This company performed a plumbing work on my condo unit on 04/13/2022. A simple job of unclogging the drain in my sink. The plumber had to run 75ft of snake from my sink pipe and through the HOA main pipe. The plumber was not able to take the snake down to the HOA main pipe and ended up entering straight forward to my neighbor's sink pipe (the unit in front of mine) and breaking his P trap, which caused his kitchen and part of his living room to fill with sewage.
Besides that, the water that came out of the drain in my neighbor's unit ended leaking into the unit below him and damaging his ceiling with sewage. The company denied responsibility and did not repair any damage.

Critical: Professionalism Called to get a estimate which the front office is very helpful. They sent Greg out to give a estimate two days later still don't have one. I called they said he was on job 2/8/22 he would do it after his job, 2/9/22 called again spoke to Greg and told me he had a emergency would do it later.

We had no water pressure and no hot water. Patrick came and stayed for quite a while diagnosing and fixing the problem. He changed out the pressure gauge/valve outside the house and found a clog in one of my water pipes inside the house. I had 2 plumbers out to ID problem & give estimate. The first wanted to re- pipe my whole condo because I have a cement slab. ( have it go up and thru the attic)! I'm sorry I have forgotten the plumbers name from Specialist. He was great! I had a leak in th main water pipe so water was leaking under my entrance & office area. He replaced the pipe by going thru the inside wall. It took about 3 - 4 hours. He never took a break, informed me in advance of work being done. I definitely would recommend this company!

PSI was great. Toilet and bathtub wouldn't drain, it's was a Sunday, my regular plumbing company wouldn't respond so after waiting an hour or so I called PSI and they fixed my toilet and bathtub. We had a leak in the main waterline to our house. We called and they sent someone within 30 minutes. Everything was repaired amazingly quick. the service tech who came was courteous, friendly, and very experienced. I recommend Plumbing Specialist to anyone needing repairs or new work. Large or small job. I have used them for 25 years with no complaints.

I called Plumbing Specialists out due to my mainline backing up. It was happening quite often and the other company that I had been using wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to fix my problem. The technician that came out to my home from Plumbing Specialists sent a camera down the line, found the problem and fixed it in the same day.

If I could leave a half star, I would. I would not call this business for any plumbing needs, they may not charge a service call, but trust me they upcharge everything else that you feel you paid the last guy's bill along with yours. The old guy that came to my house seemed like an old hippie and I felt like I better watch my valuables-seriously.
The other guy, probably his son or someone that could nto find a legit plumbing job is a waste. I feel he was brought along just to pad the bill, he did nothing. I should've asked them to show me both of their licenses as I have little faith that either were licensed plumbers. I will never call them again, I will shop for a place with good reviews and not take a chance on a business with no reviews.
