We have used Valley Air for over fifteen years. The last two years, Matt came to our house to service twice a year. Always on time, so polite and so professional. This is a very honest company and you can always depend on them and trust them. I love this company! They do maintenance service for our HVAC units twice a year and also have made repairs. They are always able to diagnose and fix any issues right away. Matt did our recent service and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Since our unit was old and outdated I requested an estimate to replace it. Simon, the General Manager, was also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The unit was installed yesterday by 2 men (sorry, didn't get their names) who were professional, friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job. I'm extremely happy with my new HVAC system and highly recommend this company for any of your A/C or Heating needs!

After purchasing our first home my husband and I wanted to get the AC serviced. We scheduled an appointment and Valley Air was able to squeeze us in to ensure the appointment worked with our escrow closing date. Matt B came out and did a great job! He was friendly to us and our pets and even walked us through ways we can save on our AC bill this summer. We purchased the maintenance package so we can worry about one less thing in our new house. I definitely recommend Valley Air!

I always go to VAR for my heating and AC needs. They call me at the beginning of the season for maintenance 2x /year. I appreciate the reminder. The technician Matt Bilodeau is awesome! He is knowledgeable and did the maintenance quickly. I have old units and Matt told me about a rebate program that is currently being offered. We chose to do some repairs in the meantime and are making plans to replace them in the future. He is very professional, trustworthy and personable. I highly recommend!

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno has used Valley Air Conditioning & Repair for years now. Matt Bilodeau is particularly knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial HVAC, Heating Maintenance, install, thermostat replacement- etc. You name it and Matt can do it- or he finds the answer from Simon. Matt is very dependable and gets the job done. We have a LARGE campus and lots of employees - this means lots of A/C & heating units- that break, need adjustments or replaced. I highly recommend VAR. Matt always has a smile and a happy face when a crisis is occurring!

I called Valley Air Conditioning and Repair today because my air conditioner was not working and my home warranty company couldn't send someone out for several days. I am so grateful to VAR because the temperatures was to reach 110 degrees, I have an elderly family member with health conditions, and I was currently on quarantine for Covid-19. The repairman Petey arrived in less than an hour and he diagnosed the problem and repaired it within half an hour. What more can I say. don't hesitate to call Valley Air Conditioning and Repair.

I called VAR to get a quote for a replacement AC unit as mine was going to cost over $2000 to fix. Simon came out and was able to get the work needed warrantied. He actually cost his company the cost of a new unit sale, that level of honesty unheard of these days. I saved $10,000 thanks to VAR and will be a lifelong customer from here on out. Thank you VAR!

Valley air has kept our 13 year old unit running like new with ongoing preventive maintenance and by cleaning out the heat exchanger. Their dispatcher is always friendly and works around my complicated schedule. Their technicians are the friendliest and most well mannered contractors I have ever used. I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE!

We would definitely recommend Valley Air Conditioning & Repair to our family and friends. The 100° for 30 days is a no-no in Fresno. Thank you so much for the wonderful job that everyone was involved, from the paperwork to the install. The 0% interest on the loan for the New A/C made it easier on us. We used Valley Air Conditioning And Repair to completely re-pipe our whole house. They've been around for fifty years and they are reputable. They did a good job and everything went well. The price was very fair. They've also done air conditioning installation in my office and they were very good. That's their specialty and plumbing is a sideline.

I've had several very pleasant experiences with VAR over the past year and a half. They've installed new AC unit, replaced water heater, and today repaired garbage disposal and leaky toilet. All technicians who've come out have been very knowledgeable and pleasant. Labor charges have been reasonable.

I obtained several estimates on replacing my AC before deciding on VAR based upon the thorough explanation from Steve, very competitive pricing, as well as excellent references from my neighbor who had used them in the past. My house is older and all the duct work needed to be replaced as well. I felt I was well advised by Steve on how best to proceed.
The installation done by Jeromy and Francisco was prompt, professional, neat, and I have to say it was a pleasure having them in my home for a few days. (They even helped me with my new puppy's accidents!) I also had solar tubes installed in the roof to add ambient lighting and they did an outstanding job with the placement and installation. I recommend them without reservation.

Dear Brian, We experienced June and July PG&E bills about 1/4th of last year's bills, all while keeping the house in the low 70's. We ran our old heat pump (because of the humidity issues) only once during the rain burst a few days ago. This is absolutely fantastic! Both bills were around $200/month! (Comapred to $700-$800+).
