Maintenance
Report
Every 2 to 3 days, a good pool owner will check water levels, test pool chemicals, and skim debris and clean out baskets. Dangerously low water levels can damage your pump. For those without an infloor cleaning system, you will also need to brush the steps. The easiest way to keep your pool clean is to remove dirt before it reaches the bottom.

Nothing but a hole in my backyard with wiring and plumbing. No water no concrete. This process was started by my homebuilder who recommended I use presidential pools two years ago. I was assured the pool would be done when the home was finished. So I've been in the house two months now and pool appears half done. I've seen no action on finishing the pool for months.
No calls back or response from Presidential on when it will be done. Perhaps going out of business and not telling people? If they are still in business I recommend steering clear of this "Pool Builder"

Presidential was the only company in Tucson that was easy to get a hold of and get a designer out to the house. We started working with Dave and then our construction manager Heather. They both followed up with me when I asked questions and never left me hanging. We came into this process knowing that it would take awhile to complete so we stayed patient. We are overall happy with the design process and construction process. There were a few time delays but nothing too crazy.

Covid delays aside- this was a nightmare. Told we would be done by March, finished in May, but going into June with more issues to be dealt with. Communication was near 0. Literal weeks of radio silence when a quick email of "sorry nothing this week but we didn't forget about you!" would have been perfect. Two different sales people who agreed to different things but didn't tell each other.
Three changes in project managers who didn't communicate with each other. Top that off with contractors who left garbage, cigarette butts, and food in our yard. I had to do walk throughs of our yard to make sure my dogs wouldn't ingest anything that could hurt them after every visit. Things were missed and approved without our knowledge during the planning stage- pool is in the wrong spot but would have delayed us 6 weeks to move it 2 feet to the right because of permits. Verbal agreements to salt cells were never recorded and now they want $2600 to add it. Wanted to tear down a wall and destroy our yard but then verbally agreed to less destructive alternative which also cost us an additional $2500 of unplanned costs. Nightmare. Get everything in writing and nothing verbal. Probably true for all pool companies. Our ordeal and final product were not worth the $48,000 we paid.

*** update*****Suspect construction ******OVER Priced POOR Service ***Now dealing with RUST and cracks in the cement as well as incorrect location of pop up head. ***********I would give them Zero Stars******* *****Made every payment and now I have no leverage******** *******Afraid of what is going to happen after the water is in******* *******past the year mark, more delays and broken promises**** ********managment does not help************** ***********Mike in Sales does not help******** Wanted full automation as promised and it is not, Will have to fight or hire another contractor to complete what was promised= broken promises I would be skeptical to use Presidential Pools.
The Salesperson is not realistic on timeline and after you sign the contract, you will never hear from the sales staff again! So all of the promises that were made don't apply after contract signing. I Signed the contract May 1st 2021 and was quoted 5- 7 months for completion. Also was told at the time that Presidential Pools were only accepting 50 pools a month so they could manage expectations and complete the pools in a reasonable amount of time.
They were supposed to start in July, here is the timeline so far. May 1, 2021 Contract signed quoted 5-7, months. JOB# 210710 *excavation July promise date, excavation completed end of August *plumbing September 7-14th promised, Completed as promised by mid September *Steel. promise date September 20th, completed October 20th * electrical promise date October 27th, completed. completed November 18th *PGI inspection complete *SHOTCRETE promised December 5-10, completed December 13th *GAS LINES RAN AS PROMISED 12-21-21 *TILE PROMISED JAN 1ST WEEK, THEN MOVED TO MID JAN, THEN SHOWED UP FEB 3 WITH WRONG TILE.WAS ABLE TO SWAP AND GET COMPLETED BY FEB 10TH *DECKING promised mid Feb, Completed March 3rd *water feature rough construction completed March 3rd *wrong stack stone dropped off March 3rd *selected alternate same day. * Promised water feature would be completed end of March and final inspection would be completed with the city of CHANDLER *no progress since first week of March.
The delays are getting longer and the "covid excuse" is annoying. Good thing I cleaned up my front yard because I got a note of a fine coming because Presidential left trash out for 6 weeks and missed another "promise date" I was very patient during the whole process. BAD IDEA.I Should have started voicing my concerns after the 7 months. I have called customer care, managers, sales managers and have not got a call back.
Presidential Pools over promises and under delivers on every phase of the project. Won't call you back, Our project manager is a nice person but can't deliver in a reasonable amount of time. ***

