Our communication with Plumbing 911 was clear, concise and pleasant from the very first contact. I called in a panic upon discovering our water heater was leaking, and Plumbing 911 was able to get us a same-day appointment. The plumber was on-time, very personable and professional, and explained every step of the process so we knew what to expect and what we'd be paying for. I will absolutely call them the next time I need plumbing services!

We had a pipe leaking water causing us to turn our whole house water off. Plumbing 911 was able to come out within a couple of hours and fix it very quickly. Excellent service! Follow up - I had another issue and Plumbing 911 was prompt, quick, and did a great job. Thank you! 4/29/22 Follow up - Needed a new kitchen faucet that I couldn't access for replacement. They helped pick a new faucet and installed quickly, well done, and kept the area very clean. Thank you!

Just a note, look at the paperwork you sign with this company. You are responsible if the plumber loses any equipment that means the inexperienced plumber or rep will force you to pay the cost of their inability to perform professionally when working on your home with 911's equipment.

Worst experience ever. Please do not let these clowns ruin your day like they tried to mine. I made a appt for a water heater issue 24 hrs in advance. The time window was 12-2pm. Shane texted at 11am and said he was on his way. I replied "Ok". 15 min later a imbecile named Brandi called and said they wouldn't be coming until later. I let her know that someone took off work and would be there the rest of the day & they are a decision maker. 3 hours later she calls and said they have to reschedule to tomorrow. Super lame and ended up costing me time and money. Also, the big boss Keith is too big time to talk to his clients.

This is my 1st time using this company. They are great at communicating, right on time scheduled, very professional manners & work ethics. They replaced my hot water heater within 3hrs. Taking the old one out, traveling to their supplier to retrieve a compatible replacement & full install. KUDOS to Plumbing 911 & their Team. I am very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them for any/all your plumbing needs.

They might do good work but they will work a scam with another company claiming to keep your home mold free. They changed my estimate, writing over the 7 changing it to a 9.as in 9,000.

I established and maintained a working relationship with Ryan, who essentially brought my house into the 21st Century - it was built in 1957. He replaced my outdoor stops and pretty much all of my indoor shutoff values in addition to aiding in a two-bathroom reno. He was reliable, hard working and easy to work with. He also handled a couple of tense situations with incredible professionalism and included me in the decision making. I highly recommend these folks and I am picky.

Sump pump wasn't working right and they evaluated and replaced in a short time. Kept me up to date about how things were going, what products were available and the costs. Cleaned up all the mess and very courteous. Service: Sewer repair

Plumbing 911 was able to help me out over a weekend after receiving a late Friday night call, which currently is extremely difficult to find companies who will do the same. We had a great experience. Our downstairs faucet was faulty when we moved into our new home, so I had Plumbing 911 come out to fix this. They were flexible with their scheduling and the site tech came out on time. I don't remember his name, but he was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He walked me through what was needed. to complete the job and went over the cost to make sure it was ok with me before proceeding with fixing the faucet. He was in and out in no time and our faucet works great now. I look forward to using them in the future--thanks Plumbing 911!

They showed up on time, the plumber was very helpful, explained clearly what he was doing, finished quickly, and the service was very reasonably priced. We called Plumbing 911 for help in installing an ice maker in our new refrigerator. We could not have been more pleased with the results. We had two plumbers working with us and both were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. Their response was timely, the work was high quality and the cost was reasonable. Plumbing 911 has been out multiple times and has always helped me. When a repeat issue started to become apparent, they worked with me to diagnose and make a more permanent repair to my shower drain pipe. Dennis was very quick, polite and thorough. He was able to unclog our toilet in less than 30 minutes. I reached out to plumbing 911 through the Yelp app and received a reply and an appointment date within the hour. Very pleased with my overall service. I hope to not need them again but if I do they will definitely have a return customer.

The gentleman from plumbing 911 came to our house promptly, quickly evaluated the issue, repaired the problem, and even did a great cleanup! She was personable and friendly and engaging. My five-year-old was very intrigued by him and she is very shy! The whole process took less than an hour and it was a very stress free experience! Highly recommended!

I have used this company multiple times. Every person that has been to my home has been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They solved the issues I've had accurately the first time, every time. They also clean up completely when they are done. One of the best companies I have dealt with. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

This was the third time we've used Plumbing 911. Our water pressure was very low and varying. They replaced the water pressure regulator and back flow check valve. Very friendly, professional, and explained the "whats" and "whys".

They charged me $89 to come out and tell me something I already knew; and they considered that their "diagnostic". I basically told the guy what the problem was as soon as he looked at my sink. Then they tried to up-sell me on a new faucet ($500) that wasn't nearly as nice as the one I currently have, and not even the same finish (that would have been an extra $60+).

Then they gave me homework to call Moen to get information about the new part and had me even order it myself. They did absolutely nothing. This plumber is just plain bad on all fronts.

The staff was friendly and reviewed all the water damage. He made suggestions and connected me to a good cleanup company.

Plumbing911 made it easy to setup and appointment at a time that fit my schedule. They were on time, did a great job, and it didn't take forever to do the repair. There was no fee for just showing up to give an estimate like other places. They were also cheaper than other recommendations and they even had a coupon on the website I was able to use so I had them do the work right then. I would definitely call them in the future if any plumbing issues come up. Thanks!

