Hahahaha look at these PROFESSIONALS, read it, such a professional Garage door company right!? This is how they treat people and yes this email was to me. What a joke of a company! Good luck dealing with idiots

Very responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. I used Mighty Garage Door many years ago but was led away by a family member who referred me to another company. Thankfully, I still had their number in my phone when I stupidly backed into my door as it was still rising. Blake came out within within two days, called 20 minutes before arrival as promised, fixed the problem and didn't try to upsell me or overcharge me.

It feels like so many companies are overcharging now just because they can. Mighty Garage Doors seems like a family run business that would rather retain their clients by treating them fairly than making the COVID quick buck. A rare find!

My garage door wouldn't close all the way on a Sunday. Called Monday morning and was given 11-2 window and I got a call about 1:30 they were on the way. Blake diagnosed the issue immediately and bing, bang, boom, problem fixed and now the garage works AND is so much quieter. I appreciated how Dean, the owner was upfront about the $125 service charge. After all was said and done labor + parts, job total was a little less than $200. Not bad in my opinion.

My garage door was installed wrong thus causing the belt sprocket to be out of whack and will fail soon.

We've used Mighty Garage Doors 4-5 times and they are great. We have a large, heavy, wooden garage door that needs custom springs and extra HP to open it up. When our opener died recently, Blake came out and installed one that would meet our unique needs. These guys are professional, honest and don't take any shortcuts on quality. Funny story, we ordered a pizza and the delivery guy slammed into our garage and damaged both cars and destroyed the garage door. We called Mighty Garage Doors and they were fantastic. Great customer service. Blake came out on the scheduled day and was very professional and extremely fast replacing the door. Blake is awesome. He needs a raise. I highly recommend this company with any of your needs. and we still got the pizza

Garage door got stuck and boy were these guys helpful. I called and was greeted with a friendly voice ready to help. What I really liked about the call was that I was patiently walked through a couple of quick checks of my door opener and some tips to try just in case it was a quick fix that I could do. After going through the routine self-help checks (which didn't work) I had an appointment scheduled for early the next morning.

The guy on the phone made sure I knew how to secure the door before it could be repaired and ensured that I knew how to safely open and close the door. The next morning, as promised, I got a call when the repair person was on the way and he showed up on time. The door got fixed and they performed an overall inspection and service. Prices were very reasonable and I was done in time to get to work. Can't say enough good things about this company and their service. Definitely recommend.

I am a realtor and have used Mighty Garage door services for both my clients and myself personally. Refreshing to have such incredible customer services. A company who do what they say they are going to do in the time they say they will do it and their prices are amazing. What a pleasure! They came through again last week in the pouring rain under COVID guidelines to help me with a garage door on a home that was closing that day. They nailed it! Thanks is not enough.

My project was to replace two damaged garage door panels. They came out and scoped the project. For many months they told me matching panels had been ordered. They said the delay was due to the loss of a key employee. When they finally showed up, the replacement panels did not match. They tried to convince me to install panels that did not match plus they raised price from what was discussed on the phone. I looked elsewhere and found another company who was able to find matching panels and within 1 day my garage was operational with matching panels.

We just called to see if they had parts and the man that helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable with 40 years of experience behind him. Although we didn't use them at this time, we'll keep them in mind for if/when we do need repairs.

Great experience from first call to the last receipt. Customer service on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, guided me through some questions to get the right parts and service, and scheduled an appointment quickly. Daniel showed up a couple minutes early, confirmed we had two bad springs from a different garage door company, and had everything replaced and repaired in less than an hour.

Very friendly and easy going. Called in to pay via credit card and they emailed me a receipt. Would highly recommend over other garage door companies we've worked with in the past. Thank you!

I don't know the FIRST thing about garage doors so when the time came to install an opener on my old fashioned pull up door I was very hesitant about doing the leg work. But when I called mighty garage doors and spoke with Tatiana, every last insecurity vanished. What an absolute joy she was! Also, being a woman, it was so refreshing having someone who understood where I was coming from and to see her kick butt in what I imagine to be a largely male dominated world.

She was quick, efficient and sent out Daniel in no time. Daniel was almost as sweet as Tatiana but she definitely takes the cake. Daniel was quick, answered every last silly question I had and did a wonderful job! I can't beGIN to tell you how great it is to no longer live in the stone ages. Thank you again Tatiana and Daniel!