As a professional Quality (ASQ CMQ/OE, CQA, CSQP), Project (PMI PMP) and Process Manager (ASQ CSSBB, CSSGB), I have multiple perspectives to provide feedback - as a critical professional and the customer who is left with the chaos and end product. I am so satisfied and happy that I chose Presidential. From a professional perspective, Presidential delivers an efficient, caring and customer centric experience.
From my sales/design experience with Tim Melbourne who was patient, insightful, creative and thoughtful through the construction phase where my assigned Project Manager and crew blew me away. Like any construction project, things go wrong. Gary, Chrissy, Rob all blew me away at their responsiveness. Not only did they correct the issues quickly, they provided a personalized experience.
As a customer who is investing a large sum of money for a product, my emotions where highly invested into my pool. Tim was there with me when needed through to the construction phase and Gary and team (Chrissy, Rob, Lona) where amazing. I can't speak highly enough of them. I did have a horrible experience with, at the time, sub contracted plumber Precision Plumbing, who was horrible.
But thankfully, Presidential sent a different plumber to correct the problem by the name Krystal Vison Plumbing who was again amazing. I hope Presidential keeps them around! At the end of the day, the experience was incredible. A very high quality product with an unbelievable warranty - well worth the experience. And, even more an amazing crew, that I hope to keep in touch with.
My kids absolutely light up when Gary arrives and now give him hugs every time they get see him. Don't be fooled, things will go wrong during any project. But, when you have a professional team like Presidential who care about you and your needs. You won't go wrong. The only critical feedback for Presidential is that their design consultant Gretchen should be doing the final punch list walk throughs.
Her critical eye is welcomed. She is amazing! Update: I have to give additional kuddos to Presidential. The service team had a complete miss on my pool. Let's just say it was a significant error in getting my heat pump running. I was more than disappointed, I was very disheartened. Even more, when I called to follow up, I didn't appreciate being told they couldn't help me in time for Thanksgiving holiday, even though it was their error that constrained the timeline.
That said, the character of a company can be seen by their response. Jason was at my house within :20 min. When Jason and crew realized the error, miracles happened. The next morning at 7:15 am, I walked out of my house to take kids to school and Jason and crew drove up with a new heat pump! They have no idea how important this holiday was for my family.
The Service team more than made up for the error. I can't say enough thanks to Jason and team for making things right. As I stated earlier in my review - don't be naive and expect that no problems will arise during a pool build - But you will know you have the quality of product, service and people at Presidential. You could read this and not believe me and use another company, but that is an expensive error to make. Don't do it. Thank you Presidential!

We decided to get a pool last year and love our decisions. Presidential Pools was 1 of 3 vendors we had give us a quote and they were the most professional. I had to follow up with the other companies just to get a design and quote. Working on the design and picking the materials was so much fun and we even decided to make the pool bigger once we laid everything out. The install was great and we had our pool in time for the summer. So glad we have the pool to deal with the summer months.

I NEVER write reviews online and this is now my 2nd review for Presidential, which I hope helps demonstrate how frustrated I am. I wrote a review back in November after 9 months of frustration and here we are just shy of 1 year process with even higher frustration. Communication has been worse. Everyone at Presidential and their preferred landscape company Sanctuary, points the finger at each other instead of solving the problem and just getting the pool built.
This is a complete lack of management on this project. I could go on and on, but I'll just say this. If you're okay with false claims, incorrect information, over promises, miscommunication and nobody to ensure the project moves forward without you yourself calling people at Presidential, this is the pool builder for you!

Sales process was great, sales rep engaged during construction phase. Construction was slow, covid impact to some degree. Problems started after final payment was given, laws in AZ require final payment before shot crete can be started, even if other inspections are not done and other work to be done is not completed and pool equipment is not tested.
We have pool equipment issues and now the company is not responsive to addressing these issues since they received full payment. What good will the warranty be if they cannot respond to issues that should have neen addressed during construction.

Karin Tierney of Presidential Pools helped make my dream of an oasis in the backyard come true. She was fantastic to work with and gave many great suggestions during the design process. She responds quickly and escalates any issues if necessary. My pool was completed in 2020 and have found she will still respond quickly to my questions or needs. She is an expert in the field! Looking to build a pool, ask for her!

Building anything in 2021 has its challenges. There are trade shortages, supplies shortages, etc. Having a PM that communicates made all the difference. Corey Barnes was the best! We saw him consistently, he communicated weekly (if not daily) and showed he genuinely cared for our project. Our backyard is everything we hoped and more.

