This process was very fast and easy. Don is the first person I spoke to, he was able to get me a great price and had a new system installed with 24hours. The system was installed by Ricky. He called ahead of time and was even early to the quoted time. Very professional, answered all of my questions and left the job very tidy. I would highly recommend action air. 5 stars and 10 out of 10.

Had someone come out to check why plenum was wet and what it cost to replace. Unfortunately, trying to diagnose the issue that led to the soaked plenum is beyond their area of responsibility. Had to rely on Youtube for answers - sad.

After putting refrigerate in a 16 yr old unit for the past two years, it finally quit so we decided to replace it with a new Lennox. We got three bids but none compared to Action Air Conditioning! The Salesman Don was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and courteous to our needs. He arrived on time to our home, inspected everything and provided several options in writing.

Because the thoroughness and fair price he gave us, we decided on the spot to go ahead and have it replaced. We submitted the order the same day and the Installers arrived the next day on time. They were clean, professional and very efficient. Best installation experience we've ever had at our home. Overall, we had an excellent experience from first contact until the project completion. My contact with Don Connell at Action Air was excellent from start to finish. Don came out immediately after requesting a quote for a new system. He addressed all my questions, and did the quotes for three systems right in front of me. Soon after reviewing the quotes I scheduled the job and put in the payment and Don was extremely helpful getting it all setup. The installers came on-time and were efficient, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend Don, the installers and Action Air as a whole!

My entire experience with Action Air has been excellent, from start to finish. I met with David and he listened to my needs and concerns, then gave me options and solutions to address them. When the guys came in to install my new system, they were on time, very professional and courteous. Air went out on a Friday night and called the next day to have someone come out. Mike from the service department tried everything to see what was wrong and fix parts, but unfortunately, after multiple tries he recommended a new AC. They were able to replace first thing Monday AM. Great price and GREAT UNIT! The installation men were very professional, personable, and walked my husband and I through everything.

My husband and I recently had some major work on our HVAC. We have a service contact with Action Air, which we obtained when we first moved to Tampa. We recommend it - it has saved us a lot of money. Our experience with Action Air has been exceptionally great. Joandy does our yearly maintenance (he's super), the (friendly, efficient) office staff always gets it right and they make sure the service pros get to us as quickly as possible.

They treat us like we're their most important customers.every time. We had Christian for our only repair and he was excellent. That bears repeating - Christian was excellent! We feel that Action Air is such a wonderful company. Wish more businesses were run like this. Thank you!

Parker B did a wonderful job servicing all four of our AC units. He was very professional, courteous, and explained to me how I could better care for our units. He took his time and showed me everything I asked about. I have used action air conditioning since we moved into this house 20 years ago. All our units have been installed by them. I am very happy with their responsiveness too. Parker B is first class!

We couldn't be happier with Action Air service. We have a yearly maintenance contract and have the occasional issue but we're never disappointed in the service we receive. Joandy does our annual maintenance and we drew Hans for our most recent service call. Both are true professionals and just really good guys. The office staff are friendly, effective and efficient - what more could you ask of a company. Want to thank Matt B. for resolving my incorrect Lennox 7500 thermostat reading, which has been going on since my the installation of my A/C unit. Matt was very professional & friendly during this service call, and really appreciate his resolve. Also, I want to say a Special Thanks to Steve for his yearly maintenance on my A/C units for these many years. It, s employees like these 2 reps which have kept me as a loyal customer.

Called to schedule my yearly maintenance, hung up the phone after making the appointment and realized my AC was not cooling all of a sudden. Called back and the very polite/friendly young lady whom I had been speaking with had Tech Frank Moody come out in LESS THAN 30 minutes.

I called Action Air because unit was running but no air coming out. They were here in just a couple of hours. Christian was our technician and he let us know that the fan was out and because our unit would be 13 years old in another month, perhaps we should consider a new unit.

I am totally impressed with the honesty and professionalism of this company, and in particular Parker Brunson. He was very precise in his conversation with me and, also very pleasant. I scheduled an appointment for my next tune-up for next year!

Action Air having installed our system in 2007, came the same day we had two failures in two weeks. Frank M showed up both times. He was respectful, polite, professional and fixed both problems with an hour.

We have used Action Air so many times for our residence, our church and now have introduced them to our neighbor! Frank helped our elderly neighbor lady get her a/c up and running in an honest and efficient way!

Great service! The Tech, Christian Lugo called and arrived promptly to look at our A/C which was not working properly. He found the problem and fixed it professionally, quickly and with an excellent attitude, He certainly exceeded expectations in cleaning all the equipment, repairing and explaining the issues then providing our options.
