Contacted Custom Plumbing to clear my main drain line. Patrick was the tech assigned to my work order, he was polite, on time, and professional. After an unsuccessful attempt to clear my line, a clean out had to be installed the next day. I was shocked when I received my invoice.not because it was high, but because it was really affordable. I'm used to bay area plumbing prices, so I was expecting my invoice to at least be double the amount they charged. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

I would rate this business a 10 if I could. The knob from my shower broke off at my townhouse. My manager wasn't answering and my shower was starting fill up fast from all the water coming out. It was 10 p.m. and I called Customer Plumbing and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Miles. What a fantastic hero. He walk me through the process of finding my water main and helping shut it off.

Steven did a great job! He had to remove the trap under the sink, and he found that it had been installed incorrectly. He got the drain unclogged, and he fixed the problems to ensure that the sink wouldn't leak in the future. He explained everything very thoroughly to me, and made sure I understood and approved the work that was necessary in advance. He was polite and helpful and I will definitely be using their services again!

I Had a problem with my water pressure. John the owner of custom plumbing came by and quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced my PRV valve. These guys are honest and very efficient. Give them a try!

Well they rescued me again! Water line broke at my pump house. Water spewing everywhere all day until I finally found it. Custom plumbing had their people out to my place by noon the next day. Fixed my line and also ran a water line for my new refrigerator. They are awesome!

I had a stopped up bathroom sink. My son called them at 7:30 a.m. and I had a return call within 15 minutes. Jake came to the house at 9 a.m. and had the blockage cleared in less than 30 minutes. He was very considerate about tracking in and out and making a mess in the bathroom. I was very impressed with the professionalism and fast response to my issue.

I called them a few months ago with a huge issue and they were so helpful and got me taken care of right away. So when last week my sink was acting up, I called them right away. They did great work again and are so friendly and polite.

Excellent plumbing company. They are on time and always professional. They have excellent equipment to fully assess the plumbing for your entire house. John came out to our house a while ago to adjust the water flow for our toilets, saving us a ton of water.
