Had an awesome lock change with Mike today. He was able to recommend us some security upgrades that we were looking for. He was able to run and grab all the materials and come back and finish up same day!

Moving into my new home I wanted to change the locks. Mike was on time, professional and took care of every concern. I would definitely use Quick Key again and they are even doing an estimate for another issue. Very pleased.

Our son was locked in his room, Alex came out and went the extra mile to assist us. The lock was so badly damaged that Alex had to climb through the window and remove the door. He was professional and kind and very courteous. We will use this service again.

The people whom I scheduled with made my day. They were not too Expensive. They were able to get me an technician to my vehicle lockout, in less than 30 minutes. My technician was RANDY, he was super quick. It took him less than 5 minutes, to get my car unlocked. He was SUPER awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.

Mike, replaced my door handle and lock that was damaged beyond repair. He quickly provided an assessment and made the replacement recommendations. Mike made sure I was aware of my different options and costs to make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed with the new door handle and lock. After installation he provided instructions on the new handle and locking mechanism to ensure I didn't lock myself out, including making sure the lock and handle worked properly with the re-key before he left.

Mike was quick, polite, and helpful while getting my door unlocked. He offered various options to avoid further issues with a new home's locks and went out of his way for an extra button key so I could avoid issues in the future. Thanks, Mike!

Wyatt was very responsive when we called, kept us updated on the locksmith's ETA when we locked ourselves out. Locksmith arrived (a bit delayed but he was doing other jobs and ours was an unscheduled request) and got us into the house. Highly recommended!

Locked out of the house on a Friday night at 5 pm. What to do? Called Quick Key after finding them here in Yelp. Here within an hour and 15. Figured it all out which unfortunately meant having to drill out and put in new doorknob. Quick response, nice people on dispatch and servicing, efficient and safe with mask when he saw I was. Fantastic!

Had them come out to rekey a rental house of mine and he said because one lock seemed to have a different key, he would not be able to do it. He then tried to sell me commercial locks but I was not interested because of the price and look. I then asked again to rekey and he said if he can get them apart he would be able to. Hmmm, already changing what he said originally.

He took apart the first one and then went to the garage where he said he was unable to get it apart so the rekey wouldn't work. Since he already knew I only want one key for all locks. I told him no thanks and I would buy new locks elsewhere. He charged me $45 service fee for coming to look which I did pay. I went to Lowe's and bought new locks.

Before installing it I attempted what he was trying to do with the garage lock and was able to dissemble it with one try, which tells me he was trying to scam me into buying his crazy expensive locks. Kick rocks buddy!

I needed a stuck front doorknob fixed. They were quick to send me a quote and had someone out to my house within an hour or so. The tech, Artie, was nice and completed the job in about thirty minutes. That said, the amount I was charged seemed really high, and was far above what I was originally quoted. I paid but made it clear I was not happy. Violet, a manager, contacted me about my complaint and refunded some of the charges, for a final amount that was much more in line, IMO, with the amount of work that was done. For that, I commend them.

Amazing service and on time. Had to have front door lock drilled out. I would recommend this company.

This is not a customer first (or even a technician first) company. Be very cautious if you choose to hire them.

When we really needed someone they were really there for us. We locked ourselves out. Didn't know what to do. But with 5 star rating I trusted them and went with quick key locksmith. Only thing I personally don't think it should cost $130. When times are tough you have to pay what's they are asking.

Mike came by today and was very thorough and patient with adding 2 dead bolts on my doors. He completed the job and made sure I double checked his work was done properly and to my liking! The locks were smooth when I locked and unlocked them. I'm very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

Replaced the deadbolt and door handle lock on my new condo. Arrived promptly, explained that we would probably need a new lock set because the current one wasn't very secure (which we ended up doing later). Quick, easy, and priced pretty fairly. Excellent service! I wanted new locks installed for my just purchased town home. Gal arrived on time.

Very, very rude tech. He was very impatient and looked annoyed the whole time while being there. He didn't talk to me when I greeted him. When paying we used the phone and he cursed when the person on the other end asked him to repeat the card number. I will not be using this company again. What ever happened to customer service? Initial price did not match what I was quoted. I got $10 off for finding them on yelp and they quoted me $10 more then had to tell them again and wait. Not a problem just a bit annoying.

