Best Anaheim Pest Control

I have been a customer for over 20+ years. Continued my service from my previous house to my current house. When Todd was our technician we never had to worry. Over the last 6 months, since he left. Out service has been horrific. We have had one service since then in October, which was for the month of August. We have been calling the different offices since then with NO HELP.

But we receive a bill on time with a threat to report us to the credit agency. Since November we started to track every communication (Sherry 11/08), (Anita 12/08), Koran (1/24) - each person promising a call from the district manager Glen. I started calling other services and see that there are others who are more responsive and better with what they are willing do provide. I would suggest if you folks are in the Anaheim/Santa Ana service location. Bad Service - Time to report to BBB and CFPB.

I am a customer of Western Exterminator and my name is Robyne. I am the property manager at my building in Long Beach, California. Tom Neito is my exterminator and I couldn't be happier with his service. He is always on time and very curtious to me and my tenants. He does a great job and leaves me with enough information til we see him again next month. He is very thorough. I recommend Western Exterminator to all the my friends for their pesky problem. Unfortunally, after the technician left the company (Richard), the service in our area (Placentia) suffer. Yesterday I scheduled a treatment for Friday from 8-12:00 PM and nobody show up or call to let us know that they are not coming. I called after 12 PM and they confirmed that the technician was scheduled for today (James). I rescheduled for following Friday. If nobody show up, I will look for another company.

We have been paying for a service that is so difficult to receive. I've called 5 times now in the last two weeks trying to get someone scheduled to come out and all I ever get is "someone will be calling shortly". I will be canceling service with them. They clearly do not care about their clients and the technicians do not care to service homes. Take your business elsewhere.

Ok. So Steve D. Came out to my house today for a quote. He was wonderful. Actually cared about his job and his customer. Gave us wonderful advice. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Steve. Wish more people would care about their job like you do!

07/03/20 Had an appt for them to show up between 8am-10am for fumigation estimate/inspection. 10:30am still no show, called and they lied and said it was 8am-11am. 11:15am still no show. So i cancelled! Plenty other companies who want work and business, these guys surely dont!

Looks like a good place to work. Diverse workplace, everyone works efficiently and there's multiple diversity. Friendly and helpful people with an intelligent, friendly and insightful gorgeous woman doing interviews, didn't hurt either. I'd like to work for this company.

A great place to work at, Employees are like family. We care about our customers but more importantly management cares about the colleagues. Blessed to be part of this organization.

I have used Western for years. I love the service and the service personnel. My only issue is that their quarterly service goes up in price EVERY SINGLE YEAR. At this rate, I won't be able to keep them into my retirement years. :-
