Do not use this company they insert there poor equipment in my pipe and broke it. they did not tell me that they broke the pipe instead they are Insisted that there is a toy and they have to cut My tile ground and cut that pipe just to take the toy out. So I hired another company they insert a camera and they Found a Piece of equipment Went through The pipe, break it and it was left in side my pipe.

I called them up for a pugged drain. They came out and unclothed the sewer line. 20 mins later my tub over flowed and toilet also. I had to call another plumber to unclog sewer. I called art Douglas for a refund. They are giving me the run around. I will never use them again. They are terrible and non professional

At roughly 4:30 2/14/2022, the driver of the #11 truck from this business was having a merging battle with another vehicle behind me near the intersection of Herndon and Temperance. There was very light traffic so there were no cars behind them or in the incoming lane (thank God). 11 (attempting to merge into the lane that continues) began to honk like crazy and sped to my position in the road, at this point the lane is now one lane.

The driver came so close speeding past me that I pulled off to the side to let them pass. Had I not, the driver would have hit me. This kind of reckless driving costs people their lives. Why you'd drive like this in a company truck is beyond me. I understand this was probably an employee but this is a pathetic thing to see. If you contract work from this business be aware of the kind of person that could be working on and in your home.

It's never good to do business with people who are reckless, aggressive, willing to endanger others to shave 3 seconds off their driving time, (that's right, I was right behind them when they turned off of Herndon) and childish. I would never let anyone like that anywhere near me or anything I care about.

I called with a clogged pipe, called and spoke to the friendly woman who answered the phone, explained my issue and she had John here within 30 minutes. He was very professional, followed company covid protocol and got right to work. He had the problem remedied in an hour, which was nice since they bill hourly. The billable rate is very reasonable and John was great to work with.

His work order had detailed notes and future recommendations, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely use them again when plumbing issues arise. Very pleased with their service.

John came out to fix our kitchen sink within 30 minutes of calling. He was prompt, friendly and fixed our issue. We were grossly over-charged for a new hot-water heater and install. When Jerry from Art Douglas recommended we get a new heater instead of fixing our old one, we agreed it was a good idea. We now regret not doing our homework and researching costs for a new hot-water heater. We were taken advantage of and sold the heater and install for about $1,000 more than we should have been.

John was my technician this morning and I was super impressed. First off, when I called, the dispatch guy was able to give me a price range. Then a John arrived right away. less than an hour from my call! He explained the issue and what he was doing. He answered my questions without making me feel dumb. It was a slightly more complex problem than we thought at first but his solution was spot on and he finished quickly. I highly recommend this company.

John and David came to my house same day and repaired a leaky bathtub faucet and shower head. They explained what they were doing, wore booties over their shoes to protect my floors and tried more than one thing to come up with the best option for my problem. They were kind and professional. I also liked that they after they learned of the problem, they called their lead plumber to go over the best options to fix it. I would recommend them anytime!

I called them at 7 a.m. and Andrew was very professional and said that he could get a technician to me that same morning, and he did. I've had this company out to my house twice this week, once to have my AC serviced and my rental property and secondly to repair my faucet filters (it had 3 filters!). John came out on the last one and did a nice job of finding all three filters, cleaning them out and boom I have nice water pressure now. Art Douglas Plumbing is my new go to company, especially since I received both services on the same day I called! Unheard of.

I was very impressed from the moment I called in to schedule a service call. The professionalism from Andrew and Natalie to Omar the service technician made me feel very comfortable. They were able to come out the same day and also fix my heater the same day. I was very happy with the communication and how quick they were able to come out. They didn't do any plumbing in my home, but one of their employees hit my car with their work van and didn't leave a note. I tried on numerous occasions to reach out to the manager or owner and never received a call back. So I filed hit and run charges with Clovis PD.

Just an update to the actual service that they provided. In addition to coughing in my house during Covid I found that the brand new washer that I didn't ask them to fiddle with when they put in the utility sink will no longer fill with water. Of course I am sure that they will have a ready excuse that places responsibility for this directly on my shoulders evrn as they refused to take responsibility for what I consider unsafe practice during Covid.

What I find very odd is that given the stories of abuse on Yelp, they seem to have positive reviews. At least with me they've engaged in an irresponsible, patronizing, entitled fashion. Hlow on earth have they managed to stay in business so long? I had thought that perhaps their longevity would reflect a maturity, a type of accountability for the health of their customers. Don't you hate it when a company claims to care about the safety of your home and yet they are a threat to it? Every time I look at their claims on their ads I want to puke.

Had an issue with our pilot not staying lit no matter how many times we kept lighting it. Stewart came out immediately and identified the issue right away. Despite having to work in the dark and it being the end of the work day, with a very positive and pleasant attitude, Stewart went to work and got us up and running with hot water! Yahoo! Hot showers are the greatest and so is Stewart! Definitely would recommend Art Douglas Plumbing with 5 stars!

