We had our pool installed with Valley Oasis Pool and Spa, the price was reasonable the work was done in a timely manner and we even got the upgraded pebbletech for free. Everyone was professional, Thanks to Alex who designed our pool, Tim who ran the project and Brittany the girl setting up all the times for the different contractors and kept us informed every step of the way.

I used to get great service now I can't even get a return phone call. I was able to make contact with the service manager today and gat an appointment for all the repairs that are needed. He told me that they had issues with messages being lost and apologized for the problems.

A long time ago, we purchased a Jacuzzi from Valley Oasis. It had a problem so we called to see if it was still under warranty. It was a day out of warranty, but they honored the warranty and did the repair.
