Nonstop Locksmith

We are a large apartment complex with a complicated intercom system. We had Nonstop out and they resolved the issue very quickly and accurately. The technician was very thorough, communicated the how he fixed it, and he was really friendly. Weve also used them for our courtyard gate lock repairs and they are highly responsive and do excellent work.

It says 24hrs, but at 4m. my call was declined! I guess I awakened someone from their slumber.

Please change your hours online. Just stoped by for keys to get made for my Business. Only for a young man to do an across the neck motion with his hand. I guess meaning closing when online it says you close at 8pm

We looked for a company to install a new intercom and camera system in our Bulding. We initially chose a different company which was the lowest bid. This company disappeared in the middle of the project leaving us with no intercom / cameras for a week. We called non stop and they came the following day and by the end of the week we were all set. Yes nonstop were priced much higher but after dealing with the lowest bid and comparing I was happy with the results and felt very comfortable with price compare to quality. Thank you nonstop for saving our building. Money well spent!

They did good work and completed it in a timely manner, however they both upsold and up-charged my uninformed tenant. What could have been a possible fix, basic entry knob and deadbolt replacement ended up with replacing all locking hardware with a high end smart lock (which was also marked up an extra $150 from Amazon), security skid plate, credit card processing fee, etc. totalling close to $800! Unfortunately the job was done without approval (which is not their fault). Shop around, double check and get some comparative quotes to be safe.

Very reliable; showed up on time, provide stellar service both in quality as well as speed, and communicated very well. The locksmith even called me with an exact ETA so I would not be caught waiting for him. Was able to clearly explain and show me his work, and all keys/locks were replaced with no issue.

Great customer service. Really know a lot about their specialty and very talented. Attentive to details which makes a huge difference.

I have an old mustang that can be difficult to get into when its locked. Locksmith showed up on time and spent a quite a bit of time working to get the door open. Extremely nice and professional. I hope I don't need a locksmith again any time soon but if I do, I'll be using nonstop locksmith again.

Got a second key for my car made here in-and-out in 20 minutes. The key is aftermarket (a real key would've been close to the dealers price) and I do have some annoying issues with it, like having to click multiple times most of the time and my car not always recognizing it when I go to open the door with the key in my pocket (keyless). I might be selling my car soon so I'm unsure if I'll be asking my credit card about an extended warranty for it because they only give a two-week guarantee and I got it fixed before a trip. I wish I just went to the dealer and paid $100 more on a fully functional key.

I originally contacted this company because I was desperately trying to figure out how our condo board would get access to make Mul-T-Lock keys. The prior board had passed them out, and the new board had no idea where the key code was to copy more once a tenant lost both of her keys. After contacting at least 20 to 30 different locksmiths, plus Mul-T-Lock headquarters explaining our hands were tied (and finding out later that one locksmith who claimed they didn't copy our keys really WAS the company that did), Nonstop Locksmith was the only one that would allow me to prove that we were legit.

With paperwork in hand to confirm we were legitimate board members, they were able to copy our key and also contacted the headquarters, too. (Shortly after, our incompetent and terminated property management company said they "didn't know what that box was for with the code on it" but never bothered to mail it to us or even tell us they still had it.

So we finally did get the box after I had to track down that property manager plus the one before that.) Alexander was the locksmith I worked with, and he was EXTREMELY professional, helpful and funny, too. When I found out that they fixed doorbells and their rates were decent, I contacted them again. The one in my building had terrible audio, and other owners had doorbells that didn't work either.

I was elated to do business with them. While I could go through all the details of them having to visit five different times due to rewiring, two condo owners who refused to stay home (or answer their door), weather damage in two bells and station replacements, what I will say is I grew extremely frustrated. But through it all, with one technician (Manuel), one manager (David) and one field manager (Rodney), we were finally able to get two of three doorbells in operable condition.

The last one still has wiring issues, but that has zip zero to do with Nonstop Locksmith and everything to do with residents refusing to let them in to replace the wires. Rodney especially was patient, professional and did try to explain what the problems were. Although I did leave with more questions than answers with Manuel and David during the first few visits, physically standing there and watching Rodney work and listening to them cleared up a lot of confusion versus a summary at the end of hours of work.

