We had received two quotes that were very high. We had Anchor Air come out and give us a quote that was for a rheem. Quote came in at right price, installation happen in less than a week and techs were at house maybe 5 hours max. Everyone on the team was very professional. Thank you for being an honest company. Jason came he was professional on time and a silent worker took the time to clean up all his materials and make sure that everything was taped properly. He said he had 23 years of experience and it showed it. He stayed until 9pm no rush. I would totally use anchor again. Fabulous experience. Services: AC repair, AC installation

I was contacted by Jessica to set up my AC appt. She was very courteous and willing to help. Jessica answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of promptly. I would like to take the time to compliment the receptionist from Anchor Air Conditioning. Although all of the technicians that came to my home recently to solve my air conditioning needs (3 in Total), Jessica was my contact with the company. She answers the calls, sets up appointments and is very informative about the company's operations. She answers the phone in a friendly open manner and is very willing to set up your appointment and send technicians to your home very quickly as your schedule permits with a relatively small window of time.
She is highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Anchor Air Conditioning over all gets five stars from me. I felt like I was dealing with a reliable, professional business and Jessica made the experience very comfortable.

Our realtor management company sent us to three ac services to service our thermostat. The device was a Nest and new to us in our newly leased home. It suddenly quit on us, the entire ac system quit, naturally on a 90-degree weekend, but the manager was quick to send out an ac technician Monday morning. He didn't show up, instead called me and gave me lots of misinformation about the Nest thermostat.
He said the battery was dead, it needed charging for at least 2 hours, it would probably have to be charged on a cable every 30 days, he hated working on Nest thermostats and I should request its removal for a mechanical thermostat. Charging it as he suggested did not help. The second service just plain didn't show up. Anchor Air did come in, fixed the problem in 60 seconds - it was a safety valve that inadvertently tripped - and all he had to do was un-trip it and we were back in service.
As is the Nest thermostat, reconnecting itself once the safety was un-tripped. I asked him how he figured that out so fast. He replied: "twenty years experience." And I will add, no pre-conceived opinion and no laziness about actually showing up to check out the problem! Thank you, Anchor Air!

They are very knowledgeable and the price was fair for the job. We have a two story home and were always having AC issues with uneven heating/cooling. It's been one year after they came out to fix the issues and we couldn't be happier with the results! At last we are comfortable all summer long and don't have any uneven heating issues in the winter either. Thanks Anchor Air!

If you're a tenant and your landlord uses them be prepared to be told no details of the job or potential issues due to company policy. So when in my case they tell you the AC is running fine so you keep using it(even when it doesn't seem like it) and you skyrocket your own bill at their word they'll simply shrug their shoulders. I suggest reworking your policies to actually help the customer.
You don't even need to explain everything but maybe if something is going on tell them to contact their landlord/property manager. This policy hurts renter and of course it would. How hard would it be to get an approval for work while you're there on site? Or maybe tell the tenant that the Landlord needs to approve some work. Instead I relay to my landlord 'everything is good' and then they send an invoice which he has no clue about since he thinks that since I said it's, it's fine.

I was out of town and my pet sitter called in the evening to tell me the A/C was not working and the temperature was 87 deg. in my home. Although its was a weekend, Chris came within 12 hours and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was surprising that although my unit is over 12 years old he did not push to buy a new unit. Instead he answered all questions and suggested inexpensive ways to keep the unit running. When it comes time for replacement I will definitely contact Anchoe Air.

They came out right away. They had to come back the day after due to the intermittent issue but did not charge extra. Had to get a part, the put it in rnext day and got the system working. Only thing they could do to improve is get a part parts supplier the poor tech who found the problem was on hold for over a 1/2 and still could not get the parts people on the phone. If he had been able to do so could have probably fixed the same day instead stuck with a house at 85 degrees for an extra night and 1/2 the day.

Truly exceptional! Chris is an expert. He's also trustworthy, respectful, kind and personable. He will explain things to you and he patiently listens to "the clues" you describe- how the AC is functioning/malfunctioning- as you explain what you think possibly may be causing the problem. He'll look at any videos or pix you have taken. And his years. of experience make him quick to get to the source of the issue.
He let's you know about everything he's checking- how it should work and if it is working. He points out any potential problem areas as he finds them. He's efficient as well. In my case, he went above and beyond to get a part yesterday and come back so I could have my AC up and working the same day. I was truly amazed and very grateful to Anchor Air and to Chris! I highly recommend them!

I've been with Anchor Air for over a decade. I first dealt with Kevin the owner, who for over two years provided me with free tips over the phone to keep my old system running. He had nothing to do with that old unit - he just wanted to help. Needless to say when my old unit finally died it was obvious that I'd call Kevin, who was out right away. that afternoon to provide me with a quote. Kevin worked hard to get the air handler and compressor here the next morning at 8am, along with a talented crew.
My install for both components was completed by 2:30pm. Great service! Over the years the units have performed great but annual maintenance is required or certain things need to be addressed.

I have used this company for as long as I have owned my home! UPDATE: They lost a customer. after 8 years! In the spring, they asked me to write a review. Needless to say, a few months later, they would have me questioning my loyalty. After being dissatisfied with their work, this past autumn, I called another company in. So glad that I did. The outside unit had never even been opened.
It was full of leaves, soil and even earthworms. Really? When we opened up the inside unit, the Anchor technician had left his tools inside and my overflow switch wasn't even hooked up. (They installed that unit two years prior. so, it wasn't something that could be chalked up to another company's error.) Now wonder my system overflowed, ruining my wood floors. I had so much faith in Anchor and was very trusting with their recommendations. I feel like a fool and could kick myself for waiting so long to seek a second opinion!

GREAT company! I called in the afternoon and they had someone there by 5pm. He had my air conditioner running again within the hour and fairly cheap.under $200. I now know I have a failing air conditioner and will use Anchor Air when I replace it. They also have coupons on their home page at anchorair.net. I would definitely recommend this company.
