Blue Star Air Conditioning

Great experience with Blue Star. Sanjay provided me a great quote on the replacement of my AC units. Post install, Sanjay came to make sure every detail of the install was done up to his standards (everything properly sealed, safety switches in place, etc.). New units are perfect so far, house feels cool, humidity is perfect, and best of all, electricity usage went down about 1/3.

We called this company when our AC was not cooling and had issues with them keeping an appointment time. They did a fix that we were told was short term until we could get a new unit but the entire system went down in 24 hours. So we asked for an estimate, one to leave the unit in the current location and the other to move it to the garage. We had numerous missed appointments by the owner and when he finally showed up he essentially refused to do any work that involved going into the attic. He told us we would have an estimate for keeping the unit where it was the next day. We have yet to see his estimate.

The technicians were knowledgeable. They cleaned the coil, added a needed shutoff floater valve for the drainage condensate and added much needed insulation to the refrigerant lines that were left exposed by the previous occupant of the house. I liked the fact that they explained everything clearly, did not try to scam me into doing unnecessary work and went above and beyond by doing some additional fixes for me and explaining how to keep my system maintained. I highly recommend them.

Was able to interact with the owner and everyone was very professional and able to install in a period of 6 hours. Both air condition and air handler. Staff were very accommodating They cleaned up thoroughly after completing. Excellent service. The outside temperature hit 92. And we are now happy that we have an excellent contact to look after our cooling issues. Thanks Sanjay and staff

The team came on time, job well done, cleaned up the space, explained the self maintenance that the owner can to do on a monthly basis, provided all manulas and warranty papers and applied for permit and taken care. They are very professional and i would storngly recommend Sanjay team for all and any install/maintenance/ repair related to HVAC.

This was a very good experience. Communication was excellent, the tech (Carlos) was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to me in simple terms and showed me what the issues were. Everyone I had contact with, from the owner to the tech, were very nice and professional. Blue Star has become the AC company of choice for me, no doubt about it! Very, very please!

They came at the exact time that they said they would, the night before. They not only came on time but came with multiple technicians who worked simultaneously to remove the old system, clean up the mess, install the new AC system and walk us through everything that they had done. My 20 years old system decided to quit working on a Saturday morning. I called Blue Star and spoke with Sanjay. He sent a tech to me in a couple of hours but unfortunately found the compressor broken. Although it can be repaired with a replacement compressor (not cheap), I decided it is time to have a brand new system. Sanjay recommended a new system and sent a team to install it.

The techs are top notch and professional. The new system works wonderful. It is rare these days that a company delivers great service (especially maintenance\contractors type work) but Blue Star scores A+. Thank you Blue Star for keeping my house cool!

Excellent company with the best employees! They beat other quotes and even with higher quality Trane AC and handler. Sanjay came to my home at the end of the install and made sure everything was done correctly. They were on time, had a three man crew and finished very quickly. Don't waste your time with other companies call the best, call Blue Star!

We have had our air conditioner serviced by Blue Star Air for a few years now. We had to replace our original air conditioner after having it since the original build, nearly 13 years. After receiving several quotes from other air conditioning unit providers, we went with Blue Star Air and ordered a new unit from them. Sanjay worked with us in selecting the right unit for our home, and gave us a maintenance schedule to have our unit serviced once a year to avoid it malfunctioning due to low fluid levels, or dirty lines.

Today our unit was due for a routine maintenance, and John came out to inspect and service our unit. John let us know we were down a few pounds of coolant in our unit, and filled it up to standard. He inspected our unit upstairs and outside, and assured us all was looking good. He said it is good that we stay on top of our maintenance service, as the fluids we were low on will eventually cause the unit to malfunction. Living in Florida, it's critical to have your air conditioner always working, and we know we can count on Blue Star Air for all of our AC needs.

Another AC company had made me wait for 2 weeks for a Trane part they said I needed. Out of frustration, I finally went to Trane to get their recommendation: Blue Star Air Conditioning. Sanjay called me immediately after I left a message, technician John came over immediately, and my ac unit was working within an hour of his arrival. The part I had been waiting for was not even needed.

So Blue Star fixed my ac within 2 hours of my call at a fraction of the cost the other company was planning to charge after 2 weeks of stringing me along and refusing to communicate why the part kept getting delayed. And Sanjay and John were very friendly, professional and prompt. Needless to say, the other company's number has been permanently replaced by Blue Star's.

Sanjay is awesome, I had questions about an AC unit in a home I was going to purchase and he came out and inspected it. He gave it a thumbs up, well I give him 2 thumbs up. Thank you for making the process quick and easy for me.