In all fairness, David did give me a chart to show his progress. Still, I'm a big fan of not hounding contractors while they work, but I finally did realize that wasn't going to work in this case and decided to stay put and just quietly observe. Shimon, the owner, stepped up to try to get all of our doorbell problems resolved, too, and called three times, too.

While I certainly wish we could've been a one-and-done, in an older building with wiring issues that happened long before I moved in, this turned out to be a much bigger job than I expected. But I am relieved that it is (mostly) done and totally done to the best of their capabilities. Thank you!

My husband and I locked ourselves out by accident while walking the dog one night. After calling several places that were all closed already, we found Nonstop. Within 15 minutes of calling, a tech was at our building and got us back in to our apartment and checked out in less than 10 minutes. I am for sure keeping their number on hand in case this happens again, and if you accidentally lock yourself out, definitely give this company a call asap.

Sorry but this company doesn't care if you do business with them. I've attempted to do business with them a few times and they don't follow through on their commitments. The front desk staff have overall confusion as to where a quote would be in the process and don't seem to be able to communicate with the technicians to get a customer an answer. I'm heading back to the drawing board and will need to find a different locksmith.

These guys are organized, responsible, and prompt. Got a next day appointment with a two hour window and Ian the Rep called me in the middle of the window to let me know he'd be there in 30 minutes. Troubleshooted our intercom/buzzer problems promptly and fixed them all cleanly and quickly. Update 3/25/2020: had these guys out again for some lock changes. Professional and easy to work with. Super easy to schedule (I did it via email this time). Many thanks!

Our deadbolt wouldn't lock due to temperature changes. Our guy showed up early, fixed the problem and was super nice. I also had him re-key a lock that had no key! Mad lock picking skills!

They replaced the electric strikes on our front gate and front door last summer. Within 15 months both had failed again. Of course, neither under warranty - in fact, there is no warranty on the receipt. I asked about it and they said something lame like 60 days. Called a different locksmith and they said that the parts that were used were the cheapest, lowest quality ones on the market. $600 in repairs that lasted 15 months or less. Won't be using them again.

I'd like to give a positive review, but my experience has made that impossible. I ordered a door handle in July 2018. Several months later, I got a call saying it was in and I went to pick it up, but it was the wrong one so they reordered it. Several months after that, they called again saying it was in. I went to pick it up, but again it was the wrong one, so they reordered it again.

After hearing nothing from them, in February and March 2019, I sent six emails asking for a status update. They responded one time telling me that they would call within a few days. I have yet to receive a single call. I've since sent several more emails asking for a status update and I haven't received any responses. It's now been nearly a year since I ordered the door handle.

How hard can this possibly be? Update: I've called and emailed several more times for a status update for this order that it now literally one year overdue, and they still have not responded. At all.

I bought a new Nest Smartlock to replace my deadbolt, but the existing hole was too small to fit the Nest lock. So I called Nonstop locksmith because they had done some work for me before and did a really good job. As expected, they did a fantastic job. Showed up early; technician was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the task.

He used a hole saw to widen the existing hole so the new lock would fit. Then he installed the lock and made sure it worked (they don't actually program the smartlock, just install it and you have to program it yourself so you can set your own private passcodes, etc.). Before he left, the tech cleaned up after himself, taught me the basics of the lock, and left some general tips on battery replacement. I cannot say enough good things about this firm. And they accept credit card payments which is a big advantage (note a 3% service fee added on).

BE AWARE! THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24/7! They even put a sign "Yes, we are open" on the door, but in fact the store is closed, and no one answers any of their 2 phone numbers. I ran 3 miles to find out that their advertisement "We are open around the clock" is a lie. WTF?! What is the reason for this [self-censored]? Guys, it will be much better for your business if you are honest. Very disappointed and will never come again.

