Air-Zona Air Conditioning

A/C stopped working today around 3pm, called several other places and they said being the hottest day of the year the soonest appointment was 3 days away. It's freekin hottest as hell today and there is no way I can wait 3 days with several little kids and pets. I called Air-Zona and they had a tech at my house literally in 30 minutes, that tech was Daryl and he was absolutely amazing.

He spent several hours on the roof repairing my A/C unit in the heat and ultimately fixed it. Daryl was very prompt, friendly and understanding to our situation. I highly recommend this company and their team, thanks again guys and I'll be calling to get a quote to replace this dinosaur

Pat and his team are absolutely tremendous! Courteous, professional, on time, and detailed and accurate with their estimate, the entire experience has been remarkable. We used Air Zona to reduce our house as we were raising the ceilings as part of a remodel. The work was done exactly as promised, and the process was clean and efficient. Then our AC unit went out unexpectedly at our rental property and the team jumped into action, delivering a unit the very next day! We have a permanent new AC company!

I was very pleased with the services provided by Daryl. He was on time, friendly, polite and very professional. He was thorough and explained to me what he was doing while performing his testing. Through the testing he recommended that one part be replaced because it was functioning at a very low capacity and would eventually affect the indoor motor from working properly. I had a very positive experience with Ari-Zona and would highly recommend them.

85 for a service charge for 30 minutes and that doesn't include anything else. They don't tell you for how long. They don't tell you when they replace something what the cost is. I hired them to replace my thermostat. I had semi changed one. Didn't check the wiring. They only replace the blown fuse. I still had to finish installing my own thermostat on top that. I have 2 so guess what. i have to install the second one myself also and hope I don't create a mess again. Worst experience I have had.

Crew arrived on time, everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. Installation looks great and they cleaned up after themselves. They helped me setup my new thermostats and showed me how to configure them. I am very happy with their service so far. I am also very happy to help support a small business owner instead of a huge corporation!

They installed a new American Standard system about a year ago. The system works perfectly and included in the instillation cost was 2 PM services. They were just here to do the second PM service, focusing on the gas furnace unit. They did an excellent and complete service and I remain very happy with their work.

Our technician, Eric Baker, is professional and honest. He has been doing the maintenance on our HVAC for many years. He always answers all of our questions, explains what is going on with our unit and keeps us informed about anything that needs to be watched. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to our system. I have been having trouble with my main AC unit, which is fairly new. Two other companies have been out this year and failed to correct the problem. We are returning customers of Air-Zona and if I could, I would give them 6 stars for their services over the past few years. Their prices are better than most of their competitors, but the quality of their work and customer service is excellent. They schedule new installations and repairs promptly and come to your home after hours if needed. Their technicians are knowledgeable and don't try to sell you services or products that you don't really need, but clearly explain the issues they've found. We will keep coming back to them.

They were excellent from Martha who answered the phone and got me scheduled quickly, and gathered the information needed. I was shocked when she told me they had a service technician in my area and could be there in a hour. And George arrived in 45 minutes and got me back up and running in short order. He was friendly knowledgeable and honest about my system. They are certainly my go to people from now on.

Love and trust this company! That should be your first concern, but thorough is such a small word and they are that too, These men are awesome with customer service and being polite. To shorten this, they get the job done.

We hired Air-Zona to do an inspection/tune-up of our A/C unit. The technician was prompt, polite, and patient in answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about our system as well as other units and equipment that we were curious about. He was very honest in his assessment of our system and repairs that were recommended. I was very impressed with how thorough the inspection was (over 1.5 hours total) and how reasonably priced the service was. I would definitely recommend this company!

Sav-On Plumbing recommended George Chartier at Air-Zona air conditioning. I've used him twice and he is awesome. Last night on one of the coldest nights in the Valley in my recollection (and I was raised here), my heater bit it. When I woke up this AM it was about 55 degrees in my house. I called George at 6:30 and he was here at 8:00 and had it fixed almost immediately.

I have used Air-Zona for a few years now. They have installed new registers and ducts and fixed our AC a few times. They are amazing and always go above and beyond. When we needed to replace our coil they ensured we got the best price and the total came in less than what we agreed to pay when they did the estimate. When George and his teammate were here installing the coil, I was complaining that my front door was sticking. They surprised me by fixing my front door. How sweet is that?? Above and beyond! Good value, great people, dependable. Will refer them whenever I can!

Air-Zona was recommended to me by a friend. I am very impressed. My air conditioning quit over the weekend, and I called and asked for someone to come out first thing Monday. (They would have come out on Sunday, but I wasn't going to be home anyway.) Daryl showed up right on time and looked over everything. He was a super nice guy and he wasn't bothered when I asked questions, and he offered plenty of information.

It was a pretty simple fix, but he took the extra time to clean everything up and check everything out, and give it a good once over. Now it is blowing nice and cold! These guys are definitely my go-to for A/C stuff from now on.

I was referred to Air-Zona by two friends who use them. I have absolutely no complaints with them. They worked with my schedule to arrange a basic tune up for our AC unit. It was a non-urgent situation. The tech arrived on-time, a few minutes early actually. He made some recommendations on the inside of the home for optimizing our system and then up to the roof he went.

I can't tell you how reassuring it is when you know that a job gets done properly. That's exactly what happened yesterday afternoon/evening when Daryl and George worked on Josh and Abbie's air conditioner. Daryl showed up first sometime between 4:30 and 5:00. Diagnostics took longer than Daryl expected because he had never seen something exactly like this.

It is funny one of the reviews here from 2 years ago mentions the guys from Sav-On Plumbing referring them to Air-Zona as that is how I found out about this company as well. This really is how small local businesses should be run-- honest, affordable, reliable, and professional. The problem is businesses like this are harder to find since they advertise less and build their customer base on word of mouth.

I spoke to George about my situation and he quoted me an estimate based on the information I provided. My problem and the final cost were both as he had suggested. He was flexible in communicating via email due to my work schedule, worked around my time frame to setup an appointment, the on-site tech (Daryl) called 20/min prior to arrival advising he was on the way, and took his time with the job even though it probably lasted a little longer than anticipated. I have no complaints about my experience using Air-Zona and will continue to do so in the future for any A/C or heating needs.

I manage Cave Creek Self Storage. George and one of his guys came and fixed a large ongoing problem we had going. Did an excellent job! The A/C system has never been better. THANK YOU! Will be recommending them and using them again in the future!
