Hired them on contract to treat every 3 months inside and outside the house, they came unscheduled only did outside and billed me for the full price after never stepping foot in the house, I refused to pay the bill and they have since sent it to a collection group. I'm fighting with them to drop it, so do yourself a favor use another pest agency.

Critical: Quality, Value They do NOT honor their contract! I paid in full $249 plus tax ($265) for 60 days & after 51 days, including weekends, which they DO NOT work, received a bill for more than $80 additional money. I DO NOT recommend them. THEY SUCK!

I needed termite treatment on a house I was selling. I found Eastern on Google and decided to give them a try. I must say everyone that I was in contact with at the company to get the work done was very pleasant and they even gave me a discount for no reason! The service they provided was very thorough and it even came with a warranty that was transferable to the new owners at no charge! I will definitely use this company again! They are awesome and their customer service is terrific!
