Alien Air Conditioning and Heating recently installed a new AC unit at my condo and I'm extremely happy and 110% satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided throughout the process. Accessing the AC unit was not the easiest task, as the unit was located on the second floor with a very steep pitched roof and a parapet wall. The team were experts in performing the highest quality service given the challenges.

They went above and beyond ensuring my smart thermostat was properly installed, replaced air filters with higher quality filters, and provided me with great preventative maintenance advice. I'm grateful to have worked with such a professional and pleasant team! A million THANK YOUs to Chris, Mike, Jeremy, Emiliano, Joe, and Kenny! You are the BEST! I look forward to a lifelong partnership with this great company as I plan to use them for all my future HVAC related needs.

Jeremy is awesome! Best A/C maintenance person I have ever had. He has been servicing our Trane XR17 unit that we had Alien install in 2015 for the last several years. Happy with the install and the unit. Jeremy is professional, very personable, knowledgeable, offers quality service, communication, etc. In short.he is great to work with and a breath of fresh air in the service industry! After having four companies come out to do their inspections and give pricing, I decided to go with Alien Air because they were very fairly priced and offer an absolutely wonderful warranty. Had a problem with my HVAC system and received a text shortly after leaving a message. Jeremy called me and arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. More importantly he was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. He explained the problem in understandable detail. He also spent the time to program the new thermostat I decided to purchase. 5 out of 5 STARS!

By far the best service west of the 17. My repeat technician Jeremy is the man. He jumped on my roof spoke to my A/C unit and whispered it back to health. The man is a savant in the art of heating and cooling. Best price, best service I will not look any further.

If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there.

Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house!

I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!

I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. Alien Air is the only ac company I fully trust. I have been exclusively using this company for years. I am always pleased with their professional service. I have recommended Alien Air to many people who were all extremely pleased with their work quality and customer service. Alien Air does not try to upsell you or sell you anything that you don't need. Alien Air shows up when other's company's won't. Their techs are neat and knowledgeable.

Above excellent, this is a company that came out to my house 9/27/14 after a major rain storm, on a Saturday! It was almost sunset and Chris found the problem, fixed it and saved the day. Alien Air Conditioning are so friendly, fast, professional.

They are very thorough and will take pictures of your A/C unit so you can see what the technician sees.
