Dynamic removed our old front porch and installed a new one using Trex. Phil and his team did a great job! They were efficient and thorough with the work and it looks great (and still does a few years later!). We live in an historic property and Phil was able to get all of the permits needed with ease. A pleasure to work with and highly recommended.

I had my roof redone, a ton of capping taken down and redone, and a small piece of siding put in above my garage door, which was previously covered with terrible looking capping. Dynamic did a great job and made it look so much better. They were reasonably priced along with being quick and efficient. Couldn't have asked for an easier ask and answer, especially when you know you are hard to please!

Dynamic was recommended to us by multiple people which was a great sign to begin with. The crew at Dynamic were extremely quick with a quote that was detailed, affordable, and included a great warranty. Their follow-up was amazing, unlike the other companies we received quotes from, and the job was scheduled to be done within a week and completed in a day.
The owner came by to check his crew's work to make sure everything looked good and that we were happy, which we are. Everybody we encountered was friendly which is not always the case with people working this type of business. Dynamic is definitely worth reaching out to for minimum of getting a quote.

Dynamic did a tremendous job installing a new roof on our house. So much so, that the neighbors asked me who did our roof and remarked on how quickly the job was done. We were very pleased with Dynamic Roofing. The roofers were on time and began working immediately. They draped tarps over my home and had the roof off in an hour. Dumpster & shingles arrived shortly after. Roof looks great. My home was done in one day. Fantastic crew of hard working roofers. Dynamic was awesome to work with. We had them come out and evaluate our roof. They walked us through estimates on the roof repair as well as estimates for replacing it. We decided to replace it and they did a fantastic job. They were on time for every appointment and made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. Couldn't recommend them more!

Dynamic Remodel replaced both our house roof and detached garage roof. The owner met with us to explain the quote and options with no pressure. We were able to schedule easily. Dynamic is a GREAT company! The owner, Phil, is attentive to your concerns and will come by at the earliest possible time to address and correct the concern. We were LUCKY to have found him! He's done my carport roof, my entire house siding(and he suggested a style that WE LOVE!) and carport siding, and my deck. All projects were done to code and is very structurally sound!
We wanted a house that is like no other in the neighborhood and I think we accomplished that! Our house is on his website, I believe! I am pleased with the finished work. And his estimates are pretty much the average for the area. I am NOT the easiest home owner and Phil takes ALOT OF MY HUMOR and attempts at bartering at heart. I would use Phil and Dynamic for ANY, AND ALL, PROJECTS!

I was totally impressed with Dynamic! Everyone who works there is helpful and conscientious about completing the work in a timely manner. Phil kept in close touch to keep me informed and be sure that I was satisfied. After I got the new siding, I decided to replace my roof and my house looks awesome. I will definitely call them again.

Dynamic Remodel is one of the best remodeling companies I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. There owners Phil & Steve are first class people, that treat there customers with respect and are not only very knowledgeable, but are fair and honest as well. Dynamic met our needs with pricing, timeline, and customer service. If I called Phil or Sean, they called back. If I texted, they called back. Materials were high quality and with Dynamic's certification as Shinglemasters, we get the best warranty from Certainteed. Stan and John were professional installers and answered all questions without leaving me feeling like I was imposing.