I've had a very good experience with Presidential Pools because of the team of people on my job, especially my project manager, Corey Barnes. Corey is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. He is always quick to reply to my questions and get me the answers I need. I know he has a difficult job right now given the supply shortages and work delays. He has kept my job moving steadily and the progress to date is amazing. I am nearing completion and I cannot wait to see the finished pool/oasis/dream backyard!

Working with Jamie could not have been a more positive experience! We got several bids and Jamie's design was far better than anything else we had seen, and honestly priced better too. He really took time to understand who we were and what we wanted for our backyard. He thought of every detail, like where the shade/sun would be hitting the pool at different parts of the day, the surrounding space in our yard, etc.
His communication and follow up was always prompt and professional. But what I appreciated most was Jamie's enthusiasm! To this day I have not met anyone who loves pools as much as he does. The whole process was fun because he was so enjoyable to work with and excited to build our pool! It's been about 2 years and we have never regretted our decision! We have a great pool! We have not had any issues so far and I am still happy with all the decisions he was made Jamie's help!

Presidential Pools built my swimming pool. The service was great and the best. And they are really taking care of their customer needs like mine after the construction of the pool. Any issue come up, they are always responding and taking care of it. The service team is the best. Never let the customer in the hooks. Always satisfied the customer and educate him about the functioning and maintenance of the pools. I strongly recommend PRESIDENTAL POOLS and SPA to anyone who needs to build and pool and maintenance it as well. Thanks.

Start to finish took 4 months. Communication was not the best, but after we received a new PM things got better. We are pretty happy with the end result, but we just discovered our 2nd leak since our pool was filled in May. This is very concerning to me with the pool being this new. Read my updated review on Yelp too. New pool construction started mid-April signed July 2020. Lack of updated plans lead to their shotcrete errors. Poor responsiveness from company overall. A project manager that did not show up upon shotcrete construction nor did he measure rebar correctly or these construction issues would never have happened. I called him, emailed, texted and told them it just doesn't look right to my measurements but I've never built a pool.
I asked him to check it. Pool was built wrong on Baja, corrected months later, further delaying pool completion even more. Manager got DUI.On the side of pool where stairs is that should have been torn out and redone. The steps are 11 tread and not the length they are suppose to be. They are given me a stair railing to compensate which I had to ask for.
Not much of a compensation when it's done wrong. All of errirs addressed before pouring. I asked project manager and designer to check the work over and over, it was all suppose to be corrected per the pre-construction meeting. I write text after text and emails to get them to pay attention. I now have a new project manager he says he's only the messenger.
It's now August and pool is still not complete. No workers, no paver work, no updated drawings in a timely manner. It feels like they don't care. They wouldn't give me a timeline of completion. I get upset after being patient and they say why am I so upset it will be done in 6 weeks or so. We just ordered pavers but because there's a supply issue it will be 2-3 more week before they arrive. Paver company says 14-26 weeks.
Where is the truth? Still no pavers in late September. Seriously they wait so long to order which delays project even more. I think proof of ordering should be presented. They have blamed much of it on the pandemic. No I'm sorry or no phone calls from the managers or even owner. It's me making the attempt to find out who to talk to to get this finished now.
I finally get a hold of the quality control person. Blame gets pointed to first project manager, no supplies well I guess that would mean they should have ordered them months ago not wait until last minute. And they also are overselling so they can't deliver a product on time. My entire summer spent sitting inside looking at this mess outside. Pool will not be finished for scheduled vacations of others flying in and my yearly vacation away with my son.
I don't trust them so not being present when they finally do arrive seems out of the question. More room for disaster but I'm suppose to trust them they say. This company failed in so many ways. There contract protects them not the buyer. I asked for provisions when signing but non given. 8-10 weeks contract turns to 6-7 months+. I'm financing pool in my mortgage single income.
I've been paying monthly payments and interest on this pool but no product has been produced. Yep during the worst of covid they contracted 8-10 with no update of timeline when they start project. My suggestion is find a better company. Read my reviews on Yelp. I've updated.

