Leo was incredible. He arrived on time and answered the questions I had. We did have to wait a day for the part but he drove the 23-30 minute drive back to the office and returned with a portable air conditioner that cooled our room to a chilly 73 degrees. He then arrived early today and now we are back with the much needed AC. Thank you, Leo. We could not be more grateful!

Jorge was on time. He was effecient and friendly and professional. He changed out an osmosis tank and checked out my water softener for any issues. It was in need of salt which he put in for me. Left the workspace spotless. I really like this company.starting with the appt person.and ending with a completed job. THANK YOU!

Our tech Vernon showed up and put in real effort to fix our sixteen year old unit after have worked sixteen hours that day. He spent another four hours doing everything he could to try and make our old unit run. Eventually we decided it was time for a new one. The process was super painless and he went and got portable room a/c units for us until the new one got installed. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

American Home Water is always such a friendly and reliable company to work with. Today, Omar came to diagnose our Water Softener, for which the water had been running for several days. Omar was amazing. He quickly found and fixed the problem, all under warranty, and helped us know what to do to bypass the water softener if there ever is a delay in scheduling someone in the future.

So - Omar was amazing. My only concern is that the scheduler was aware of the problem and knew it would be several days to get someone out. I wish she would have told us to turn the two knobs to bypass the water softener so we didn't have the water running for 5 consecutive days. We even called twice and weren't advised. My water bill is going to be very high due to all the wasted water when we could have turned off the system temporarily. Even so, every other experience I've had with AHW has been amazing, and Omar's service today was excellent, so I still give 5 stars.

I needed my water heater replaced. I called on a Thursday night and left a message with the answering service to call me in the morning. Kim called me at 7:30 on Friday morning and said she could have someone out the same day within 4 hours! Woohoo! The Tech arrived on time and he was polite and courteous. The installation was completed in about an hour and a half. I felt the price was fare considering they installed a Bradford heater which is better than the heater I had. Very satisfied.

When I moved into my home I had to replace the water heater and bought a high level water softener from Sears. BIG MISTAKE. I woke up about 3 years later and due to a malfunction in the water softener, it caused a failure in my water heater no more than 3 years later, causing massive flooding/water damage and a broken water softener/water heater. I called these guys and realized how much BETTER quality the water softener/heater were for basically the same price.

They were also able to come very rapidly. (basically the next day I believe) Been here almost 9 years and both are running strong and just $140 a year to replace the filters!

From the installation to the yearly maintenance of our RO system they have been fantastic. Easy to schedule, always communicating, shows up on time and completes the work efficiently and professionally. Friendly techs explain things clearly and leave my space clean. One of the best companies I have worked with in the home maintenance field. Highly recommend American Home and Carlos.

Jorge and Carlos came out to install a reverse osmosis system in my home. They were super friendly and professional. As well they educated me on how to maintain the system and proper usage after installation. I would recommend Americanhomewater.com for all your water treatment needs.

On 4/1 Xavier Tobin came out to perform a spring Maintenance checkup. As with the first time, I was very impressed with his professionalism and positive attitude. He walked me through what he would be doing and went ahead and changed the air filter without hesitation. He was very personable and great to talk to! I really appreciated the level of detail he provided to me in addition to images via email.

In addition, I like to give kudos to office staff Jen, and Kelly for coordinating and communicating the time and dates. Love doing business with American Home Water & Air as they make it a seamless process to do business with.

Leo did an excellent job explaining the cause for the issue I was having, made the adjustment. I have use this company since buying my home last year. They have been inspecting, servicing, maintaining my heat, air conditioning units, R/O, water softener units since. They are prompt, reasonably priced.definitely would recommend this company

Let me start by saying I've used this company and referred at least 8-10 other people to this company due to there prompt response to any issues I had in the past and customer service. They've replaced my hvac, water heater, and also installed my soft water system without any issues on the past. I paid for their hvac maintenance package and had a maintenance service done by Leo today.

