA for the day. He covered everything with blankets before working in each room, he vacuumed and cleaned EVERYTHING before he left for the day. The install went extremely smooth, and is was very apparent Brandon is a highly skilled electrician.

Once he completed the job, he asked each staff member if there was anything else that they needed done for the day. Watch out Reynolds I might recruit! I would strongly recommend Reynolds Electric for anyone who appreciates this level of customer service, and is looking for a premier electrician.

On May 25, 2022, I had two toilets removed and replaced. The gentlemen who carried out the work were very friendly and courteous while continuing to do the installation of both toilets. I would highly recommend them and Reynolds Electric and Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you for an excellent job well done by your most excellent workmen, whose names I have unfortunately forgotten.

I've had several good experiences with Reynolds Electric over the years. I called them today to provide an estimate for the installation of a new 240v circuit in my garage. They said they'd send their estimator out, but then informed me they'd charge a $90 service call fee if I chose NOT to go with their estimate. I've never heard of any contractor charging a service call to provide an estimate. You lost a loyal customer today. Edit: Your response is ridiculous. You're saying that you have to charge me a fee for the pleasure of considering you for a job? Get bent.

Reynolds Electric took the time to look at all our issues. They also found wiring that was done to our main Electric panel in garage, done with the incorrect wiring. Had I needed to hook up our generator in case if an emergency, it could of ended up catastrophic, and very expensive! They did a fantastic job! They took the time to write up my bid so no last minute surprises.

The electricians were professional and kind. The front office always called back to all my questions. Zoe in front office is a real find! She can help you in so many areas and directions. She was kind and also help me find other contractors I needed for future projects. Reynolds Electric is a well oiled machine! They know what they are doing! Ill be forever greatful for all the corrections they did on our home. I can sleep well knowing that!

My panel buzzed whenever I used my microwave, which made me super nervous about using it. Two people referred me to Reynolds and it's the best referral I've ever received. My appointment was scheduled a week out but they were able to work me in within two days! Brandon, the electrician, was courteous, professional, personable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and why without "mansplaining." Great communication. I highly recommend them!

We liked the individual who came out to quote our job, and felt an high level of confidence with Reynolds Electric. I was not until the job began that I found out the work they would do for us as a customer. Our job was filled with many missteps caused by another company. Jessie, our contact at Reynolds, pivoted without a skip. Everything they promised, they delivered.

The men who came to my home were wonderful, professional, efficient, and best of all excellent electricians. I would use them whenever I have the need with zero hesitations. I called to have sink faucet replaced ($157). The service man that came out was very nice. He completed the job in a timely manner and left. Later that day I had to call him back because the sink was leaking.

My family and I were in Europe traveling when we received a call from our housesitter that there was water coming through a light fixture in our basement. As that was near the plumbing lines, I called Kevin Cohen Plumbing.

Had a few problems going on in both our bathrooms and wasn't sure exactly what was wrong or even how to begin to explain the problem, the guys showed up on time and were courteous and friendly. More had to be done than expected but they didn't act like they were put out, went and got parts and explained the problem.

Very fast and professional work. Even when an unexpected problem happened it was handled quickly with no additional cost. Less than an hour and it was better than new. Dustin did an excellent job! Thank you and I will recommend your services to others.

Nobody wants to deal with a clogged sewer at 8:00 in the evening, but thats what happened to me. I called Kevin Cohen Plumbing and they were at my house in less than an hour and went straight to work on the problem.