The best door place around! I've hired several garage door companies over the years and this company surpasses all of them! They are extremely organized and have excellent customer service! Tatianna is the Rep that handles our account. She always keeps us informed on all installs and very quick to get back to us on quotes. Recently I mixed up scheduling and she was able to work through it and was really professional on how she handled my (big mistake). They have the BEST prices around and go that extra mile for their customers.

Our garage door's spring broke & motor died, but Mighty Garage Doors' expert named Daniel, came to fix it quickly and smoothly. He also explained clearly how the sweet new garage motor and clickers work (so cool!) It's good to know also that Daniel is a young family man, very pleasant personality, great to talk with, and he loves fishing--what a cool Dude! I highly recommend Mighty Garage Doors. They don't disappoint!

TJ and Dean of Mighty Garage Doors really came through for me last week. After not being able to keep the garage door from opening automatically, I placed a non-emergency call to Dean. Since I knew enough to pull the red cord and close the door manually - I knew this wasn't an emergency and said so in the voice mail message I left for Dean. Dean returned my call anyway.

Four years later - Mighty Garage Door's customer service remains stellar. Emailed them late yesterday. Couldn't get the garage door up. Upsetting for me! Again, just a few minutes later, they were on the phone to me. They asked me to describe the situation. She listened too. Made me feel much calmer about the situation. Then we scheduled Daniel to come out betw. 9 and 10 am the next day. Daniel arrived at 9:45 am.

Garage door repaired (broken spring) by 0:15 am. Must have set some kind of speed record! And, once again, service went beyond what I expected. Daniel took the time to lubricate all the parts and inspect for other issues. While I know he has other customers to attend to, he acted like I was the only customer he had. Made sure I was happy with the repair (which I am!). Polite and friendly fellow too.

Fantastic service all around and great product! Love our new door! Tatiana helped with scheduling and Dylan did the install. Hauled away the old door too, which couldn't have been easy, it was an old wooden door! Thanks guys!

Worst experience ever. Advice: Ask your salesperson how he or she handles dissatisfaction with the installation. Ask for examples of how problems were remedied. During this installation the owner acted out of control and trespassed on our property (we have this on video), arriving without warning to inspect the poor condition of the brand new door his company just installed.

The slightest mention of dissatisfaction to our salesperson (who couldn't have been nicer or more responsive during the sales transaction) unfortunately resulted in a quick breakdown in communication. The salesperson had no idea how to handle a legitimate complaint about the new garage door, and directed us to the owner, who was horrible. Instantly jumped to legal threats. Brutal and frightening.

Great service by Tim today and by the Operations Manager. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come out the same day. Tim arrived early and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. This appears to be a fair and honest company, the Operations Manager even did her best to avoid them having to come out by working with me via phone to troubleshoot my problem. 5 stars for sure!

Great service. They came and fixed my garage door while I worked. I had been trying to fix it myself for over a month. I called these guys and it was done in less then an hour. I have three garage doors so that was impressive.

Thank you mighty garage doors for installing our brand new beautiful garage door! : We just purchased a new home and we wanted to replace our garage door. I look no further and I found this place. Dean actually came out to give me an estimate and send us a quote the following Monday. We were able to get our garage door install by Jesse the following week. Works out with our timeline and etc. Jesse called to make sure, we clear all debris in the garage so he can work which I thought was excellent service. Thanks again!

Seth came out originally for a repair on our garage. We had a 20 year old garage with broken brackets and a sketchy motor. He was on time, nice and informative. After adding the cost of small repairs, I was only a few hundred bucks from replacing the entire thing. We decided to give it some thought on if we should replace or repair and 10 minutes later we were back on the schedule for a full replacement, new insulated doors, new hardware, engine and installing for about $1400 bucks.

He installed the new belt driven system in under 4 hours. After looking and listening at the unit, we were more than happy. He installed a new vinyl insulation strip which I didn't know was included. What a difference! Thanks Seth and mighty. You guys rock!

Called in due two deep dented garage door panels with a snapped gear in my 15-year-old garage door motor. Within a week, I was able to get Tatiana onsite to review the damage and then shortly after, Brian to come out to replace the entire door and motor.

Found them through Yelp because I had to repair the spring on my garage. I was quoted very fairly and the guy came on time to repair promptly. He only replaced 1 of the 2 springs but assured me he will not charge the full price if I wished to replace the 2nd spring down the road.

Mighty Garage Doors (MGD) was awesome. They were more worried about getting the job quickly and efficiently than I was. Installer was a pro and I had access to my garage within hours after calling - and I thought it would take days.

I use to work here. They treat their employees right and do quality work.

Great service as fair price. Fixed an issue that I was afraid would cost a lot more. They make it look so easy. Good job!