Too be honest I would give 4 maybe even 5 stars if the cost of cleaning my drain wasn't 2.5 times what other companies charge. I always try and give everyone a fair chance so that is why I am giving two stars. They were an hour behind schedule but in this day an age I expect no less because in these types of businesses it is hard to keep a schedule because you are forecasting times on previous jobs.

I won't hold the company at fault for that. The technician was courteous, professional and promptly did his job which is appreciated. The scheduler was also professional. I will take some of the blame for not requesting a quote but I needed something to happen in a decent time frame while someone could be home. I wouldn't think anyone would price gouge like this but lesson learned. Bottom line is they provide a good overpriced service. Unfortunately I will use someone else next time.

I've used Plumbing 911 twice now and I can honestly say, I will never choose another plumbing company to help me out. The customer service was amazing from the first phone call all the way through completion of a major issue I had to have fixed. Quick response and honest pricing without trying to talk over my head about things I knew nothing about.layman's terms always helps to put a customer at ease! Complete dig out in less than an afternoon! GREAT job Plumbing 911!

If you want to pay 6 times the normal cost of a very basic "repair, " then this is the place to literally throw your money down the drain! I would like to give zero stars, but that's not an option.

I contacted Plumbing 911 because I had a pretty severe blockage under the foundation of my house. They were prompt, which was appreciated, but after they cleared the main problem they poured some of the sewage that spewed out of the main stack back into our toilet in the basement. This caused an absolute disaster and ruined the entire basement bathroom.

They also had to remove the toilet and I was charged for that, to make matters worse they used my shop vac for clean up, which I can no longer use. Update: The owner ended up contacting me and explained that they dispose of excess sewage this way, I wasn't aware that this is protocol. They ended up apologizing and refunding me the toilet removal and reset to make up for my shop vac being scrapped and explained generally their staff is properly equipped. I appreciate that they followed up and tried to rectify the situation, hence why I decided to update my review and my rating.

I called about noon to schedule a water heater repair. Karen told me tech would be out between 1 and 3 that same day and it would be $89.00 for them to come out. Just after 3:00 Karen calls back to tell me the tech is running late and would be there within the hour. Frustrating but understandable. That isn't all though. Before hanging up Karen asks some basic questions: Brand of water heater? Gas/electric?

Age of water heater? By the time it is all said and done, they are quoting me a ("ballpark") price on a new heater at $1,200.00! And this was before they even looked at mine!? Seems to me that they could have asked those basic questions BEFORE hours were wasted waiting on a late tech! Then to rub salt in the wound i was quoted over a thousand "ballpark" dollars without even looking at mine?

And about the $89.00 to come out and look at my heater? That would have been discounted from the bill if they had done the work. But if they didn't do any repairs/replacement i still owed the $89.00. Yet their web page clearly states "free estimates" & "no trip/travel charge" I think this is right up there with some of the most shady business practices! Buyer beware!

I've used Plumbing 911's services at both my home, my office and my parent's homes and have found them to be, without exception, very professional, courteous and prompt. I especially appreciate the fact that they assist me in finding economical ways to handle my issues.

I will never use another plumber ever after my experience with Plumbing 911. I had an emergency plumbing issue on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. My sump pump had overflown and there was water and sediment in my basement. Within an hour of calling Plumbing 911 they had dispatched a plumber to my home.

Very professional all around! From first making our appointment to the very end of service I was pleased with everything. Was able to explain my problem & given the best advice for what route to go on the situation.

Had 911 do several difference jobs for me & have been pleased with the promptness, the friendliness of the workers, the thorougness & knowledge of the men doing my work. Prices have been a little steep but OK. 911 is on my call list for the next time a plumber is needed at one of my properties.

Plumbing 911 is my plumbing hero! My main drain and sewer were backing up in the basement. I already had one plumber in and he couldn't get the job done. Plumbing 911 were at my house in a couple of hours and it was concluded we would need the big guns. The boss was sick but brought the needed equipment.

I called on Thursday (7/23) to have a gas line repaired. I had a leak, and the gas company disconnected the line, but I needed a repair and an air test before the gas company would restore service. I called 911, and they were able to come out the same day; however, they told me they would be there between 11-1 and did not arrive until 3:30. Once there, the quote I was given was $700! Although, the guy did say if I couldn't get anyone else to do the work for less than $500, he would do it for $500. Needless to say, I did not have any work done. The next day, I had another company come out, and they completed the work for $83. What a bunch of quacks!

I have used Plumbing 911 for services at my old home and now at my new home. If you want an honest company who won't try to sell you services you don't need and want quality work I would highly recommend Plumbing 911. I spoke with the owners personally and both Keith and Karen go out of their way to make sure your issue is taken care of and you leave a satisfied customer.

When we found ourselves with raw sewage filling our basement last week, we called 911. Plumbing 911. Plumber Shane is my new favorite person. He handled our situation with professionalism and care, and was able to fix the problem for a reasonable rate. He brought his guys out twice and they, too, were professional and efficient.
