I was informed by my water company that I had a leak. My water bill had tripled, and I was at a complete loss. I found Empire Leak Detection & Plumbing. I just told them the water company had come and told me about a leak and that I really didn't have any more information. I spoke with Dale who was very helpful. He assured me that he could take care of the situation, and not to worry.

We made an appointment for the next day. Dale came out to the property and performed the detection. I briefly showed him around the house and then left him to it. Before he left I knew exactly where the problem was, how much it took to fix it, and when they could be out to perform the repair. I really don't think you can beat that. I was very happy.

I'm really happy with the work. I noticed my ceiling was absorbing water somehow in the corner, turns out my upstairs bathroom toilet was leaking I never noticed it was leaking because the valve is behind the toilet and the water was going through walls straight down Budget Plumbing found the leak really quickly and most important is that the leak is gone. Professional approach and it didn't take much time. I think that the most important thing when dealing with plumbers. I'll count on them in the future.
