These people don't know what they're doing. My air conditioning broke last month and it took these people three days to come out to fix it. Had to call them the next day because it sounded like a diesel truck idling outside of my house, only it wasn't a truck, it was the motor in our air conditioner.

When my unit broke, I called that day. They couldn't come out until 4 days later despite the fact that I WAS (emphasis on the past tense) a comfort club member, but that is understandable. The technician was rude and condescending, but he diagnosed the problem for which I paid a fee.
