I am very happy that I chose Face of Wood to do the work I needed done. Had three bedrooms, a loft and stairway. They did a beautiful job.and just love my stairway. They came every morning and worked till the late afternoon, till the job was finished. Luciano and Laurane were very helpful in getting me set up for the job, Thank them for their interest in me. Claudio and Mateus were great.very comfortable with them in my home, and helped with all my concerns.

This was such an amazing experience. I shopped around and did my research with three companies and Face of Wood was just the best. They went above and beyond in communication, gaining permits, ordering, and installation. The install went so quick and I'm blown away by the quality. My space is transformed and I'm so happy with the process and the results. Nicest staff ever.

Great experience with Face of Wood from start to finish. Rafael was professional and responsive. They were also very competitive in their pricing. We had our entire first floor done with engineered wood. I attached two photos that I took mid-project. The baseboards were installed (by Face of Wood) after those photos were taken. The installers, led by Fabricio, were also very professional and did a great job. They arrived promptly each day and cleaned up before they left. I would strongly recommend Face of Wood, and will be using them for my next flooring project (staircase).

Terrible customer service. The young lady tried to assist with our basic questions, but the owner just stood in the small showroom (with his mask not properly covering his face) watching Portuguese videos at full volume on his phone. A major disappointment, but this is typical of S. Florida. The plan is to find a company that conducts itself with some degree of professionalism.

From Rafael doing the onsite estimates, to the professionals doing the installation, Face of Wood is full of exemplary people who are truly masters of their craft. Rafael went out of his way to bring us samples on multiple occasions and spent a lot of time on the phone explaining the entire process to us.

My wife and I had carpet replaced with luxury vinyl plank in numerous rooms in our home, and the attention to detail from start to finish was incredible. Professional, patient, quality install and exceeded expectations. We were replacing a huge amount of tile and old carpet in our home. Face of Wood was the medium bid but we had a very poor impression of the low bid person. From the very beginning, they were great to work with and very patient with us as we went through wood selection and working with us on the budget.

They finished today and did an outstanding job. This is the 3rd home we've installed wood floors in and by far the best. Wood floors are all the same right? What makes them different? It's the small details. Some examples, we used variable width planks and they spaced them very well. The baseboards were put back in great shape. The closets had built in shelving and they were able to actually remove portions to install the flooring underneath instead of a bunch of cuts.

That is all good and what you should expect from any quality installer. What makes them great is their ability to go above and beyond. We had 3 very large entertainment centers/built-ins that we wanted removed. I spent weeks trying to find someone to haul them off. Face of Wood came to the rescue and arranged to have it all removed at no additional cost.

Our garage door was mis-aligned and would stick shut. They fixed the door on their own. There was a small dent in one of the wood planks that I was hesitant to even mention. After a brief mention, they replaced the plank that same day and never made me feel like I was being too nit-picky. Will definitely use them for all our wood flooring needs. While working on floors, we also discovered they do kitchens with the subdivision Face of Kitchen. We hired them for a kitchen remodel as well. That project is still in progress but so far, we are getting the same level of professionalism and quality work.

They just installed the floors in my mother's house. They have amazing costumer service, they always kept in constant communication during the whole process. There was a mistake in the original quote, we had already agreed on, and they asume their mistake and came up with a solution we could all agree on. Their prices are very competitive and fair. Their attention to detail and cleanliness it's also worth a mention. I would totally recommend!

I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I was faced with the challenge and frustration of finding a reputable honest local flooring company here in South Florida to purchase & install wood laminates in my condo. I called companies, some who never showed up to give me the estimate, others who nickle and dimed everything to come up with a ridiculously overpriced quote and some who outsourced installers.

I then came across Face of Flooring in Pompano Beach and figured I would give them a call based on positive reviews I've seen online. The experience of dealing with this company from start to finish has been amazing. Ricardo, Kaike and Dilvino were all extremely professional & patient throughout the process. They helped me pick out the right flooring for my unit and came out the very next day to take the measurements and complete a written quote.

They are extremely competitive with pricing and have a tremendous amount of choices to chose from in their showroom from real wood, laminate and other engineered materials. The installers did an amazing job as well, very quick and efficient. I thought it was awesome that Ricardo has followed up to ensure that I was happy and even though the installers did need to come back to fix a few imperfections, I could not have been more satisfied with Face of Flooring. This is a company that takes pride and truly stands by their work. If you are in the market for flooring, give these guys a chance to earn your business.

We had them install the entire 2nd floor of our home, including stairs, hallway and 3 bedrooms with engineered wood and a first floor office with laminate. They truly wanted to make us happy. They were very accommodating with rescheduling with us when our materials were delayed and wrong materials were sent (we purchased our materials on our own). They did a fantastic job and worked quickly! Their prices were also better than the other quotes we received. We would use them again!

