Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This company is very dishonest. We hired them for a whole house remodel. They took our large deposit and walked away. If I could rate them zero stars, that would be too good for them. Never hire this company.

Still have an open lawsuit against this company. Haven't pursued further actions against Rod because I was diagnosed with cancer a couple of years ago and don't need the stress. Horrendous experience but life goes on. Service: Water damage repair

I contracted with Master Painting and Remodeling for some exterior repair work and full exterior paint. The price quoted and paid was very fair and reasonable. Outstanding job! Our house looks like a brand new 1963 South Florida CBS home! Professionally done including sugestion for secondary color that was spot on. The sample colors I selected for test patches were extremely helpful for color choice.

They were ready to go to work before I was ready for them! Good quality repair work, high quality professional paint. The crew knew what they were doing and did not cut corners. Only 4 days from the start of repair and prep to completion.

All the employees I encountered from the beginning to the end were friendly, down to earth, and awesome. I had the interior of my house painted and they did a GREAT job. Pricing was fair and all the employees were making sure I was satisfied with their services. The painters were always on time and super cool guys who were also very willing to answer any questions and do what I requested without hesitation or attitude. In all a great experience and my house looks great! Will definitely use again.

I contacted Master Painting as I wanted to have my 1st home painted. I was greeted by Jackson and he was very nice and went thru the entire process with me. I agreed on using them and from there I picked out the colors with the help of Jackson and to include the fencing as it would come out looking great and his advice was right. The gentleman that painted my home did an amazing job "WOW".

My home looks 100% better then I purchased it. It needed a new paint (TLC) and its just lovely. When I pull up to my home I have a big smile on my face cause it looks so good. I love the expertise and professionalism of this company. I've heard nightmare stories from friends of contractors and never experienced any with Master Painting and Remodeling. The owner and his assistant met with me almost the same day I called for an estimate and they came with a very impressive packet about their company. The estimate beat any other estimate I had and we signed the contract the same day.

I love how they detail every part of their promise in the contract so theirs no misunderstandings. My contractor doing the work was Hugo and he was excellent, so professional and polite. He was their full time and did not miss a day until the work was completed, which is hard to find nowadays. When the work was completed I needed a few things touched up and their was never a problem with Hugo, he came a couple of times after the job to finish his touch ups. I'm definitely very happy and impressed with this company and Hugo, I highly recommend them.

Master Painting was great to work with. Patricia was thorough, helpful and receptive for estimating and helping me pick out colors. Leo did a fantastic job painting. The cut in was excellent. The best I've seen. A little bit more paint splatters on the floor than I would have liked though. It takes a bit to clean up.

Promises delivered, on time and as committed.

I've had to hire a different remodeling company to fix what they did to the remodel of my bathroom. They destroyed the ceiling in the bathroom they were supposed to remodel and left the bathroom a complete mess. Never reconnected the water in the sink, and ripped out the high hats and never reinstalled them. They splattered mortar all over the door in the patio and never removed the debris from the demo after I was assured that it was all gone.

My favorite part was when I went to check on the progress and one of their guys working on the job gave me his card and told me to call him directly next time and he can do it much cheaper. I've left some pictures of the disaster they made.

Great crew showed up on time and finished job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Master Painting and Remodeling.

I had a great experience with Master Painting and Remodeling. My parents recently relocated to Florida from New Jersey. They bought a fixer- upper and had wallpaper removed from an old bedroom and bathroom which was a project in itself. They also repainted the whole house- including exterior and retiled the bathroom floors and kitchen. We are very happy with the way everything turned out and it was nice to be part of the home's transition. Rod is extremely thorough and was great about answering all of our questions. I look forward to visiting my parents again and staying in their beautiful home!

The property that needed work was a condo in Sandy Springs. I hired Master Painting and Remodeling to demo existing cabinets, paint every room, change all electrical outlets, add fans, fix wall imperfections, and close off the upstairs loft to create a private suite. I would definitely recommend this company.

We hired this company to do some remodeling for some of my family who were moving to the area for their retirement. I was a little apprehensive at first because we really needed a few adjustments to be made in order for me to feel comfortable with my elderly relatives living there (changes in floor height, etc). The real estate agent handling the transaction suggested we hire this company.

I liked the fact that I could request a quote online, and they got back to me really quickly which was a huge plus because they were trying to get a feel for how much the repairs would cost before they actually put in an offer, so the fact they got back with us so quickly was amazing! They also kept in communication with us throughout the job, which was reassuring for me because I am the type of person that needs to be in the loop.

The Job was finished within the timeline specified. They were really professional and did an amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we ever needed any remodeling done!

They were very attentive and detailed throughout the process. Very professional from the quote which included a nicely done folder that included all the necessary information, to the cleanup after the mural was completed.
