Mario came out and did a repair to my water heater. Not only did he go out of his way to find parts to get it fixed the same day, he called me back an hour later and again the next evening to make sure it was still working right. I would definitely call them again for any pluming issues. Service: Water heater repair

They came in as a subcontractor. They left the situation worse than they found it and said they had to order parts. They provided no ETA. When I called twice to get help on the new problem they caused, they never called me back.

Replaced two new 18 toilets. This was done very carefully so no water or other toilet items leaked into by homes carpet. Will be using them to repair and install a new shower head and tub faucet. Service: Install toilet

My 8-yr-old water heater was leaking from the drain valve. I was told by other companies to replace the tank. I called Shawn (the most courteous and knowledgeable) Service Manager of Sound Plumbing and Heating. His Master Plumber, Darron came out and quickly noticed that my water heater connectors were improperly installed, including the gas line.

He did a tune up on the unit, replaced the anode rod (corroded and limescale build-up), replaced the plastic drain valve with a high quality brass one, and repositioned the tank and readjusted all connectors and fittings TO PERFECTION. I have never met a plumber who would go above and beyond to assure the safest environment for his customers. He drained and flushed the tank.

This took some time as it had not been drained for maybe a couple of years. Thanks to Darron, my water heater performs like new. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my water heater, or plumbing services. Their service fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Our service man, Robert, was awesome; very knowledgeable. A plus 10 service from setting an appointment to actual job. When needed I'll be calling them again and telling friends and neighbors.

This is one of the best plumbing companies in town. I love them! I have been steadily using them for approximate two plus years. I always know that I'm going to get excellent service whenever Mark is on the job - I manage 55+ condos and he goes above and beyond all my expectations and constantly impresses me with his attention to detail. I can't thank Sound Plumbing enough. We had a water leak from the house to the street. Mark came out as scheduled, access the problem. Kept me informed when he arrived and his findings. Today a technician from Sound Plumbing came to do work for us again. The first time Mark repaired leaky pipe connections in our attic, and today he installed a new water softener. He called ahead to let us know when to expect him, what the price would be, how long it should take, all the details.

We use Sound Plumbing for all of our rental condos and also for our own home. They are always extremely professional and honest. Mark installed a reverse osmosis system in one of our high rise units and was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient to explain the system to everyone in our house and make sure we were all comfortable before installing.

I love Sound Plumbing! Jerry is our favorite plumber. He is honest, timely, performs great work on all of our rental properties that we completely gut. Laura, Sandi and Kevin in the office are fantastic to work with also. Sound Plumbing is a true business partner for us!