Face of Wood was 1 of 4 flooring companies I contacted to paint all wood floors in my 2500sqft home white. Two companies gave me outrageous estimates. The other failed to show for estimate. In Miami, where lack of consistency and professionalism is the norm, it was nervewracking trying to find the right company for a job that cost a decent amount of money and could go horribly wrong.

I called Face of Wood and Marcus was at my house the next morning for a walk through. I immediately got good vibes. Thus ensued 2 weeks of spotless performance from Marcus and his AMAZING crew. At my house, every weekday, (and some weekends!) sanding, painting, producing meticulous work. We had many walk throughs, and in the instances I though something needed to be fixed, it was done without question or price adjustment. Marcus's crew had a great energy and I'll genuinely miss them at the house every morning. Zero complaints.

Well worth the money. Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful my white wood floors look. Recommend them to all. You guys are the bomb dot com. Keep up the good work. :)

I wanted to replace carpet with hardwood on the second floor (three bedrooms, closets and stairs with fifteen steps) and had six estimates from different contractors. I wanted the best price toward the quality of wood, labor cost and project timing (I had quite a few restrictions on the material plus I did not want to deal with the prolonged schedule, "no show" at scheduled time, etc.).

Finally I've signed a contract with the "Face of Wood Flooring" to install hardwood floors. I've set on Pumpkin Spice Hickory from QWood (Width:4", 6" & 8") and all materials were delivered in time before the scheduled install (thanks to you, Kaike!). I want to express my gratitude to whole crew for their professional skills which included remarkable attention to design of the layout of the planks with the different width; precise cutting; installing the baseboards and cleaning after.

Whole project was done in TWO days - as promised! My neighbors came to look at the new floors and all have been impressed by the beauty of the wood and craftsmanship. All people from "Face of Wood" with whom I've contacted - Luciano, Ricardo, Kaike and Devino (the supervisor of the installation crew) by all means provided the best service. The reason why I've mentioned all by names - I deeply appreciate their service and want to share my experience with all future customers - the crew is trustworthy, reliable and they will provide the excellent service/solution, according to your needs.

Aside of the floor installment, "Face of Wood" takes other projects, for example - kitchen/bath remodeling - all information/pictures are available on company's web site. You can design your idea working with Luciano with 3D implementation/layout and feel as you are an architect in your own:-). I used their SW to make the design for the floors before I've started with the project - that is very helpful. Just FYI - do your own research before starting as I did, you will find - "Face of Wood" is the best!

I don't know about that previous "crusader's review", but he was not talking about the Face of Wood company that I dealt with. I had wood installed on the entire second floor and had the stairs done as well. They were highly competitive in pricing and very accommodating with their schedule, always on time, polite, and cleaned up after every day they were on the job. Moreover, they found ways to save me money that i didn't even know about.

The workmanship was fantastic, and they left the place spotless. There were some problems with the wood i had purchased from another vendor, and they found a way using their own skills and craftsmanship to make the pieces work. For instance, the stair noses I received only allowed them to overlap and not be flush to the stair.the workers were able to shave the wood so that they could be flush and accommodate the rest of the stair.

Really don't bother to go elsewhere. Highly recommend this company from start to finish. Wish I had more projects for them. One more thing, they also installed chair rail for me.

I only have the most wonderful things to say about Face of Wood. They removed the wall to wall carpet in 2 rooms, installed a laminate floor on the diagonal and installed new baseboards. They did a great job.

I contacted several places, one place in particular just totally was a no show and wouldn't return calls. I guess he didn't need my business. This company was great to work with, quick to respond, and as far as I can tell our floor is back to normal.

Years after I posted the review below, the business owner reached out to me asking me to take it down. When I refused, he wrote the personal attack below and reported me to Yelp for the bad review. Shame on him. All the more reason, beyond the bad service, to look elsewhere. Also, I am not a competitor. I'm a Yelper-crusader who's out there to help make other Yelpers make good choices. I received multiple estimates and Face of Wood was very competitive and the owners and salesmen were wonderful. They were patient with all my questions, quick install and great craftsmanship. My floors and stairs are absolutely beautiful!

I recently used Face of Wood to install wood floors in my home. I could not have had a better experience. All of the workers that came to my house were prompt, respectful and efficient. The final result was fantastic. I interviewed 4 or 5 local contractors prior to selecting Face of Wood. Save yourself the trouble and call them first.

We used Face of Wood Flooring to rip up the tile in our Parkland house, lay bamboo engineered wood, and instal new baseboards. It was a big job and they were done in 2 days. Luciano was professional, reliable, and the whole project was very affordable. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I was relocating to the area and was living out of town while they were doing the work Luciano went above and beyond to make sure that the project was done right and that I was kept up to date.