We have had a horrible experience with Presidential Pools. They digged out our pool on 10/31/20, and we started filling our pool on 6/8/21. Just after we signed the contract my wife and decided not to go with a fire pit. That was on 9/20/20 that I notified them. At that time I was told it will go towards the principal. As of 7/19/21 was told we should be issued a check.
The lack of communication between the project manager and us is horrible. It could be weeks or a month and haven't heard anything. But we I reach out via text, then all of a sudden we are scheduled for next. He would always say when I hear something I'll let you know, but he doesn't. That is really frustrating. Even if it's bad news, just communicate with us. Getting shot Crete was difficult, especially hearing from other people who are getting there pool done by other companies that they are finishing before us.
Project Manager wouldn't give us any information on when shot Crete would be coming. I had to call Spartan concrete to see where we are at. We had a email about tile and clean up crew has been sent on 4/22/21. Tile was done on 5/08/21. For some reason clean up crew would not give a schedule to the project manager on when they will come out. I got so feed up on picking up after the crews I got rid of the cement clean up area, all of the trash, wood, boxes, energy drink cans, food wrappers.
We wanted our backyard back. From all of the crew members and taking out the pieces of wood around the decking there are alot of areas that got scratched, and chipped. We were told to use the let over paint. Why would we have to touch up, when you buy a new car you expect everything to be perfect. To top it off, we have a leak. Its been over a month.
We are losing money daily because of this leak. A bucket test was done, dye test was done. The project manager turned off the water to the pool on 6/17/21, by 6/20/21 the area where the dirt was wet dried up. I turned back the water on to see if the wet dirt will come back. During the time the water was off I kept putting in water with the garden hose.
Then a plumber came out and I'm glad a have ring door bell, my wife had to send him pictures of where the leak is at. He wasn't informed on where. We still don't know what he did, saw. He didn't dig in the right area. Tile guy came out and found a chunk of grout missing and the dye a getting sucked into the missing grout. When the water was turned off don't you think the wet dirt would have still been there.
Project manager was suppose to talk to the tile guy on 7/12/21, text him on 7/14/21 and haven't heard anything. If you are in the market to get a pool, I wouldn't recommend Presidential Pools.

This was by far the worst experience we had with our new house. NEVER use this pool builder. We started the process to build our pool in September of 2020 and we were not able to swim until June of 2021. Now, three weeks later, the pool is already having several issues, service items haven't been completed and the communication is completely unprofessional.
We were told before our pool was built that they could complete our wet edge pool with now issues and that it would be done by Christmas. Six months into the build, we still had nothing but a big hole in the back yard and the super intendant called to notify me that he was leaving the company and the construction manager, Rob, would be taking over directly. Rob claimed that the pool would be done within a few weeks.
This was not the case. I was then told that the water falls that were needed for our pool had never been ordered and we would have to change the design in order to complete to pool. A month later, they finished our decking and placed concrete and decking over where our deck jets were to go. They then had to come back out to jackhammer the concrete to install the deck jets.
Two months later, the company refused to "finish" the pool until they received final payment. We reluctantly finished paying for the pool because Rob claimed he would have it done within a few days from that point, even though he had previously stated that pebble tec should have already been done. It took another three weeks just to finish the interior of the pool so we could at least swim.
We had to get the VP of Construction, Clay, involved just to get to this point. The fire feature STILL could not be used because they had left electrical conduit exposed to the gas and flame. After three more weeks, they came back to cement in fire brick around the conduits. We used our fire feature once before noticing that the crew dropped concrete into our finished pool.
We now have dried concrete stuck to the bottom of our brand new pool. When we sent this issue to Breanna, in charge of construction support, she forwarded us a response from the decking company that read, "It sounds like he has spoken to someone regarding the details of the issue, but it wasn't me.lol." And "who in the heck put concrete in the pool?" This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with.
One of our pool pumps also broke after three weeks causing the water level to drop in our wet edge pool and stain our pebble tec and the water is draining into our yard causing massive wet spots into the dirt all around the pool. We never got our umbrella sleeves installed and they never correctly installed our drain bins because they concreted over those as well.
We still have received no response or remedy for the concrete in our pool after reaching out to Rob, Breanna, the service team and Clay. Our neighbors directly behind us had an equally bad experience and they are the ones that put us in contact with Clay, the VP of Construction. Whatever you do, use a different pool company! We paid a lot of money for this pool thinking they were the best company and we couldn't have been more wrong.

So to start at first our experience didn't start good at all. Things got pushed and it was very frustrating knowing that we had to make payments to our bank but nothing was being done on the project. Anyway once things started our 1st PM was good and then he just stop responding to text and wouldn't answer phone calls. Then step in our guy Gary Brooks.
He was absolutely incredible. Very responsive. Even his counter part in the office Shirley was awesome as well. He didn't rely on the video feed for info. He would show up almost everyday to check progress. He was awesome. Things got done when he said they he would get them done. GARY BROOKS is the real MVP on our project. Super happy that he was given to us to oversee this project. Highly recommend for anyone working with Presidential Pools in the Queen Creek, San Tan Valley area.

