Call these guys first! I had a leak affect my garage ceiling on Sunday and called over 25 plumbers. Matt from Fox Valley is the only person who called me back. He also walked me through step by step to try and diagnose the issue to minimize the damage done by the leak. I had a few more questions along the way and he picked up the phone and helped me through every one of them. I'll definitely be using these guys for all my plumbing needs. Their customer service is top notch!

When something breaks in your home (which I consider to be my sanctuary) you want competent, professional and trustworthy help to fix your problem as soon as possible. I have received excellent service from Dave with Fox Valley Plumbing on two occasions now - first to replace a faulty sewer ejector pump and more recently to install a new water heater. I strongly recommend FVP to anyone in the Elgin area looking for plumbing services.

I bought a fixer upper a couple of years ago, and I had it quoted by four different companies. The quote included replacing galvanized with copper, new water heater install, new mud sink and drain, new hose spigot, and new cold/hot water lines for the bathroom. Of the four quotes, Fox Valley Plumbing & BackFlow Services was by far the best. The pricing was fair and easy to understand.

The owner, Matt, is a no-nonsense guy, shares his knowledge willingly, communicates well, and works with you. Estimates are as detailed as you need them to be. Brenda keeps the backoffice running smoothly taking direction from Matt, coordinating schedules with the team, and made sure to communicate the details to me. Dave did most of the work at my house.

He was quiet, respectable, showed up on time, worked hard to get the job done quickly, and answered questions as I had them. The following year, I had them back out to run an ice line to my refrigerator and move my stove's gas line. Most recently, Fox Valley Plumbing & BackFlow Services came out to my mom's to install a new water heater. Pricing was by far the best, and scheduling was super easy. Dave did a "neat" job, as my mom puts it, and my mom was very happy with the work.

I went into my basement to do a load of laundry and found that my sump pump had stopped and my basement was flooding. I called and Matt answered right away and said he would be here in about an hour. In the meantime, he had me troubleshoot and I got my sump pump going, but it would have to run continuously. He saved me money by replacing the switch and not the entire sump pump. I feel that others may have tried to insist upon replacing the sump pump. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I wanted to take a brief moment and thank Fox Valley Plumbing for a resent install of my new tankless water heater. Matt was very kind to talk with me extensively about a tankless water heater after my water heater broke. I was very nervous because my in laws were coming to stay for the week. He offered me same day installation. Dave came over that day to install my new tankless. Dave was very professional and clean with the installing the tankless and removing my old water heater.

It was a little more than we expected to spend but all the family having hot showers is so worth it. From now on Fox Valley plumbing will be doing all my plumbing and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you once again from saving us from a disaster.

After having an emergency call for a gas leak we called fox valley plumbing to come out and fix it. It was a bit more than we were expecting so I called the owner who said that the tech never left and worked diligently to fix the problem. We had multiple gas leaks and he fixed every one. The owner even said he appreciated me calling him and told me if we need help with anything else like electrical or plumbing to give him a call and he can recommend someone.

We really appreciate them coming out so quick and getting it all done in one day so we could turn our water heater and furnace back on. Fyi I left a negative review originally but after talking to the owner directly changed it to a positive review so not sure if it will still show his response or not.

Great Company. I have used their services in commercial and home settings. They are knowledgeable, fair, innovative, hard working and fast. Not all plumbers are created equal. These guys are great.

I just want to say thank you for your patience, time, and education on my houses plumbing needs. All of my future plumbing needs with my home will only be with Fox Valley.

Today is the coldest of days (-16) and unbeknownst to me, our Bosch tank less water heater froze up. I was very selective in picking a plumber to help me deal with some basement water issues I was having about a year ago in a home I had just moved into. Matt spent a lot of time with me on the phone discussing how I could mitigate some of the issues I was having.

They helped me out with some gas leaks at my home after another local plumber failed to find and fix all of the issues. I called after normal business hours and was still able to get a hold of the owner and he was out first thing the next morning.

The repairs and re-piping were done quickly considering it was a pretty major project. I have used Fox Valley Plumbing & Backflow on a couple of other minor issues and have been very satisfied.

Customer service has been great, quickly return my calls and they thoroughly answered all of my questions and helped walk me through troubleshooting issues. Highly recommended.
