We had a great experience with Ferris Home Improvements! We contacted Ferris Home Improvements to have some gutters replaced after storm damage. We made an appointment with Sam, he came out to the house, inspected the gutters, and priced out the job on-site. He offered us the contract to sign with no pressure, which was great. We decided we wanted Sam and his team to do the job!

Once the materials came in, Sam's team came out and completed the required work in one morning. The team was professional and efficient and cleaned up after the work was done. We just had our entire house re-roofed with Ferris Roofing. Some parts of the roof were 30 years old, and we had numerous leaky areas. The experience with Ferris was wonderful. It began with Mike Lashbrook coming out to examine the roof and give us a free estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about what our roof needed and provided a very detailed estimate on what to expect when the work was done and the warranty.

When the work began a roofing crew led by Adam Boyle as the Project Manager and Frank and his roofing crew came to do the work. All aspects of the work were very coordinated from having all the supplies and waste dumpster there on time to having a large 8-person crew to do the job. Our large roof (40 squares) was completely stripped, repaired where required, and re-roofed in two days.

All the clean-up was excellent. Immediately following the roofing Cory and Anthony promptly arrived to cap all our windows (9 windows) and finish up the trim work. All-in-all, from beginning of the project to the end was a total of 4 consecutive working days. Our new roof was on in less than a week and all cleanup was completely done (including removal of the dumpster)!

We found all the people involved to be very professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs and questions. The work is very high quality and the price (which remained at the estimate) for the work done was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Ferris to anyone considering purchasing a new roof.

Ferris completed two major projects for our house: A roof/gutter replacement (approx 2015) and a window/door replacement (February 2022). In both cases, the crews did a top notch job! The window replacement project included 26 ProVia windows and 2 entry doors that were installed adjacent to vinyl siding. Wayne and his team built 2 custom windows that required fine carpentry work to bump them out about 6 inches from the house and finish them off with Azek. Water damage was discovered near one window that required extra repair. Despite the complex project, we were very satisfied with the end result.

We worked with Ferris Home Improvements for our main bathroom renovation and they were amazing! Emily was our main contact for the job from the beginning and she guided us through the entire process with ease. She definitely made it feel like the easiest process and made us feel comfortable with all the selections, etc. All of the workers who assisted with the renovation were respectful and great at their trade. We've been thrilled with the new bathroom and all the amenities we chose. Thanks to the entire Ferris team!

I had an excellent roof replacement experience with Ferris. This was my first major home improvement and I was nervous and unsure. From the initial contact with Mike Lashbook (Sales), I was completely comfortable with allowing them to replace my roof. I never felt pressured because he was straight forward with who they are and what they could and would do.

My interactions the office employees, Adam Boyle (Field Supervisor) and the work crew solidified my beliefs that Ferris is an A+ company. I absolutely LOVE my new roof! It gets better looking everyday! Thanks again Ferris!

Chuck and Tom saved Thanksgiving! Ferris has done an outstanding job - we've utilized them to install 3 new doors over the last year - a new front door, a rear deck door, and a basement sliding glass door. We've had soooo many compliments, especially on our custom front door. With our most recent project - due to global shipping delays, our basement sliding glass door was planned for 20 weeks out for delivery and installation, however, it came in EARLY, and was able to be installed 8 weeks ahead of their commitment! Unfortunately, that created a problem with cabinets that we had ordered & planned to install, delivered just this week.

We quickly realized that with the new door, one of the primary anchor cabinets now would not fit. We tried every way to get it into the space but were left completely perplexed. My husband called Ferris, and they worked with us to send Chuck and Tom out to see what magic they could conjure. They were able to successfully remove the sliders, help us get the cabinet in, allowing us to complete the project before a FULL house of guests for Thanksgiving. We'll never use anyone else but Ferris for our home improvements - especially as we look towards next year with even more large-scale projects on our wish list!

As part of our deck renovation project, we ordered a new sliding door with screen and had it installed. The project manager has been very attentive and the team who came out to do the door replacement was so informative and proficient. It was a great experience and made us even more excited to move on to the next steps of our deck renovation!

