We didn't choose Sin City plumbing, the home warranty company did. But after the service call, they are now my preferred plumber whenever I need a plumber for one of our properties. Their response time was fast and the follow up was exceptional. Corky went above and beyond for our client. He called me to talk about options and rather than charge a bunch of money he explained warranty options through Moen.

I am buying a home and since it is an older home it was recommended to get a sewage line inspection. Ura came on time, was polite and professional and clearly explained everything to me. I am very impressed with the work he did and if later down the line I do come across any plumbing issues I will be calling Sin City Plumbing and Maintenance to help me out!

Sin city redid the plumbing in my commercial building that is 40 years old and installed new toilets. A few months later we had some flushing issues, not their fault just the old plumbing line that is 80 feet long underground. Sin city came out three times for free and then on top of that gave me new toilets that have higher flushing power to help with the situation for free. I can't believe a company like this exists, they back up their work and will ALWAYS have my business now because of it. I trust them 100%! Thank you Sin City!

I had a call though my warranty company got tired of waiting and went on Home Advisor. Within 10 minutes Sin City Plumbing called and within 1 hour Phil was at my house and explained what needed to be done to replace my water main. One hour later 1 had a quote. Very professional will recommend and use again.

My son-in-law replaced the fill valve on my master bedroom toilet and afterwards the water wouldn't turn back on. It was 2:30pm on Friday afternoon so you can imagine my surprise when I called Sin City Plumbing and they offered to have someone to my home before 5pm. Robert arrived about 1 hour later and found the problem was a defective water valve that controlled the water to the toilet.

He carefully explained what needed to be done. He finished the job and carefully checked to be sure the toilet was flushing properly. Then, he checked the valve in my 2nd bathroom because he was concerned with the age of the defective valve that it might be a problem, too, but it was in good condition. I am so thrilled to have found a plumber who is fair and has my best interest in mind, one whom I trust, and a plumber I feel comfortable calling in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank you to everyone, especially Robert, who was professional, friendly, and very personable.

Sin City has come and fixed some issues at my house multiple times. The technician Sam was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and fixed 3 issues in a timely manner and was very friendly. 10/10.

I called them because of the reviews and because they were local. Since they do charge extra for after hour jobs and it wasn"t an emergency I made an appointment for the next morning. They told me they would call at 7:30 to verify and be there by 8, they did both. The technician scoped out the job and told me what it would cost, I was given a veterans discount. The price was more than resonable and the job done quickly and satisfactorly. I will not hesitate to call them again!!

Very thorough! Sam from Sin City plumbing spotted every possibility of what was the cause of the leak and offer solutions that just wasn't from a guess. Affordable prices and amazing work. I still have a leak that needs to be fixed but it will be a big job. Hopefully they will continue the great work with affordable prices because those two qualities are definitely needed at the moment.

Sin City Plumbing was referred by our Home owners warranty company. Sin City was the alternate company to respond to the HOW request and arrived at my house within 90 minutes of the dispatch (the first company dispatched could not respond until the next day-not good since the water to our house was off). The tech, Sam C, was courteous, professional, and meticulous about his work.

He provided helpful advice and recommendations. I've been in Las Vegas for 28 years and can say that I have never had better service. Sam represented the company with honesty, integrity and fairness. I've already reached out to Sam for a quote on a second project. Sam and Sin City plumbing is the company I will be recommending in the future.

Tyler Rasmussen just left my house to fix a bathtub leak. I found him to be efficient, knowledgeable, honest and just simply amazing! His pricing was fair and he left the area clean since he demonstrates pride in his work!

Called Saturday mid-afternoon regarding issues having with our toilet and the angle stop valve. In addition, we had issues with a different toilet which the main gasket and flush valve needed replacement. The female customer rep who took the call was very polite and friendly. She said Sam would arrive before 5pm today.

Sam arrived at 430pm and was extremely polite and professional.

After showing him the issues he went to work immediately and finished all repairs in about 45 minutes. Very fair pricing for the overall service received same day. Definitely will call upon again with any future needs and request Sam for service!