My husband and I reached out to this place well over a month and a half ago, JUST for a design or an idea of things. The guy told us he would get us a design, but that they were about 12 days out. So okay no big deal. We sent him the plot plans and the yard pictures he asked for, and he never even had the courtesy to email or call and say hey I'm running behind or whatever. 12 days turned into now just about 2 months.
We never even heard one thing back from them. I told them I wasn't interested in a 100,000$ pool, which is what they try to sell you, I want a simple one. Pretty sure that's why they put us at the bottom of the list because I wouldn't spend that much to put in a pool. We went with another company. Who met every single criteria and listened to us!

I shopped around with multiple companies but once Jason came out and designed our pool I could not have asked for anything better. His attention to detail was amazing and he created the perfect design for our yard! He has been extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions I may have. I will post updates as our project get closer to finishing.
I had a few question along the way while reaching out to chris whic is their construction manager he got back to me immidietaly and made sure all my concerns were addressed and that i understood the process. We are currently in the construction phase and I am working with Cruz he has been incredible on explaining the process and what to expect. He has kept in contact with me during each phase and the upcoming phases. Everything is going as planned. I highly recommend using presidential pools and working with Jason and Cruz on your backyard project!

A designer came out to my home and took measurements. He stated that, due to the pandemic, a design consultation would happen over the phone or Internet, which is totally understandable and desirable. Almost three weeks have passed, and nobody from Presidential has reached out with a bid, or even a phone call stating there is a delay. Look, I have a hard time believing that during a pandemic and economic downturn, there are so many people building swimming pools they can't follow up within three weeks of an on-site survey.
I never got a business card and don't know the name of the gentleman who came to my house. If you have to bother a company just to get an estimate, imagine how responsive they will be once you have signed a contract and they have your money.

Working with Presidential has to complete our pool project has been astoundingly pleasant. We started the process with Jason, who was incredibly patient as we changed our minds more than once about design and materials. When we started the project we met Cruz and Chris, who made sure that things went as planned throughout. Everyone was patient and friendly (which is not always common with these kinds of projects) and they were open and communicated with us constantly. Always professional and timely in their responses. I can't speak highly enough of the company and the people we worked with.

I shopped several providers for our job. Hands down Jason had the absolute best architectural design for our property. He considered all the property lines and shapes before submitting the drawings. The timeline was laid out, and aside from weather conditions we were on schedule. Cruz was our project manager and went above and beyond on our job each and everyday.
If I had to do it over again, I would choose Presidential, "hands down". Josh was our orientation contact.he was patient and most informative. He completed troubleshooting on the internet portion of the heating system. Hats off to Presidential's attention to detail.

I have NEVER been so disappointed in my life with this whole process. I don't even know where to start it's been so bad! Well, I purchased my home back in the beginning of May and it's still not completed; it's now the middle of August. My neighbors went with a different company and they're nearing the completion of their pool after just six weeks.
The design has been mocked for whatever reason and isn't what I had envisioned Or explained and materials I didn't know were available were never presented. Had to make changes throughout the project because the original design wasn't carried out. Now, the construction; LACK OF COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS! I've been the one asking for dates, deadlines, and information on progress with regards to this project and Presidential dropped the ball in so many ways. I'd be away for work for an extended amount of time only to find out nothing had been done.
No phone calls, emails, or even stopping by to explain the process or delays were done. And then, I get the "I know a guy" to do masonry works. that has been an absolute disaster! Now through all of this, you'd think. be patient, it will be beautiful when it's done, but I have to say I'm not loving it for the $50K+ price tag. I should want to come home to relax poolside and the only thing I can think of is this has been an absolute disaster and I should have gone with someone else. Needless to say, I would not chose this pool company to do any future work for me and am very close to firing them and have someone else finish the job.
After nearly four months, this is what I have to show for (see below) 8/26: it's been two weeks. and still nothing more is done. The contacted mason outside of this company is fulfilling his end of the bargain, but once again, Presidential Pools fails to follow through. Will keep you posted. will likely be done around Christmas time. 9/22: still not finished.
I finally got water in the pool, but they still haven't completed the project and still no communication on a timeline when it will be completed. Will continue to keep you posted.

