Clogged drains can be a serious problem and must be dealt with quickly. Although a minor clog can be removed with a toilet plunger and some Drano, more serious clogs will require specialized tools, otherwise you risk making the problem worse. It's also prudent to have your plumbing checked when you have a clog to make sure there aren't other problems that could hamper your repairs.

Matt was amazing plumber. He was professional, kind, honest on time, friendly, informative, helpful and quick. My Mom's water heater died and they came out within hours to replace it. The warranty company First American we use had sent a previous plumber who lied and said we had structural damage and that our bill would be 2000.00 for just the placement and construction repairs. Matt charged only what was quoted, no surprises there. How refreshing. He did a fantastic job and was so professional! Kudos to you Matt for being so incredible to two old folks! You were incredible! We recently purchased a house in Vegas and wanted a little help knowing what maintenance is recommended when caring for a water heater. They said they could send someone out free of charge to just speak with me and give our unit a quick look. Michael came out and was very informative. He verified questions that I had and tried to research on my own and even gave me a few more tips that I wasn't aware about.

My water heater was down late Saturday night., called them around 2 in Sunday afternoon. They managed to send a technician the same day. Matt, one of theirs technician showed up within half an hour after the phone call. Matt was friendly and very professional. After his inspection, he informed the situation to me and offered me different options with reasonable price. I ended up replacing the heater. Matt did a phenomenal job, professional and efficient.