Great plumbing company. Will Not use anyone else. Installed a tankless water heater in my house and anytime I have had a question or concern they have helped in any way possible.

Several years ago i needed a plumber and hired Sin City. I was extremely pleased with the service performed by a gentleman named Mike. Four or five years ago I purchased a 36 " wide bathroom vanity/sink combo and a new toilet and I needed someone to install it. Naturally because I was pleased with Sin City in the past, that's who I reached out to.

When I called the office to explain what I needed done, first of all, I was told they work weekends and Sundays included at no extra charge. I also described the sink/vanity that I purchased to be sure they would be able to install an item such as it was. I was told no problem. When the person arrived to do the work, his demeanor was not what I expected.

When he saw that the unit was still in the box and needed some simple assembly (Legs and faucet attached) he grumbled that "I was not prepared for this". "How much were you quoted?" It seemed clear to me, he thought it was going to be a quick job. I felt stuck between a rock and hard spot, thinking maybe I should have just dismissed him but I still would have to pay a charge for the call.I went ahead and let him do the work.

While he completed the work he initiated some small talk and mentioned he had recently received a hefty traffic ticket, over $500! When he completed the work and I asked him what I owed it was almost to the penny the amount of his traffic ticket! I was speechless. I suppose if it costs $575 to install a new toilet and a small vanity sink so be it.

He did a crummy job calking the base of the toilet. Unfortunately, I did not speak up and the reason being when you have people like this in your home, you just want to get them out asap! I have had plumbing needs since this fiasco but did not call Sin City.

Honest and fairly priced plumbing company that stands behind their work and word. I've used Sin City Plumbing for many years and their plumbers are knowledgeable, courteous and in good spirits. The company culture is good which makes the plumbers even that much better at their true passion - plumbing. Neli is top-notch at taking phones calls and scheduling/following up on service calls. The entire team is friendly and easy to work with - I highly recommend.

In fact... I called them to install my new dishwasher. The technician came out and installed it, THEN he hooked up the water to our new refrigerator for the icemaker free of charge, because "it only takes a second and it's no big deal." unless they do something totally heinous, I will never use a different plumbing and maintenance service. These guys are the best.

So, I tried to replace my water heater on my own. Unless you are actually know what you are doing, this is an awful idea. I called Sin City Plumbing, since I had seen them around my neighborhood. They sent Phil, who showed up and showed me everything I did wrong (including buying the wrong water heater, which is embarrassing). Not only did he do a clean and great job, he had to clean up the wet mess that I had made trying to fix it myself. So yeah, it is a good idea to call Sin City Plumbing when you don't know what you're doing, like me.

Tony is amazing!! I had to replace the shower cartridge and handle. He showed up on time and replaced everything very quickly!! Highly recommend him!!

We have had Tyler with Sin City Plumbing come out to help with a leaking garbage disposal and today for a leaky toilet. . He is very professional and gets everything working right away! He explains what was going on and what needed to be done to get the problem resolved. We highly recommend them!

I called the company at 6:45 p.m. requesting a plumber for an emergency call on a 90 year old little lady living by herself with a clogged toilet that we could not unclog ourselves got a return call from the dispatcher at 7 and the plumber arrive at 7:45 took him all of ten minutes his name was Tony he was amazing and awesome at his job if you ever need a plumber call Sin City Plumbing they are very courteous personable and value their customers I won't use any other plumbers now except for Sin City Plumbing

They have always been on time and their prices and work explained in depth as to what is covered under my home warranties and not. I got the services I expected and no surprises. Technicians Tony and Tyler R. Both did great work. Their pricing was better than all 3 estimates I received from their competitors. I highly recommend their company and services.

We had a thermostat problem with our water heater. I called about 9 a.m. on a friday. the plumber came out 2 hrs later. He was very professional. He discussed ther costs up front. He replaced the thermostat & now we have hot water again.

These people were great. Had a minor plumbing problem on a Sunday and they came out a fixed it without charging through the roof. Highly recommended.
