The owners of this company are amazing! Very friendly, easy to work with, and showed up right on time. They gave me an amazing quote on all the work I needed done for my AC unit and where out fixing it by basically the next day. They saved me a ton of money compared to other companies and was one of the easiest things to set up for them to come out.
If I could give a better rating I would! They honestly deserve a 11/10 star rating and I will forever be giving them a call whenever I need more work done on my units. Just had a very concerning conversation with David Garris of Temperature Masters. Several months ago he installed a 3 ton heat pump. After having several huge bills from APS I had an energy audit done by APS. They found a huge gap in ducting that hadn't been covered. I called Temperature Masters and he was very rude to me when he got here. Says they didn't change the ductwork.
He wouldn't even look at it. Even though the invoice says he adapted the electrical and duct work. He says no they didn't and walked out. No suggestions on how to fix it or what to do. Just walked out. I would highly recommend you not do business with his company! Apparently they don't stand behind their work.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Dave & his son Ryan. Great price, on time installation and installed within a couple of days of selecting Dave for the job, great clean up after the job, they also took the time to explain what they were doing, excellent pricing with a great TRANE product. I picked Temperature Masters based on a referral and price checked them as well, hands down a great deal with very knowledgeable father & son installation. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The best price for our Trane. A small company with a caring attitude. Before our installation date, our old unit broke down, Dave fixed it for us, so we could be comfortable with the extreme heat. He came the same day, replaced a part, and did not charge us for labor or the parts. I don't think a larger company would have been that considerate. I highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with my new Trane system! Temperature Masters had great customer service and the quality of the work was phenomenal. Attention to detail is a big pet peeve of mine. They were very conscientious of my home and cleaned very well when the job was complete. Best of all. the price was amazing! I highly recommend.

If you are looking to cut through all of the inflated pricing, salesperson commissions (driving up your cost) and misleading information, go with Temperature Masters! We loved their direct, no-nonsense approach to getting us exactly what we needed at a cost thousands less than the closest competitor. Their work was clean, neat and thorough.

This is the second unit I have purchased from Temperature Masters over the past many years. I called, they gave me a price for the unit I needed and I scheduled an installation about 3 weeks away. The next day my unit started acting up. They worked me into their very busy schedule and were back in two days for a complete installation. It took 3 HOURS from start to finish.

I know that's not possible all the time, but this isn't the first time David has taken care of me that fast. Ryan and David were out replacing the unit on top of our roof. They were on time and extremely polite, clean, and fast! They had the old system torn out and the new one put in before we even realized it was down! Everything is working great and the system is so quiet you can't even hear it when you are outside. We are very happy with their installation and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor!

David came out after the storm in '12 and was half the cost of the guys trying to get in the insurance company pockets. We had two units replaced. The workmanship was of the highest level. I have used this company on several occasions for my family and I can tell you, I trust these guys more than any workers I have found in the Valley since moving here.

These guys don't pass along unnecessary overhead to the customer, they gave me the same units, (one was actually upgraded) at a lower price then the other estimates The guy who came and gave me the estimate was there doing the actual install too. Lots of good advice, great price, great products. My cooling costs are about 20% lower then last year. Bottom line, these guys do what they promise, have the experience to do it right, and they make a fair profit without overcharging their customers.
