I have been trying to have my carpet fixed. It has buckled and I have to call someone else because Marty (owner) has not scheduled someone to fix it. It has been 2 weeks and now he is not even returning my texts. He did a great job on installation on my wood floors but seems as if repairs are not important to address.

We had a great experience with Marty and team. They refinished the oak and pine floors in our 1920s historic home. The floors look like they are brand new and we couldn't be happier. Marty was a pleasure to work with. Honest, hard working and top notch quality. He was also always available by phone or in person for any questions we had. Marty is the man! We built a new home and Marty was our "go to" floor guy referred to us through Vintage Builders ( also amazing ). He had a great selection and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Whats even more important is his quality of service. He is a rare find when it comes to having a work ethic we would hope to find regularly and don't.
