What I thought was going to be an expensive repair turned out to be simply a popped breaker... Some companies would have said I needed a new unit. Great service. Very honest. Disappointed. The technician arrived. He concluded he could not do the job because they don't do much commercial and that they just do not have the equipment to do the job or the people to anymore. He just came across like he did not want to spend the time. We wasted several hour for this. We then called another plumbing service who got a tech out quickly and unclogged the line in a few minutes. Why couldnt Christian Brothers do the job, are they really ill equipped or is the tech that is the problem?

Barry Bridge of Christian Bros fixed all my electrical issues, and explained to me what happened very well. He recommended what LED Dimmable kitchen lights to buy after replacing a faulty dimmer switch. He went above and beyond and explained to me all that he did. He is truly good at what he does. We need more people like Barry who take pride in what they do for customers, which helps the company and makes new friends in the process.

I came home from work and the Christian Brothers truck was next door. I talked with A/C tech "TRISH" to find out the price of a standard A/C service, and to see if she thought I could get service on Saturday. She said that if she was not already booked for another call when she was done with the neighbor, she could take care of me right away, and asked me to call in for a service.

A few minutes later she came over and told me she could do the service call.

Trish was fabulous. Very friendly, professional and thorough. She did the A/C service and explained everything to me so I could easily understand it. I highly recommend not only Christian Brothers, but ask for TRISH!!!

I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers' service. George Banks is an amazing and patient tech. Because he had to wait for some things to be delivered, we had an opportunity to talk over a light lunch. He didn't want to leave and I didn't want him to miss a lunch. He explained a lot to me about my new AC, explained the new thermostat, and didn't leave until he showed me pictures of the installation and what he had done.

I trust this gentleman will be with CB for a very long time. He represents your company so well. Oh, and by the way, Jon came out and wrote up the paperwork. Loved talking with him too. What a nice man.
