Very unprofessional employee. There was a taller, heavy-set guy that was literally screaming and using profanity at the top of his lungs. I had my window open because it was so nice outside and my two small children could overhear this man cursing at the top of his lungs. I am assuming he is higher-rank (I hope to God he is not the actual business owner) and am so shocked he is allowed to speak to his employee like that who seemed to be going out of his way to do the job.

In today's world you should value the ones that show up and put the work in. I felt bad for the one getting screamed at from what I can tell he was the one back and forth carrying equipment while this other showed up and just went off. It is so unacceptable for someone to scream like that outside of people's homes. From what I could hear it was all over a tub. Seemed very abusive and your employee should be considerate of the residents. Seems like a very dysfunctional place and unstable.

On time, friendly, fair and reasonable. Wore booties in the house, and tended to the repair quickly. The techs definitely seemed to know what they were doing, and offered a much more appropriate quote for repairing my water heater than I got from a competitor who offered a wildly overpriced replacement quote. Very pleased, and will absolutely use them again if needed.

After an emergency plumber(chain) was a no-show on Sunday, I called Pittsburgh Best Monday morning. I asked if someone could come by around 2:30 and at 2:25 they pulled in. Both guys were courteous and quick and came prepared with an arsenal of equipment and the main line was unclogged before 3pm. I highly recommend going local and would gladly use them again.

Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing and HVAC is a fantastic company to deal with! My wife and I had a hot water tank and a toilet installed on 3-5-21. The two plumbers that came to do the installation, Jay and Todd were very courteous and answered all my questions during the installation. They did the installation professionally and cleaned up after they were done.

The technician arrived promptly and in the timeframe that was mentioned earlier in the day when my original call for service was made. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to identify the problem quickly and more importantly fix the issue with our water heater. The cost was very fair and I will use their services again for any plumbing or HVAC needs or issues that may arise.
