I recently purchased a home with terrible original 1972 ductwork. Air Now quickly responded and helped us make informed choices about moving forward. Because of their honesty and expert advice, we felt confident with our decision to replace all of the ducts and the aging unit. It has made all of the difference in the world! The techs themselves were very kind, professional, and accommodating. I work from home and they were very sensitive to noise and disruptions. I highly recommend them!

First visit was great but after that it went down hill they had to send another technician out witch was fine he came and looked at everything said he would be back Friday this was wensday ok great Friday morning comes there here at 845am wonderful they work on it until about 10:30 they say there leaving be back around 12 1230 they arrive about 1245 only reason I realized they where back is because the gentlemen did not knock on my door after be gone for two hours he just walked into my house I addressed the problem with him and ask why he thought at any point it was ok to walk to to any one's home he did not apologize he just said he's never done that witch I find hard to believe

Arson was the best service tech! Genuine, honest and so relatable. Didn't sugar coat anything and understood what I needed and THEN explained my options in detail (and not just in maintenance jargon) I will only be requesting Arson for any services I get from AirNow. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Corey and his partner from Air Now! They did a superb job installing the canned lighting and fan on our +20 ft living-room ceiling. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and very hard-working. Corey had great recommendations for us when it came to light placement and wiring our switches. We are very happy with the final product! Highly recommend them!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Tech replaced 25 amp circuit breaker with 30 amp! Let him know that was dangerous to do if fan motor for A/C wiring did not match and requested proper 25 amp breaker! Pretty sure if I hadn't stayed with him that 30 would have caused serious electrica problems.

I highly recommend Air Now! My AC stopped running one day and I called around to see who can make it out the soonest. Air Now was at my house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem right away, and the tech was very honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Since it was an easy fix, they only charged me the diagnostic fee. We were very pleased and I will definitely be using them in the future, if needed!

We recently called this company regarding a problem with our air conditioning unit. This was an emergency call at 7 AM on a Sunday. James was dispatched as the technician to assist us. Without a doubt the most professional, informative, and pleasant technician I have dealt with in a very long time. He not only immediately diagnosed the problem, but was so professional and courteous that we immediately signed up for a maintenance contract. If you are in the Tampa Bay Area you need to immediately consider this company as your air conditioning installation and repair company. Their high ratings are deserved!

Drew the sales person was very thorough in checking out my a/c unit and advised me what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was not pushy or aggressive as most sales people are. The decision as to what I was going to do, was based solely on the information he provided and what my options were. I opted to replace the unit rather than do the repairs, because it was the most cost effective way to go in my opinion.

He told me that the unit will be installed the next day. While he was still at my home doing the paper work, I received a call from the office of Air Now, they asked if I was going to be home and they informed me that they were going to install the unit that same day. The installers arrived within 2 hours and installed my new unit. They were very courteous and made sure no mess was left. I would highly recommend this company. I have NEVER had a better experience with a Sales & Service trade, and I was in sales for 25 years, then in construction for 25 years. I was contacted by a representative within 60 seconds of filing my Home Advisor search, Nielsen (NATE certified tech) was at the house in less than 2 hours (8:30 p.m.!), and an entire new central system was installed 23 hours later.

I had several A/C companies come to the house to quote a system. Air Now was the only one who did an engineering study on the entire house to determine the size unit I needed. This level of professionalism proved to me they knew their stuff. I had an oversized unit in my old home already and the other company just used the property app records and undersized a new unit.

Air Now delivered a great service on my A/C replacement project. They always showed up on time. It was very convenient to touch base with them and schedule/reschedule the service dates.

After dealing with my AC unit for several years with it breaking down about every 6 mo or so. An calling my regular company, who could not show up till 24 plus hrs later. Air Now Showed up on time an was here for several hrs to replace so many parts that went out at one time.
