I will always Royal Plumbing for my plumbing needs. I desperately needed someone out today because I am having a large gathering at my house tomorrow. Carol worked with me to get a plumber out even though they were all working other jobs. She was able to get Jason (I believe that was his name) out after he had worked all day. He was kind, friendly, explained the problem, fixed the problem, & explained what to change so it didn't happen again. I was VERY happy & pleased with Carol & Jason at Royal Plumbing.

Several weeks ago I discovered water gushing from underground below my oleander hedge; the roots had broken a PVC water line to a faucet. Although I was able to shut off the flow to the broken line, I wanted it repaired ASAP. I called SIX different plumbing companies, just going alphabetically down the list I Googled. No one had ANY availability. I was leaving early the following morning to head to Sacramento to pick up my SO from the airport, and wanted the repair completed by the time we returned. Carol, the office person at Royal, was super friendly and helpful.

She secured a crew to come out the following morning to dig out the pipe and perform the repairs without my being present. They actually stopped by that afternoon on the way back to the shop to visually inspect the job site and confer with me in person! I left the following morning and I returned home to everything fixed. Approximately a week and a half later, I went out to wrap the new pipe/faucet because of a freeze warning, and discovered the faucet was leaking a bit where it attached to the PVC. I called Carol and she had someone out to take care of it that afternoon, at no charge, of course. I was satisfied with the work.

Our tankless water heater line sprung a leak inside the wall, flooded our bedroom. We had to shut off water & called first in the morning. He made it out same day. Beyond grateful! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Water heater installation

As a General Manager of a large hotel here in Redding, we have been using Jason's services for a while. We always get a prompt, quality service call from either Jason or his crew. I recently called to have Royal install a new water heater for my 70 year old mother in law. She called me back to tell me how professional, and wonderful Jason treated her and her home when he installed a brand new one.