I needed to install a new lock in one of my apartment buildings. The previous lock had been installed incorrectly (by another locksmith); the bracket was set in too deep and it was not engaging with the lock. Unfortunately the lock also had to be replaced as the tenants had damaged it over the years when trying to lock it. The locksmith (Bill) spent a great deal of time installing a new bracket using a shim and extra long screws to be sure it would hold in place.

I was very impressed with how conscientious he was. He also re-keyed another lock that was not turning correctly. I've used Nonstop for many years for both of my apartment buildings and they are a good outfit. The locksmiths are knowledgeable and they stand behind their work.

Used this company rekey my new home. They were on time AND ha d a yelp coupon that saved me $50. I had 3 locks rekeyed by Joshua ( I think was his name) and has 3 copies made. I love that they are mobile, fast and fairly priced! I would recommend.

Closed on a home 10/26/17 and scheduled an appointment with Non-Stop Locksmith to change all locks and get an estimate on an Intercom system for November 2nd (before I moved in). 1st appointment - no show. So customer service gave me a new appointment for today, November 14th (4 days after I moved in.mind you I'm using the sellers locks/keys). 2nd appointment - technician was suppose to arrive for 3-5pm appt.

I called Non-Stop at 2pm to confirm. Customer Service said "he is finishing a job now and will head to your residence". It's now 4:49pm and no technician. I called "Customer Service" (blank stare) again - where is the technician? "I'm sorry ma'am, he's running late, would you like to reschedule?" ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?! No, I do not want to reschedule for a 3rd time! Plus I've been sitting here waiting since 2pm! Plus, I just found out a neighbor has a set of keys to my house! YOU SUCK!

I'm a repeat offender for locking myself out of my place and losing keys so the fact that nonstop is so quick to provide service is really a huge help. They also update and communicate every step of the job so you are well aware of when they are coming and how long the job will take. They even wished me a happy birthday on my service ticket!

Trying to go with the motto- ignorance is bliss.

Nothing starts your Sunday morning off like realizing your keys are in your locked car. I called a couple of places up and was super annoyed to hear they charge $15 for a visit and then charge $35 and up for service. I kept prompting a woman to give me an estimate and finally she admitted that $35 opened up a simple box, like a file cabinet. Are you joking me?

Non-Stop sent Chuck to do my door. I had to change keys because my abusive boyfriend finally moved out. He was very friendly and very professional. He even arrived about 5 minutes before the time he was supposed to be! He told me that he has worked for this company since they opened. It took him only about 20 minutes to do everything.

Ariel was prompt when arriving at my house! My son was sleeping and he made sure not to disturb him while he was working. He fixed the intercom system that we've had issues with for months, with no problem!

Arrived at my door very promptly. I was impressed with how professional the fellow was. He was able to unlock my file cabinet which had been fully locked for ten years or more! Should have called them years ago.

I had a great experience. Chris was friendly, super efficient and knowledgeable, and had my gate lock replaced in no time. He walked me through my options and was very helpful about pricing and durability.

These guys did a fantastic job rekeying my 3 flat. There were on time, efficient, informative, and easy to work with.

We just moved to a new house in the suburbs and Non-Stop was able to get to our house in short notice to rekey all of our exterior doors as well as add a deadbolt to one of our doors. Chris came early Saturday morning and was very professional and courteous.

Had a car lockout and needed an ignition key. Went to the Infiniti and Nissan dealership (Berman's Infiniti) to try and get stuff sorted out but was met with bad service and tons of misinformation which left a bad impression. One person said one thing and the tech said another. I lost a lot of time and wasted effort trying to get stuff from the dealer's service center.

And the best workers. If you need the work done fast this is the place to go.

We have an old home with a variety of locks that were DIY jobs by the previous owner. Our technician Adam was very patient in reviewing all my concerns and suggesting solutions that were both secure and budget-friendly.

My husband and I just bought our first place and needed the locks changed. Being that we needed it done quickly and after business hours (right after closing), I took a chance on going with the first place on Yelp. I couldn't be happier! CHRIS came out and was fantastic. He's very knowledgeable on his craft and super friendly. He got the job done fast and the locks/keys work great.
