Leonardo and Ismael came through and did a thorough inspection and did an excellent job resolving the issue. They even set up a system to prevent this happening again. His price was very reasonable given him getting here so fast and getting the job done. Really nice and funny guys too. Highly recommend them.

Called Leonards because I had a mouse problem. They worked fast and was able to get someone to my place within an hour. Daniel was very communicative and friendly. My mother and I got serviced from them last year and they shipped showing up. They didn't bother calling or sending someone else since the person who would service us stopped working for Leonardo's.

Daniel gave excellent customer service. He was very nice on the phone and even nicer in person. He gave us an eta as promised in the morning and was on time. He did a great job explaining everything and really seemed to care. Very professional. If I ever need these services again I will be requesting Daniel.

Professional and effective. I had a unfortunate roof rat problem in the attic like many residents in Rancho Palos Verdes do. Leonardo's team was very detail oriented and made sure every exposed opening in the house was sealed shut. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. I signed a year contract and the insects and rats are non-existent. Wilson, Daniel and Leonardo are the best in the business.

Their office is open from 8 am to 5 pm but they have a really flexible 24 hrs service time so you just call and schedule the best day and time for you! So great! And they did a really good job with my problem with roaches 100% recommended and will call them again if I ever need them

Avoid this business. I was a loyal customer for a few years with a monthly service. We had a serious ant problem and while they did take care of it, it turned out their service is awful. First, the owner admitted his stepson had basically ripped off a bunch of customers by claiming he showed up and performed service and never did. So ok, the owner attempted to make up for it by comping a free month. Were they able to overcome this serious defect? No.

Next they started sending out different technicians. It was tiresome to see different faces every few months. They could not keep people employed. It is a problem when you have different people going through your home and yard. Unsafe. There was a problem with the owner's wife double billing us. They charged extra for credit card payments. We started sending checks to cover our invoices but they still billed our credit card.

We had to bring it to their attention to stop billing our credit card. They did it for months. Very sloppy. Finally, turns out their prices are way too high. After finally getting fed up, I called around to different companies and found one for more than half the price. Ridiculous. Owner tried to cut price to match but couldn't even come close.

Which only went to show they knew they are overcharging customers all along. Pest control isn't rocket science. Find a reputable company with longtime employees and good customer ratings. Avoid Leonardo's.

The exterminator said he would show up at 3PM but he never showed up. The only reason I contacted this company was because they were open on Sunday and had 4 stars.

Leonarda is a flake. He said he would show up Sunday morning at 10am. He never showed up and call until 12. I then told him that I will get out of church around 1 and contact him and he said ok. But I kept calling him and texting him after church and never got ahold him

I haven't used their services.yet but I gave them 5 stars because they were the only ones who returned my call and took their time to explain to me why they couldn't get rid of the bees that are in my home. They even gave me references and advice on what to do about my problem. Thank you so much!

My roommate set the time for someone to come by between 9-10am on Monday. I waited for an hour, and *I* had to call them and ask them where they were. They said no one had us on the books and that someone would there at the house at 6pm. Seriously? It doesn't help that their motto is "we do what we promise" no instructions were given to us, like- vacuum the day after, and water the grass. Daniel told me when I showed up, and I told him to tell Wilson, the lead technician, to improve on communication. They are quite pricey as well. Daniel was a good technician though. I wish they had communicated better with us.

Wilson came out the same day we called. Great guy really helped explain and walk us through what needed to be done. These guys went over and above our expectations. Very nice and informative about everything Wilson fixed the problem the same day. We highly recommend them to everyone

We had some water bug infestation in the backyard, and my daughter refused to play back there until we got it taken care of. There were so many, I didn't know how this guy was going to get all of them, but he sure did. Wiped the whole population out, I haven't seen any in the last week. Great work.

I called Leonardo's first thing on a Saturday morning after having been up all night hearing an unwanted critter scratching under our home. I was very grateful that "Wilson" was able to come out so quickly that same morning to address our unexpected stressful situation. Wilson was very professional, patiently answered all my questions in detail and did a thorough inspection before advising the best course of action.

At the end of our service call, he left us with peace of mind knowing he took his time securing our home in every way possible, his caliber field knowledge and excellent customer service. Lastly, he followed up just as he said he would with a reminder phone call as well as coming back out to our residence for another thorough inspection. I live out of town and they came in a did the work fabulously. I have referred them to friends who have not been disappointed either. The price was more than fair. They in deed saved the day.

My wife and I both agreed that Leonardo deserved 4 stars. The main thing is that he got rid of our infestation, and the price seemed fair. Why 4 stars? Here's the scoop. Pros - He came on time, with most of the things he needed to do the job - He spent a lot of time educating us on how to prevent future pest problems. Nice. - As I mentioned, the price seemed fair. Cons - He told us to get a bunch of garbage bags to throw out infested food.

Fair enough, but what if we didn't have a bunch on hand? Shouldn't he be bringing the bags? - About half way through the job, he told my wife, "Help me move all this stuff -- I have another job to go to." Really? I kind of thought that's why we were paying him. But hey, I'm new to the world of extermination. - At the end, he tried to charge me more than we'd agreed on, even though we'd already texted each other the agreed upon price before he came over.

If you're concerned about my "cons", then bring them up when you talk to him on the phone to avoid unpleasant surprises. Bottom line: good job, good price, good guy. Just be carefull out there, as always.
