Art and his teammate are FANTASTIC, they were on time, honest and straight forward about everything, Art let me look over his shoulder constantly (I was just interested) and without skipping a beat, he did an amazing job. We called New Flow Plumbing at approximately 4:30 PM and requested a plumber respond to our house for an emergency which had caused water to seep up through the floorboards in the kitchen area. A plumber was dispatched and arrived at our house at 6:05 PM. Vito immediately went to work and crawled under our house. After a brief search under our house Vito located the leak which was our refrigerator line.

He immediately stopped the leak and provided a solution as to fixing the problem. Vito was polite, professional and explained the process. We highly recommend New Flow Plumbing and especially Vito. We definitely are coming back for when the repair will be completed.