I came home from work and noticed there was a problem with my heater not shutting down at the thermostat! It got beyond toasty 79-80 degrees and kept getting hotter and blowing the hot air. I called at 6:30pm and was told I would immediately get called back and left a message on Leo's cell and it's crickets with no call back. At 9pm I finally had enough and went to the circuit breaker and shut the power off to the air handler.

It's 10pm and I call again and after hours lady even tried calling the technician with no luck and supposedly will call me back tonight. We are burning up and opened all the windows to cool the house down. Did the owners change!? This company was known for customer service, but it's a shame and poor reflection of the owners.

After fear of my water heater exploding, Samantha responded to my after hours text almost immediatly. She put my mind at ease for the night until a tech could come replace my unit the next day. Keep up the good work! Service: Boiler installation

December 1, 2021 American Home Water & Air visited our house in Anthem at Merrill Ranch, Florence, AZ to replace a faulty pressure release valve. Daniel, the technician, arrived on time and did an awesome job. He answered all my questions about proper care for our new pressure release valve. It was an education, thanks, Daniel. Also, after that I phoned the office and talked to Mary Anne asking her a question about the warranty on the part.

She had never been asked that question before, but she took the time to find the answer and it is fully warranted, parts and labor from the manufacturer for one full year. Thanks, American Home, Water and Air.

They seemed like a good company but after they installed the AC they have had to come back 4 times to fix the leveling and this is after I have already found mold due to the water not properly draining. This has caused extreme allergies in my 2 and 4 year old and has made me very uneasy about this new AC. I feel like I spent 8k to get my kids sick and it's just so sad.

I had a water softener installed right after I closed on my house. The technician arrived on time, and completed the installation within a reasonable time. I've been using this company for years for my AC needs and they are always honest and professional. Tim came out today to help us when our AC went out and he was able to quickly figure out the issue and get it fixed in record time. I also appreciated how they send you a text with ETA for the technician so I didn't have to stay home during the entire 4 hour arrival window and instead hang out at the local Starbucks to bum free AC. Very happy with the company, I strongly recommend!

The technician, Joaquin, came out to service our 3 air conditioners. He was very thorough and explained what was going on with each one. George did a great job, one of the rooms was just always warm, he came out recommended the larger duct and it's soooo much cooler.

I had my RO & HVAC Systems serviced by Jorge & George. It has been the absolute best customer service experience in a long time. They both were professional, knowledgeable about their jobs, experienced, honest, & friendly. I can't tell you how many HVAC techs I have had over the last years who were none of these things. I am so very pleased with the company & my service.

I had them install my Water softener 5 years ago and it was great. It had a problem with the unit last week and they came over and replaced the unit with no questions asked for free. Great service! I've been using them for years and they're always super polite, helpful, and very good at what they do! They give me tips on how to keep things running well so I don't need to replace parts as often. The billing is very transparent and up front. Their service packages are totally worth it! I use them for my A/C units and my water softener, all of which is running much better and more efficiently after I started using American Home. I've convinced family and friends to use them and I'd recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance. Very happy with them!

The technicians came out to install my water softener system. I was a bit unprepared as far as having the area clear but they were accommodating and knocked the install out of the park. Then i casually mentioned i will order from them for my Reverse Osmosis that i wanted next. They mentioned they could install it right then and there too so next thing i know they installed that and got it dialed in too.

I'm super grateful and pleased with how fast and efficient they were. I would say they had installed both units and set them up for me in less than an hour and a half. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family who own homes! Happy camper now that i can drink potable Alkaline water from the faucets!

Lois did a great job on my ro system and even found a potential problem and fixed it. The price i was charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend American Home Water and Air, they did an excellent job.

Fidel and his coworker were super professional and courteous. They said the job would take an hour they finished it in 30 minutes.