Easily the best service I've had performed in a long time. I was able to make an appointment the night before for Easter Sunday. They arrived promptly, swapped out my lock in under 5 minutes, the guy was very friendly, and the cost was way cheaper than I thought it'd be. Can't recommend these guys enough!

From my experience this place was a class act. They sent out Josh immediately and he was friendly, prompt, knowangies-list1ledgeable and all around very professional. I had them out to replace a door strike on the intercom. After examination Josh said he honestly didn't feel it needed to be replaced immediately and he just sprayed with some lubricant.

The locksmith was quick and thorough. He explained what needed to be done to replace my deadbolts, rekey the locks, & have extra keys made & got it done quickly. Just be sure to check your receipt because I bought their service on Angie's list & had I not checked the receipt 3 times, I would have been overcharged $400 & then $360.

This guys are on point my garage door didnt work this morning so i called quick key locksmith and garage they came out in 30 minuts and fix my opener after a short talk with the tech he told me that they provide all kind of services.

I have a 03 Gti and they made a replacement key quick and on the spot for a fair price. Good customer service. Will come back!

We called last night to have someone come out and rekey our home today. There is 24 hour service (so great!) and they got me scheduled for the next morning at the time I requested. Brittney came to our home exactly when scheduled and rekeyed 5 locks within an hour. She was pleasant and speedy. I would have preferred a little more information about the prices up front, but they did give me the 10% new mover discount mentioned on Yelp, when I asked. A manager called a few hours later to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the job and received great service. It was a very good experience!

Everything you would like from a locksmith. We needed some locks re-keyed. The woman who answered the phone was professional. The prices I were quoted were flat fees rather than hourly, and they were competitive versus the competition. Even better, this leads to no surprises at billing time. Josh arrived within my preferred one hour time frame. He was professional, friendly, (and since I was curious) informative.

He did everything right--even after bumping into a small puzzle of a problem--with patience and grace. You might say, "Your points are granted. But nevertheless, why 5 stars rather than 4?" You got me there. Really, what else could they have done for the extra star? "They could have offered you a beer." Yes indeed they could have. Therefore I offer this qualification of my five star review: Don't contact them if you were expecting a free beer.

We had them change the locks on our new house. They were late for the appointment we made. But when they arrived, they were quick, professional, and courteous. They made sure that each key they provided worked, and that each lock worked. I would definitely call them again if I needed a lock changed.

This company is honest and 'female' friendly. My cousin got locked out of her house and she called me and I jumped on yelp to look at good reviewed locksmith and found this company. I called and within 20 mins, the locksmith showed up at her house. They showed an ID and assured they were the locksmith and they were honest and the price was not outrageous. After 40 mins, they drilled out the house lock and they were on there way.no haggling or hard selling.very professional.

Simply the BEST! Had my 1st job done by the Team way back in May 2011 on a residential dead bolt installation. The technician was highly professional, skilled, knowledgeable, fast, and effecient. Have called on them 3 more times since for car lock outs in 3 different places on 3 different cars and they come to my rescue in no time at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me. and I suggest save their #. I lost my 2006 impala key.all the places i called gave me around 159$ starting price not include program and 2-4 hours ETA.this guy named Eli came in less than an hour and made the key in 20 minutes and charge less than what i was quoted by the other places.next time if ill need a locksmith i know who to call.

I was shopping at Yorktown mall and of course, locked my keys in my car. I've used Yelp before for locksmiths (yeah. I'm really not good at remembering where things are. My bf was working and laughed when I called him and told him I'd done it again!) and again, Yelp came through. Thank god for the phone app! I found these guys, made a call, and bam!

Within 20 minutes they were there and really nice. The locksmith was kind, funny, and made me feel at ease. The price was what they said. Honest, nice guys who do great work. Not only did they work fast but there was no bullshit. If you need someone who is going to be upfront, fast, and do quality work, call these guys! The best part was that I could see my keys on the seat, I felt like such a ditz! Thanks guys for being sweethearts!