These guys are great! i had an "emergency" leak under the kitchen faucet (aren't all leaks emergency?) and Andrew said he would send someone over "right away" for a FREE ESTIMATE! note; i was told by other plumbers that they would charge $110, and even $150 for a call out). Technician Frank came right out and found the source of the leak and gave me a FREE ESTIMATE. i was thoroughly impressed and will use them for my future plumbing problems. Thanks Art Douglas!

I called AD and within less than an hour they were at my home. Their charge for the work was reasonable and I believe the work performed of the highest quality. Richard N.-- I called Art Douglas on Saturday morning due to a leaking water heater. Andrew the dispatcher was very polite and told me all technicians were on jobs, but he would send somebody out as soon as possible. About an hour later Andrew called back and said he had someone available. A few minutes later Josh, a Master Technician, arrived. He was very courteous, helpful, and efficient.

He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I was fully satisfied with the service provided and would definitely call them again. An added benefit is they don't charge extra on Saturday, and they provide a visit and estimate at no charge.

A stress saver is all I can say about Art Douglas's Plumbing. Our storm drains were clogged during the last major storm and we were leaving for vacation. The backyard was flooded. What can I say? I went on YouTube to see how I could clear them and the only solution was hydro cleaning the lines. Art Douglas was our solution. I called at 1pm. and they were at the house at 3:30 with the drains cleared and cleaned by 4:30. Amazing service and very friendly staff.

This is a top notch company. I'm a renter so my landlord had to request the service. Doug called me in the morning to see if I 'd be home at a particular time. Once the time was confirmed, repairman Frank showed up on time and repaired my leaking sink. He was professional, very polite and quick. My sink works beautifully with no leaks. Had to replace flush valve in Toto Toilet. Came out and advised he needed to order part and would get back to me. Two days later received call telling me that the part has been discontinued and I had two options replace the toilet for $850.00 or the tank for $400.00 (assuming it included installation and take away of old toilet since original cost $430.00). Advised him that was the "wrong answer" and then went online and in 30 secs. found a company out of NY that had discontinued Toto parts. Ordered on line for $32.00 and arrived in 4 days. Called Verns Plumbing and had it installed in 30 mins. Lesson. Don't trust them they lack professionalism and service to customers.

I honestly cannot say enough about this company! I have three homes, two rentals and my primary residence. ANY time I have a plumbing issue I call them. I've probably called them 10 times over the years, everything from clogged mainline to replacing my water heater at 8pm on a Saturday, their response is super fast and the customer service is out of this world.

Today I called and spoke with Andrew, he got me set up in minutes, sent over Josh who replace my bathroom sink, super nice guy and he was done within a couple hours. New sink looks amazing!. Reasonable prices outstanding reliability. I'll never call anywhere else. Loyal customer forever.

Mediocre prices, great encounter with staff and scheduling staff. My experience with Jerry from this company was outstanding, very knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of being lazy like other plumbing companies we had encountered, jerry fixed our main problem efficiently, and gave us better recommendations. I wish I could give them another rating. My water filter popped it's top this morning so I had to turn off the water to the house. (A task made considerably easier due to the ball valve they installed) I called at 6:30 this morning, and by 7:30 Justin, one of their best guys to be sure, was here. He removed to defective part and got our water back on.

They will return next week to replace the part. Here's the kicker. The entire ordeal is covered under warranty. They COMPLETELY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Do I ever call anyone else? Forget it. I even use them for our rentals now. I've found cheaper plumbing service in Fresno, but none better. Thanks guys.

FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER! I REPEAT, DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY! I recently got a free quote from these guys( come to find out, paying for a quote gives you much better service.) they came out for re-piping. One day later my whole back-yard was flooded with water. I called, at the very least to hear them take responsibility. Never got so much as an apology for leaving my water bib open, causing my new water hose to burst.

When working someone's home, there should be a high level of care and integrity. This company has none. If you're looking for an honest company who will cover their mistakes, look elsewhere! I guarantee their are better plumbers!

"F***ing idiot" so said Doug, the "owner"/general manager. Never had such a negative encounter. Then he slams the phone and hangs up. Upon seeing other reviews, I see a distinct pattern of abuse. Avoid this company unless you enjoy confrontation. Recommend: Vern's Plumbing and Heating. They came out within an hour. Their professional staff resolved the situation satisfactory.

I would never buy an air conditioner from this business again. I bought top of the line air conditioner 3 years ago and it has gone out every year and this year it broke down three times. I do have a warranty, but should an air conditioner I paid close to 10,000 dollars break down this often? This last time it broke down they said they need to replace a panel or something. Well, I just got my electric bill and it was 400 dollars.i have solar panels and have had them for 3 years. It's never this much. I'm very frustrated because it seems no end in sight of the piece of junk I've purchased.

My AC quit late yesterday afternoon and I was told someone would be out today. I called at 8am this morning to confirm and they told me to stay by the phone. Within an hour a tech was here diagnosing and fixing a blown capacitor. Temps are expected to be 103 today so I am thrilled to have my AC working again.