My husband and I loved Mike Shriver. became our trusted friend in the pool business! We actually bought the pool from Mike just because he was SO great to deal with! Friendly and no pressure.honest with us and built that trust for us. He has come and spent time teaching us to care for the pool! Who else does that?!

Some good reviews but I have to tell my disappointment with this company. Went to this company a couple of weeks ago to get some basic information on a pool. The Salesman seemed eager to help. We were closing on a home and told him we would be in touch after we were in the home for him to come out and look over the site and design our pool. I called this past Thursday, 7/28, and caught him as he just left the store and was driving home.
He said he would call me back on Friday. Never Did. Called the office again on Saturday and he was with a customer. Told the receptionist to have him call when he was free (gave her our number again) because we were ready to proceed but he still hasn't called back. Apparently they have all the business they need. Time to seek a pool elsewhere. We had Pool and Patio build us a pool up in Mesa a few years ago and we were happy with them. Guess we'll give them a try.

Researched several spa companies and always came back to Presidential. They have a solid reputation for great quality products at a very fair price. However the exceptional service and follow up provided by Dave McKibben made the whole process a pleasure. He answered every question clearly and provided thorough descriptions in easy to understand way.
After the sale he's continued to answer and explain every question I've thrown at him as I learn how to best enjoy my Presidential Spa. He's a pleasure to work with, always easy to get a hold of, a true professional. I'd recommend to everyone!

We are extremely happy with our pool. The pool design is just what we wanted, the construction all happened on time and all the staff/workers were very nice. We have not had any problems with the pool equipment or the construction of the pool. Glad that we picked Presidential Pools to build our pool!

We had a great experience with Presidential Pools. We interviewed about 5 different pool companies, and it was painful just getting a quote back. Most of the them took forever (3 weeks), and refused to detail out the pricing and options so we could see what we could or couldn't afford to add. Presidential was different. We had our quote in under a week, and each item was itemized!
Our sales rep was Sean, and he was great, but unfortunately is not with the company any more. I would recommend Carlo, as we also had great interactions with him as well. During the building process we were assigned to a Project Manager - Chris Munton. He was awesome! I can not even begin to describe how much he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pool.
There were a couple of issues that came up during the build - trust me it happens with every pool - and he was on top if it every time. He also made sure to reassure me that he would make sure it would get done right. We had quite a bit of travertine put in around the pool, and after it was laid out, its started cracking. Chris contacted the subcontractor, who contacted the supplier and voiced their concerns that it was a bad batch. Net-net, Chris made sure the whole thing was replaced at no cost to us. Unbelievable customer service!
From contract signing (March) to permits (April) to digging (May), it took about 3.5 months. The pool was filled and ready to use by end of June. If you decide to build a pool, research the rest, but I would strongly suggest you go with Presidential Pools. Ask for Carlo in Sales, and Chris as a Project Manager. Tell them Valerie recommended you.

Noah was very helpful in designing our pool. We think he did an amazing job. They offered very competitive pricing and included custom features that others couldn't. The overall process was stressful, but they provided updates along the way that put us at ease. After installation, they were quick to address any concerns. We are happy with our pool and the service Noah and Presidential Pools provided.

This is to let you know that pool was completed as scheduled. Thanks to the dedicated effort of Clay Hamilton. He kept us informed of scheduling. He visited the site frequently to assure that there was no delay, everything was done on time and correctly. We really appreciate his efforts and let you know that we are very pleased with his performance.

We recently purchased an LA Spa Ibiza from Presidential Pools and Spas. The spa itself is superb, everything that we wanted and more. The price was within our budget and the offer had lots of extras that we did not anticipate. Our dealing with Presidential Pools, from the initial contact with Dave McKibben to the final installation, was one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. Dave is very knowledgeable and extremely personable.
Since this was our first spa purchase, we appreciated Dave's patience and excellent communication skills. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction and made sure that we understood what the product had to offer, including the important warranty information. Since the spa was a custom order, Dave always kept us up to date on the status of the order.
We were also happy with the whole installation process. Jack Micus, the technician who works with Presidential Pools, made a pre-delivery site inspection and checked out the infrastructure details, including electrical access. He did all the electrical wiring for us, at a very reasonable price, and installed and started up the spa in a timely manner.
He also did an excellent job of showing us how to operate the spa. Like Dave McKibben, Jack is very personable, professional, and was able to answer all our questions. We will definitely be recommending Presidential Pools to anyone who is considering purchasing a spa.
