Called Super Brothers to replace a failing water heater that someone else had installed. And while I don't often write these reviews, Valentin the installer and all the people in the front office were just amazing. Very competitive pricing, but the courtesy and accommodation by the office, and the thoroughness and professionalism of the installer, stood out even more. Thanks all for making a difficult situation much easier to handle.

From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with and it's clear they are here to do the job right and take pride in their work. We had our HVAC fully replaced, converted our water tank from gas to electric, and upgraded our electrical panel. They are SMUD approved contractors that are very knowledgeable about rebate programs and will file the paperwork for you.

Our work was all permitted and the inspector was very impressed with their work. We worked with several different employees, from initial quoting, admin, to techs, and had a great experience. Communication was easy and they helped make these projects stress free, especially considering the scale of the work that was being done! Competitively priced and great value for quality workmanship. Super Brothers installed a heat pump water heater for us. The entire staff was courteous and professional and handled everything from start to finish including the paperwork. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

Super Brothers did an awesome job installing a new hybrid water heater and removing the old gas water heater in my house. Valentine did an awesome job! All I can say is "wow." This is the first time I've used Super Brothers and I'll never use anyone else. Since purchasing my home in 2018 I've dealt with 3 pipe leaks (all from the same area in the attic) and 5 different plumbing companies prior to Super brothers. With every other company I always felt like I was somehow getting shafted or being misled. Andrii with Super Brothers was amazing! Friendly, efficient, professional, extremely knowledgeable and clearly honest! He even left us with super bros swag: a branded notebook and pen! I wish I could give 10 stars for Andrii! Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed. We've used Super Brothers Plumbing numerous times on different houses and continue to have great service. Our most recent job was replacing a garbage disposal and fixing low pressure at our kitchen sink. I called in the morning and they were able to have someone come out that afternoon. Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn't occur in the future.

I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. They are a great value and being new to this area, I'm glad that we have a go to plumbing company that we trust. This saves me a lot of headache and time trying to obtain quotes from 5 different companies and having to decide which is better. Super Brothers will always be our first choice from now on!

Super Brothers have come out to help 2x now, and I am thankful for it. The first was for a slow drain in our bathroom, only to find that the piping under the home needed to be replaced as it was rusted and catching everything causing a slow drain, and the second was for our dishwasher that couldn't drain and would flood the countertops and under the sink.

So they came the same day I requested the repair and were able to get things done that same day. Overall, very happy with the service I have received from them and will look to them for future plumbing needs.

Called Super Bros after another company quoted me 4x the going rate for a hose bib replacement out front. Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely be using Super Brothers in the future.

Andre, one of their plumbers came to the house to fix our issues with clogged pipes. Andre is respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He came exactly on scheduled visit. He spoke with me about my problem, did a visual inspection and made an accurate diagnosis of the problem. He told me what the problem was and got my consent to work on it. He went down to work and gives me continuous update on the work in progress.

He didn't stop after getting the clogged pipe clear. He went back to it a few more times to make sure the pipe is 100% clog free. After an hour of hard work, our plumbing misery is over! I highly recommend Super Brothers Plumbing. I highly recommend Andre. He is a great asset to Super Brothers Plumbing company.

We just completed a house repipe and new sewer line install. We had three estimates. Super Brothers (Dimitar) was the most knowledgeable estimator. We appreciated his honest recommendations and he gave us an estimate much less than the other two. We felt very confident in using Super Brothers. We were not disappointed. The installers were very professional and they took pride in their work.

The after service follow up was thorough. Bottom line. We got a quality job, from an honest company, for a very reasonable price. We have recommended them to our family and neighbors.

First and foremost I would like to say that Super Mario Plumbing has been my family's plumber for the last two years. I have used them for numerous jobs, big and small, and I have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The first time they came out, they even gave me tips on how to re-start my garbage disposal free of charge.

Other companies would have charged me a service call just to come out! After that, they earned a customer for life. Recently, when I needed to have a plumber come out, I went on Google to get their phone number. I was surprised to see the string of negative reviews that were posted recently. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company.

I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there weren't negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the "customers" that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my family's long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Super Mario was referred to me by a friend when I needed to have a new hot water heater installed. Used photos to get quote which was in line with their own published rates (which are very reasonable). No hidden fees. Made an appointment for next day. installer called ahead arrived at time scheduled. Was courteous and professional (did not seem personable, but this is not a hotel front desk and like i said, he was very courteous and professional). Replaced everything, no cutting corners. Fairly new to Sacramento and to owning this home, but they have earned a place as the go to plumbers for anything that comes up in the future for my home.

I was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced plumber that had the expertise to install my new water heater which was larger and had to be integrated into my solar water heating system. Once the guys at Super Mario Plumbing came over to give me a bid, I knew they were the ones to do the job; they knew the county code requirements, understood how the numerous solar components worked and had a good price.

And I was very happy with the outcome; they upgraded some of my solar components, bought a pan for the water heater to sit in (to catch any leaking water), took away all of the extraneous pipes and garbage and ensured it easily passed the code inspection. And on top of that, they were really nice guys.

Definitely 5 stars. I had an urgent (to me) situation involving a previous plumbing company not doing the job right. I had 1day off. I called quite a few plumbing companies and Super Mario was quick to respond, actually accommodated my schedule. My service technician was awesome! Timely, professional, personable and most importantly. He did an excellent job! Going to recommend to my friends and family!

I hired Super Mario for an installation of a commercial-grade whole- house water filtration system after interviewing pretty much every top plumbing service in the tristate area. When many seasoned plumbers hesitated to take on the project, unsure of how to work around my home's unique piping situation, & others wanted to take apart half of a wall to get the job done, Dima, Yura & Peter at Super Mario quickly offered an inventive, cost-saving, minimally invasive--& demolition-free--solution, and I couldn't be more impressed with their impeccable attention to detail & truly unrivaled workmanship. These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don't think anyone beats Super Mario's prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed.

They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!
