Jose was extremely professional when he came to tune up our air conditioner. This is my husband's and my first home so we got a coupon in the value pack and decided to try Duane Blanton out. Jose and is partner came out on time, did the work promised and left with no garbage left behind. Jose looked me in the eye when he spoke to me. He was competent and able to explain everything. We will definitely use them again for all of their services!

Dan S came out and helped get our AC unit recharged and not only was he professional and timely but he was also very personal. He listened to our concern and problem with our unit and spoke to us as if we were old friends. He makes you feel comfortable and if you have any questions regarding what is going on, he has no problem walking you through each step and explaining what everything does. I would recommend him and Duane Blanton to anyone and everyone 10 out of 10 times!

I bought a house and the previous owners used Duane Blanton so I tried them out and they did not disappoint. They came and serviced my AC unit as it was not functioning correctly. The unit is old and they could have just said it needs to be replaced but the tech worked hard to find the issue. He found it and in the end my AC unit was still good for this year for sure.

I am very satisfied with Duane Blanton and recommend the service plan. They include yearly tune ups in the plan and it is very worth it. This is the second time I have used them and the showed the same professionalism and quality the first time when I needed my furnace worked on last winter in the midst of the bitter cold. I highly recommend them.

My central air wasn't working and a service man repaired it same day as I called.for a great price. We also purchased the warranty which is also a good value. The technician was very friendly and reassuring. Thanks so much for the excellent service.

A week ago our garbage disposal broke. We called this company and they were there in an instant. No waiting at all! Dave and Dan arrived with a smile, a solution and offered me a shop vac for another issue I was having. I didn't need it but it was so nice of them. I was having an extremely bad day (week) and they came, they solved my problem, replaced my garbage disposal with a smile, timely and NO MESS!

The cost was on point, service out standing, great quality work and elevated my mood by the end of their service visit. If you want the best this company is exceptional! Came home to overflowed laundry tub at 7am. Tried to clear but to no avail. Made the call about 9am and they were here by noon. In the meantime my water quit working for some reason. Jeff got me unclogged and tried to diagnose why no water. Water started to run but slowly. He said it had something to do with well pump or switch but they do not work on well pumps.

He stayed to make sure clog was cleared after water started to run somewhat. Also offered to recommend a place that works on well pumps. My water started to flow normally later but obviously I have issues with my well pump. My original problem was fixed in a timely manner by this company and I would recommend them. Thanks again Jeff.

After calling around with a few different local companies, Duane Blanton's business was the absolute right choice for us at the right time. The office set up an appointment within days of our inquiry - it was a nonemergency situation, and yet they had their professionals at our house the next day. We worked with Mike, and he was outstanding. He was professional, prepared, knowledgeable, and patient.

We took care of the needed repairs, discussed future options. Aside from being incredibly professional, the work was really well done. This is the first time we've had to hire a plumber in our new house, but we know who we will call next time, too.

Just want to let everyone know that Pauli, Danny and Scott did a fantastic job in fixing my kitchen sink pipes. They were on time and very professional. On the last day Scott and Danny completed the job in excellent time. I am very satisfy with their friendly and professional job. I wanted to use a local company for my routine furnace check. They let me know in advance the technician who would be performing the service with a profile pic and a small bio in a text-loved the personal touch. I did have some issues with my furnace after the routine cleaning but the team from the office staff to management was handled efficiently and they were immediately responsive especially over the weekend and I was satisfied. When you are in need-you want to be taken seriously and the matter to be resolved quickly-thank you to Matt and team for your help! I'm glad I called!

CUSTOMER WHO IS A SENIOR AND A WIDOW CALLED IN HYSTERICS THAT HER FLOOR DRAIN WAS BACKING UP, AND THAT SHE WANTED A TECH OUT IMMEDIATELY. ALEX AND PAT CAME OUT AND RODDED HER MAIN SEWER LINE, THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT THE TECHS WERE VERY POLITE, NICE AND HELPFUL YOUNG MEN AND AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY AND WE SHOULD BE GREATFUL TO HAVE THEM AS APART OF OUR TEAM.

Most excellent customer service. They did a wonderful job. Very thorough and polite! Josh did a great job finding the problem and rodding out the sewer lines. And he got the job done in the dark! Very extensive work.

Found a puddle beneath the water heater on Saturday. Obviously needed a new one ASAP. Called and had a guy out within a couple of hours. Dan arrived and had us up and running in no time with a new heater and answered all our questions.

We had a drain clog in our kitchen at 8:30 at night. We called Duane Blanton plumbing and had someone at the house in under an hour. The technician, Dan Kik (shockingly similar name) was friendly and efficient and the drain works perfectly again.

Daniel has been cleaning out our sewer lines for a few years now. He always comes, in does the job, cleans up and leaves. He is always very respectful and courteous. We almost always end with a little conversation which gives his visit a nice personal touch.