They installed a water softener for me about 6 years ago and did a great job. They also had to install all the plumbing. They also serviced my broken meter when it was a couple months out of warranty for free. That's pretty awesome. I called them and to have them fix assault bridge in my brine tank and they just replaced it which is even better so that they could dispose of the salt and brine. I highly recommend these guys.

On November 3rd I found out my hot water heater was leaking. Monday I called some different plumbing companies who I thought were pretty high priced Then I called AHWA got a quote that suited me. Said they could do it on Tuesday. Told me they would be at my home between 230 and 430. The crew showed up early. Junior and Sean. Due to the location of my heater they had to have the shop bring out another size. Stuck with the job removing the old one. the other one was brought to them and they installed it.

I was very impressed with their
knowledge and their work ethic. Really enjoyed meeting them and would use them again if the need should ever arise. Great job Junior and Sean.

American home water and air gets a five star rating for their prompt service, terrific customer service and quality work. Two of our central HVAC systems went out on a Friday afternoon. Drew from American home water and air came out Saturday morning to review the situation. One HVAC had to be replaced and one HVAC system was repaired by Drew. The Company gave me a very fair price to install the system two days later, on a Monday. Jeff the supervisor and his team arrived very early Monday morning to install the new HVAC system.

I had a water softener and RO system installed by these guys a bit over a year ago and had a great experience. So good, I had them install a second RO upstairs after a year. The other day, the hose that leads from my soft water tank to the salt just popped off unexpectedly, for no good reason, leading to water spraying all over the place. I temporarily reattached it, but knew it needed a pro to fix it for good.

I called today and they are sending a tech to fix it - same day under warranty. The truest mark of a good business is always how they act when things don't go exactly right. They're passing with flying colors. Highly recommend.

My outside motor on my ac went out last year at the beginning of summer. They came out promptly and replaced it. I even spurge and got the bigger and "better" fit cause it would last me longer. *caugh* Apparently I had a slightly smaller motor, which caused my ac to stop working due to it being over worked. This year my ac went out with what seemed to be the same issue.

Call them, but they were too busy. Arr... Fine. Called boldt havac (#2 on my Yelp list).. was advised that the new motor that was replaced last year had the bearing damaged. Um.. you sure it's not a loose wire, I just replaced the same motor last year with American home, sadly he was sure. My fan blade is off balance and caused the motor damage.

May need to replace that too (quote still out on that) It cost me $150 less for the replacement of the motor this year during prime summertime. Ps from start to finish boldt was slightly quicker on the repair, and cheaper. Ac is now working. Too hot for a broken ac. Glad I was impatient.

What a great company with even better customer service. We just had our RO system installed and the installer ( Jose) was so super helpful. They gave me great advice, and were very friendly. We will be coming back to this company to have our Water Softner installed here shortly as well. I did a lot of research and asked for a bunch of quotes from other companies and no one could compare to this company. Hands down best prices and customer service. I had next day service as promised. Extremely satisfied with the service I received and I would highly recommend calling this office for your next service needs.

We used America Water & Air for our new water softener. We liked Thomas A. so much that we referred my mother. He came and gave my mother a no BS quote and had his team come install the system the same day. She was over the moon. We haven't had the systems all that long, but as of right now they are all working perfectly. We respect and appreciate their transparency in their sales process.

What an amazing company! Our water heater went out in January and they came over and installed a new one the same day. They arrived on time and had it working within a few hours. It's now April 7th and we found water trickling outside the house from the pressure release valve. I called them again and they were out here within an hour to replace the defective valve. I truly couldn't be happier with their service.

We recently had a water softener installed by American Home Water & Air. Angel and Higi were so professional! The installation was pristine! Not only was the installation neat, but their clean up was fantastic. We were absolutely thrilled with the entire process...from response time to completion!

