Precision was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Every day the team showed up on time if not early. They went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule (I work from home) and cleaned up each day as if they were not in the middle of a full interior paint job. Would highly recommend Precision if you are looking for a great team and excellent end result. House now looks brand new with a fresh coat of paint!

We needed to have our house waterproofed and painted, I called on a weekend and requested a quote. I was pleasantly surprised to have received a call back within a few minutes from Shannon and he stopped by that afternoon. Shannon was able to help me with all the items I needed addressed, Stucco repair, Caulking and painting. The work was professionally done, the workers were timely and well mannered. We got 4 quotes to get our home painted, and Precision Painting and Waterproofing was slightly less than the others (and their quote included Sherwin Williams paint). They had good reviews, so we went with them. They came when they said they would come, and did a terrific job. It looks so good! My neighbors have even commented that they'll be calling the company to get their houses painted soon.

Excellent service all around! We wanted to get our dated, dirty roof cleaned and painted and Shannon, the owner, coordinated getting it pressure cleaned and then scheduled us in a timely fashion to get it painted! They were on time and completed the job in a timely fashion, while doing a great job! We are thrilled with how the roof turned out! Highly recommend for any of your painting needs!

I reached out to Shannon for a quote to have my house painted, and he was nice enough to fit me in that afternoon. We did a walkthrough of the house and discussed color schemes and expectations, he was a true professional. That same day I received a very fair and detailed quote and decide to move forward. The team arrived the very next day and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Precision Painting & Waterproofing did an excellent job painting our house and restoring it to its former glory! Our house had not been painted since the original build in 1997. They did an amazing job and were extremely professional and quick even in spite of hurricane Dorian breathing down our necks! Would highly recommend them for your painting and pressure cleaning needs and will use them again in the future for other projects!

I had a good feeling about these guys from the first phone call. The gentleman who came out to perform our estimate was extremely patient and courteous as we marched him around the property, reciting the endless possibilities of what we might want to do. Once the dust settled, we come to find out these guys don't just paint, they do everything!