I have had a great experience with Ferris. The initial sales person was Austin Maichle. He was knowledgeable and too the time to explain the different options. We chose and Owings Corning shingle. From order to install took 4 weeks. Our project manager was Adam Boyle. He was on-site at the beginning of the job to manage the dumpster placement and get the roof crew started. Adam checked the job site several times during the day.

Other Ferris team members such as Paul were also checking during the day. From sales through project completion, all members of Ferris as well as the installation crew were courteous, caring and mindful of the property. The roof is pretty new yet to determine if there are any issues, but I'm certain I will be treated well if there are and hopefully there will be no issues. I'm happy enough that I am now having Ferris quote on improvements to the interior of our home.

The entire team at Ferris Home Improvements were TOP NOTCH professionals and the work was exceptional! From the start, the sales staff (specifically Sam Commale) helped my family understand the range of options available to us after a thunderstorm caused siding and roof damage to our home. Ultimately, it was the right time to install all new siding for our entire home as well as replace a few doors including the front door.

Although there were delays procuring the materials for the work due to COVID-19, the folks at Ferris were quite communicative about their challenges and the timeline shifts, which made the experience so much more stress free and pleasant. The work began with replacing part of our damaged roof. Adam and his team were quick, efficient, and provided high quality work.

When his team was finished, Adam walked us through the work done to ensure it was complete and to our satisfaction. Wayne and his team worked on replacing 3 sliders and our front door. Wayne was exceptionally communicative in every step of the project, and we were blown away by the team's care and craftsmanship in installing the sliders and door. Jon and his team put up our beautiful new siding.

The team went above and beyond to ensure even the littlest details were done to our total satisfaction. More than once we asked for the installation team to return to address something and the team at Ferris wouldn't rest until every aspect of the project was done perfectly. They also returned when other contractors' work impacted theirs to do the small but important repairs that arose because of other contractors' work crews.

We will absolutely be repeat clients of Ferris Home Improvements because their work, their people, their materials, and their entire approach to every job is of incredibly high caliber, every time. I interview many companies for the installation of my roof. This is the only company that explained exactly what they were going to do and WHY. Why is so important, to inform the customer of what they are paying for and how it's going to hold up in the future. This company didn't try to sell me on something just because they had big clients. Mike did a great job of having materials ready to show me what will be exactly laid up on my roof and even went into the attic To see if a fan or ridge vent would be best. Adam the project manager walking me through every step when the job was being done and kept me in the loop when things changed. I highly recommend this company for any home improvements. They were reasonably prized, job was done and n a timely manner, and the results are AMAZING! 100/100 in my book :

I cant say enough great things about Ferris and their team. Ferris did my beach house kitchen and 5 bathrooms.if you know anything about building a house then you how much of a pain it is. Sunny Donovan worked with us the entire time and was by far the best company we worked with throughout the entire build process. The work speaks for itself but everything from start to finish was fantastic I just recently had the please of working Matt Janes on replacing my Roof, gutters and metal work.

It took my over 6 months to decide on a roof color and when I did.it was the original color Matt suggested from day 1. Ryan Goodwin was the foreman that was onsite making sure the job went smoothly and everything was great. Thank you Ryan for going above and beyond to ensure a very happy customer. I am currently under going a major bathroom renovation and Sunny and Emily Rudolph are doing another great job with this project as well. Just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was having Ferris H.I. In our home. Francis Biddle was an expert at helping me plan out our new kitchen/living room/dinning room layout. Rick and Joey were polite and professional, we trusted them so much we were able to give them keys to come and go as needed w/o worry.

Ferris Home Improvements is AWESOME. The process was so smooth, the staff are wonderful and my windows ( 3 large foyer windows) are beautiful and guaranteed for life. Jim and Tom did an excellent expert job installing and were very respectful of my home.

It was a pleasure doing business with Ferris. From my first meeting with Matt, the process was positive. My new roof looks great! It was done in two days, excellent work i think considering it was completely replaced - right down to the rafters, and some of those too.

My wife and I were very impressed with the entire experience of working with Ferris for work we needed done to our house. From the initial consultation, to the detailed review of our issue with Mike, to the actual execution of the work - top notch from start to finish.

This company did some very good work for me. Although the dates were postponed twice, when they came, they stayed until the roof was completely finished. They hauled away all debris. Houses in the city are especially difficult to work on, but this company just found a way and got on with it.