Higi installed our RO system. What fantastic service and install work. He was quick, clean and very informative. We visited for several minutes and he explained the new system and how to complete the setup of the new 5 stage RO. Connected to our refrigerator/ice maker and tested to see if we needed a bypass or not. We did and he instructed me how to find the part I needed to accomplish that. Way to go Higi!!

I recently had a soft water unit installed by Junior. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable young man. He had a great attitude, arrived at his scheduled window of time and performed all work to my satisfaction. While chatting with him I mentioned that another A/C company had made a recommendation to me recently about a part that they felt I needed.

Junior suggested that I call Brad and found out the cost of the part and installation was roughly 45% less than the other company due to other companies commission structure. I was shocked to say the least and very pleased that American Home Water & Air could do the work the next day. Their A/C tech Joseph was again, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend your services and will only deal with your company in the future.

From our initial meeting with Tom through the install, the process was easy, professional and we were up and running the day I called. The installers Angel and Brandon were very professional, respected our home, cleaned up everything and took the time to explain the RO and Soft Water systems they installed. We were a bit concerned about drilling our granite to put in the RO faucet but they did this in minutes with no mess and took care to make sure it was put in the right location that we liked. If you are looking for a water treatment system, do not hesitate to contact these folks, we highly recommend them.

The best and most reliable service! Had no A/C, called and was told that they could get out on the same day. A few moments later, I received a call from the technician giving us an hour window which was awesome! Our technician Joseph showed up on time with a professional appearance and got right to work. He located the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost.

Brandon was just out to change our filters in our 5 stage RO system. He was very kind and professional and arrived when he said he would which is always nice. We have had our RO system and our soft water system for a little over a year now and we absolutely love it. We are very happy with the great service we always receive with American Home water and air.

We came home from being gone 7 days to find our water heater had been leaking while we were gone. We called and got information right away. The office took the call was listening to our problem and was able to get someone out to our home within a very short time. Higi was our service tech. He reviewed the situation and gave us options to fix the problem.

Our water heater started leaking yesterday and was replaced by Hiji and Angel who stayed until 7.30 p.m. to get the job done. Both were very professional and friendly and kept us informed through the various stages. The price for a new 40-gallon Bradford White and for the trip and installation was about $300.00 better than we could have done otherwise. I recommend this company strongly without any reservations.

American Home Water is great. Service, product, prices, the whole works. My water heater failed on Tuesday night. I found out about it Wednesday night when I got home. Did research into products and companies on Thursday while deciding whether to buy one and install it myself or have someone do it for me. I even called two manufacturers directly asking what separated their products from everyone else.

The recommendation that American Home Water made to get a Bradford White tank held up after all the research. Then I priced it out with 4 other companies. AHW was $250 less than the lowest of the other 4 companies, 2 of which would install the same tank. I set the appointment at 2 pm yesterday and asked for a 7 a.m. time today. They accommodated the request. Angel showed up 5 minutes early and got the job done in an hour.

He was quick, thorough and efficient. Almost unbelievable today with all the terrible customer service from a LOT of companies. I now have a water softener and water heater from AHW and they will be my first choice for water or HVAC repair needs going forward!

After 15+ years of having the same water heater, it finally had a leakage and I immediately called American Home Water and Air. I was referred by a client of mine to call this company and I'm glad I saved the phone number.

In December our heater went out and we received a recommendation from a friend that had service from AHW, we had a technician arrive in a timely manner. Brad arrived when he said he would, he took his time evaluating the unit and the thermostat.

We now have every product that AHW sells due to the quality of the product and the way AHW installs, services, maintains and prices. These people take service seriously, they price fairly and they stand behind both their product and service.

Gerardo was our technician and he showed up on time and with a great big smile! He was very professional and personable and set expectations right away of what he would be doing and how long it would take to complete.

My experience with AHWA was very positive from the time I contacted them to meeting with the tech to having duct work done. Overall a solid customer service experience with no pressure of any kind of up sell or fear tactics upon inspecting my A/C unit.
