I needed a new water heater installed and called 3 different businesses, asking for quotes. Other companies charged a fee just to come out to be able to give me an estimate at all. American Plumbing gave me a quote over the phone ($1,295 for a 40 gallon tank), didn't charge for an estimate, came out the next day to take measurements, and I had my new tank installed the day after that for the exact price quoted-no hidden fees. Don and Damian installed my new heater- they were professional, courteous, and fast. I highly recommend you use American Plumbing if you live in the Westlake area!

American Plumbing was excellent for the project I had. Cory gave a quick and accurate estimate and the office arranged the time for him to come back to do the work. He was efficient, professional, and did excellent work, including clean up. The price was far more reasonable than other plumbing companies I checked with. I will gladly call them back for the next job.

They have become unresponsive and unreliable. We used them exclusively for a half-dozen jobs over five years. However, I called them in late January and asked that the plumber who services our condo project give me a call. I never got a call back, but was able to resolve my issue on my own. I called again last Monday to schedule a toilet install, but wanted to get some input on the specs of the proposed toilet I wanted to purchase. I didn't get a call back, so I called AGAIN on Friday. No call back. I'm done.

Easily the best experience I have had with any home repair/improvement vendor! I can't recommend American Plumbing enough - they were so professional, arrived early, installed a new water heater and repaired a toilet in less than an hour at a very reasonable rate. This company is AWESOME, during a challenging kitchen reno, the scheduled plumber cancelled the day before the appliances we to be reinstalled. (6 weeks w/no appliances). I was desperate and American came that evening, looked at the job, and sent over Damian the next day to do the work. Prompt, tidy, friendly, competent, RELIABLE! I am so happy to have found them! I highly recommend! He could have charged me an arm and a leg, as I never confirmed a price, but he was very fair! It was a refreshing surprise!

These men were very informative from the first call. They gave us a price and stuck to it. They ran into a glitch and just worked right thru it! They are awesome. They clean up after themselves. They bring in extra help if needed - still sticking to their price. There price was so awesome, we could believe it. Another well known company priced us out at 5 times the price American Priced us at. You must give them your business, check others but stick with them.

It's been great working with Don. He did several small jobs while we replaced our floors for a very reasonable price. Great company to work with for your plumbing concerns. He even gave us advice for our DIY project. I will definitely be calling them for all our needs and you should too.

Very polite on time no charge inspection. Not why 2 stars, plumber wanted to take the easy way out and cut the piping out without even trying to clear line, at almost a 500$ cost, another company came out for 100$ snaked and works great!

I was very pleased that he worked fast and tightened things when he saw they were slightly loose. It turned out that I needed a new shower faucet. Cory installed a new faucet, made a couple recommendations and was on his way. I would call them again for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend American Plumbing.

I called at 8:25am this morning (a Saturday!). The girl that answered, Heather, was very understanding of my emergency situation. The plumber, Cory, arrived at my house within 20 minutes of my call.

We've called American Plumbing at least a couple of times a year for minor fixes in our 1918 home. They answer the phone any time of day (no answering machine or service), always show up quickly, and don't over charge for emergency services. They are super nice, informative, and always get the job done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
