Diasson is the greatest exterminator ever. He is always on time and professional at all time. Diasson is such a respectful and friendly person. My family and I truly appreciate him and would recommend him and this company to all our family and friends. We been with this company for over 3 years and we never had an problems with bugs since we started with this company.

Diasson was fantastic! Very thorough in checking all possible problem spots. Our house is also a difficult layout to work in and he managed it perfectly. Also, very pleasant to have around! The business in general was fantastic. I called and got an appointment for the next morning. Diasson showed up right on time. They have a text feature so you know exactly when your technician is to arrive. Very satisfied with this business and with Diasson!

From the initial first phone call to the services itself, everything was exceptional. The representative, I think her name was Amanda, answered all my questions and went over my concerns and pricing. I called City Best in the morning after a growing concern for bites. I hadn't used a pest control company yet in the city but was glad I found City Best. They were able to send someone out for an inspection within 2 hours, sent me a link to track their location for arrival, and they even showed up early. The inspection was thorough and involved multiple rooms in the house. Daisson was super helpful and friendly throughout his visit. While I'm happy I don't need any additional services for pest control, I will use City Best next time and recommend to friends.

We had a large mice and bug infestation at our house. Dasan, our technician, was on time and extremely friendly. He was detail oriented and explained every step of the process. He checked every possible entry point for mice and bugs and worked to seal them. He is a real professional and overall great guy. Our only complaint about Dasan is that he's a Cowboys fan. Go birds! I recommend this company to anyone!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this company is. Having no prior experience with bed bugs, I was at a loss for how to find a service that wouldn't cost a fortune and wouldn't try to harass me into using them right away, just because I called for a quote. Amanda answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, and applied no pressure to use this service.

She informed me that the company uses low-toxicity chemicals at levels safe for pets and children, and the quote she gave me was very low for 3 rounds of treatment, one including heat. We used this service and had an excellent experience with every technician who came out They were all friendly, thorough, grounding, and answered all of our questions. Today, Nehemiah came to do a follow-up preventative spray treatment, and he was so awesome.

He inspected our apartment and was super thorough while treating our floors, cracks, beds and furniture, and he was so enjoyable to talk to! It feels so great to know that this company offers a very affordable rate for a preventative treatment, and that the offer is there if we ever need it again. This company has helped give us so much peace of mind after a rollar coaster of stress and worry.

My roommate and I got the full bedbug treatment after learning we had bedbugs in the house we had just moved into. We were honestly, beside ourselves with stress, but Bed Bugs Etc was so helpful. Amanda, the nicest human being alive, helped us with scheduling. The technicians that came out were all so helpful, thorough, professional, and also so ready to hear how stressed we were and put our minds at ease.

We just had another follow up with Nehemiah who is so friendly and also understood how stressful bed bugs are. These people really know what you're going through and are ready to be there for you, at the best rates out there, with the safest products. I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks!

These guys earn their name. Scheduling was a breeze, and everything ran on time and smoothly. Our technician was really friendly and was happy to answer all of our questions and help us figure out the best plan of attack for our moth problem. Everything was really clear and easy. It's great to know that there is a trustworthy and much more reasonably priced local Philly alternative to the big guys.

Called this place, the woman on the phone was really nice, however, they sent this creepy ghetto guy to my house, didn't even answer the door because i was so uncomfortable. I call and tell them in not comfortable please tell him to leave. 15 minutes later, watching the man outside of my house on my camera's and he's STILL sitting there. call the woman back and tell her to please get him off of my property or I'm calling the police, and 1 minute later the guy is gone. Also, they demand payment and then ask to be left in your home without anyone there. Shady and unprofessional, and a sleazy looking place.

We suspected we had bed bugs, so I called City Best to do an inspection. They were local and seemed to have good reviews, so it seemed like a safe bet. Unfortunately, the inspector came to our house 15 minutes late, without apology or explanation, and wasn't even dressed in a uniform or any sort of official attire. Worse yet, he rudely insisted that I pay upfront (via his phone!) before he did the inspection, which is a pretty ridiculous policy that I've never encountered anywhere else.

It turns out that he was not actually from City Best, but from a company that I guess they contract with (Bed Bugs Etc.), which was disconcerting because that's not who I was expecting. I get that companies sub-contract all the time, but it would have been nice if City Best had notified me about that when I made the appointment. After doing his cursory inspection, I asked about the next steps.

He told me that the office was busy at the moment, but they would call me *right* back with rates and scheduling. That was four days ago, and I never heard another peep from anyone at the company. And honestly, I don't want to at this point. I've gladly moved on to a more reputable, professional provider, and I won't be back.

I like the services rendered. Initially spoke with Greg who was very pleasant and informative about the procedure. The technician Ian was very punctual and understanding. Exceptional extermination!

They was real respectful and took care of my problem. They have the best service and for a nice price. After having them I haven't seen any bugs, they did the job. Call them they are great.
